Consistency doesn’t have to be forceful to be effective. This 10 minute calming meditation supports you in reconnecting with natural rhythm — through breath, pacing, and steadiness. Designed as a mid-day reset or transition between activities, this practice helps regulate the nervous system and restore a sense of ease without urgency. A reminder that rhythm builds quietly, one breath at a time.

Transcript

Let's begin by noticing the natural rhythm of your breath.

No need to control it.

Just observe.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Rhythm doesn't come from force.

It comes from repetition and care.

Notice how the breath rises and how it falls,

Like waves,

Like steps,

Taken one at a time.

If your mind wanders,

That's okay.

Gently return to the breath.

Let your nervous system know it doesn't have to hurry.

There is time.

Consistency is built quietly.

One breath.

One moment.

One return.

Rest here for a few more cycles of breath.

Letting rhythm emerge naturally.

When you're ready,

Begin to bring awareness back to the body.

Bring this steadiness into the rest of your day.

Thank you.
