Day 1 What is mindfulness - explore your concepts of your world and beliefs Day 2 Childhood echoes - are your beliefs your own? Delve into what is true for you, is it time to release some old patters that no longer hold true for you? Day 3 Personality types - who are you? Taking a look at your default personality will allow you the wisdom to change your responses to life situations Day 4 Blocks to manifestation - who or what is holding you back Day 5 Creating the new you - utilizing the new self-awareness and tools gained within the course, create a new life paradigm
