He prefers a science-based approach to focus on these and other areas in his life to stay humble and hungry to evolve. His approach to facilitating guided mediations and courses stems from a combination of strategy and emotion, with striving to perceive more and evaluate less - all with the focus to transmit a calming state of mind to his audience in a meaningful yet simple way. This is a carefully structured course. Each session is very clearly constructed with much to learn about nyself and what could be preventing self love. I persisted through the drier and structured presentation style. I was delighted at how it moved through laying a foundation of understanding and taking apart the self-criticism and self-loathing to five days of exploring self-love. Rather than promising a quick fix, it gives me a sure practice to work with. Thank-you.

This course covered a lot of great ideas on how to know and love yourself better. I wish I’d taken the time to do some of the exercises; maybe I’ll go back and listen again. The methodical approach could be considered a bit dry, yet it reminds me that these tools are meant to be learned and practiced. Thanks for offering this on IT.
