Meet your Teacher

Helen is an accredited coach, EFT practitioner and meditation teacher. In 2006 after attending a meditation workshop she felt a calm like never before. She joined a meditation class led by very experienced Buddhist teachers. There were no apps back then. She went on her first retreat in 2009. Since 2011 she’s been volunteering at retreat centres where she spends about 2 months each year and hangs out with some of the best Buddhist teachers. She qualified as a coach in 2014 and has been teaching and leading meditation since 2015. Helen uses what she’s learned through difficult life experiences to help others be happy. She uses a unique blend of coaching, mindfulness, intuitive and spiritual powers and EFT. She’s passionate about helping you heal from your past and live the life you’re here to enjoy. She lives a homeless lifestyle on her spiritual journey. She offers one-to-one EFT sessions, You can join her community on Substack where you will receive courses and inspiring articles to support your healing journey.
