This course is meditation in a busy life, and it's designed for you if you feel you don't have time to meditate. We'll be looking at some of the myths around meditation and how you can find time in your day and develop consistency rather than duration.


Meet your Teacher

Helen is an accredited coach, EFT practitioner and meditation teacher. In 2006 after attending a meditation workshop she felt a calm like never before. She joined a meditation class led by very experienced Buddhist teachers. There were no apps back then. She went on her first retreat in 2009. Since 2011 she’s been volunteering at retreat centres where she spends about 2 months each year and hangs out with some of the best Buddhist teachers. She qualified as a coach in 2014 and has been teaching and leading meditations since 2015. Helen uses what she’s learned through difficult life experiences to help others be happy whatever. She uses her own unique blend of coaching, mindfulness, intuitive and spiritual powers and EFT. She’s passionate about helping you heal from your past and live the life you’re here to enjoy.

In the first module, you started to look at what misconceptions you have around meditation that might be holding you back from practising more regularly. Meditation On The Go

The Buddhist said there are four postures that we go through throughout the day. We move from one to the other. Lying down, walking, sitting and standing. For example, this might be walking around your house, or in the garden, or walking to the shops, or if you commute to work, walking to the train or the bus stop.

Stress, Overwhelm And The Reset Button

This is module four of meditation in a busy life, stress, overwhelm, and the reset button. If you're busy, you're probably feeling stressed a lot of the time, and that is not good for the body. It's not good for your physical health or your mental health. There might be so many things that you need to do that leave you feeling overwhelmed, and you don't know where to start.

Creating A Sustainable Practice

This is module five of meditation in a busy life. Each module has been building on the other. Now you've got all the the tools to create a sustainable practice. By now you will have found some time in your day for micro practices, a few minutes here and there, and you're building these habits that fit into your busy life.
