The mind is a powerful tool, with many facets, with some brain training you can become more aware of how your mind works. Our mind never stops, it processes everything we do and feel at any given time. For the most part our unconscious mind is working, keeping our body functioning and our actions focused. Our conscious mind is aware of our actions. Being mindful in not “being good” but being honest and coming from a place of authenticity – being self-aware. Day 1 What is mindfulness - explore your concepts of your world and beliefs Day 2 Childhood echoes - are your beliefs your own? Delve into what is true for you, is it time to release some old patters that no longer hold true for you? Day 3 Personality types - who are you? Taking a look at your default personality will allow you the wisdom to change your responses to life situations Day 4 Blocks to manifestation - who or what is holding you back Day 5 Creating the new you - utilizing the new self-awareness and tools gained within the course, create a new life paradigm

Blocks to Manifestation- What is your Reality? Albert Einstein said – “Reality is an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.” Your thinking shapes the world around you and what happens within that world. All the troubles and obstacles that keep you in shackles come from the way you choose to perceive your world. As we are each unique individuals, we all have our own version of a perfect world and what we want within that world. However, as we have already discussed, our view points, personal history, beliefs and relationships are formed by events in our lives from day one.

Thank you to the creator of this course and everyone else involved with making this a reality. I thoroughly enjoyed the meditation practices included and the gems that were given along the way. My biggest takeaways from this experience was discovering the personality types that I tend to lean into and reframing past negative experiences so that it no longer has power to ruminate in my mind. I’ve been on a journey to learn how to manage my self and mind for a while and it has been challenging but every small win along the way is incredible and worth it; including this course. I’d highly recommend this to anyone who’d like to discover a simple but unconventional way of approaching mindfulness. It’s a great experience!
