Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice in Gaithersburg, MD, and is also a wedding officiant.

In this lesson, you'll learn a useful technique to deflate overwhelm when it arises and help you regain your sense of control. It reminds you of your innate power to direct your thoughts and emotions. You'll be guided through a step by step practice to use this tool, and notice how it helps you. Once learned, you can use it on your own any time for increasing the strength of your emotional balance.
