Helen Hansen is a kinesiologist using holistic psychology and mind-body healing in her practice. She has worked with thousands of individuals from all walks of life for more than 20 years. Helen is passionate about self-mastery and thus she has created many courses so you can empower yourself to extensively know yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Now, we work with specific points on the spleen, stomach and large intestine meridians to restore calm and centeredness in the body and mind. We also discuss specific plant medicine that can be added to the protocol for added benefit.

This final lesson is a gentle guided experience that shifts awareness from mental overactivity into a more grounded, embodied state, accessible whether seated, standing, walking, or lying down. Through simple, guided cues, you’ll learn to anchor attention in the body, allowing thoughts to settle naturally without force. This practice supports calm clarity, reduces overwhelm, and leaves you feeling steadier, more present, and deeply connected to yourself.
