Think of this course as a embodied container for you to dive deeply into the recesses of your mind, body and heart to find the aspects of you that are in fear, that are unknown, that are confused, and that feel left behind. This space will give you the opportunity to love and nourish all parts of yourSelf, so that you may find healthier ways for becoming a fully online advocate for your needs, boundaries and desires within external relationships. May you walk away from this space with more self love, trust, knowing, and confidence to have the kinds of relationships that your heart, your body and your being deserve.


Meet your Teacher

Echo leans towards her studies in behavioral psychology, neuroscience, breath control, non-violent communication, trauma-informed yoga, and other behavioral studies as part of her holistic approach to guiding yoga as a means to personal healing, and trauma integration. The methods within her meditations, and live talks seek to bring the individual back into their center, and at home in their higher Self. Healing not only their relationship to themselves, but to those closest to them.

Viloma pranayama is a yoga breathing exercise that involves a a long inhalation followed by a series of interrupted exhalations with pauses. It is a practice of breath control that is known to regulate energy throughout the body, and ground us into the parasympathetic nervous system.

Sama Vritti, Box Breath Of Equilibrium

This is one of the easiest to remember pranayama exercises which is equal length inhales and exhales. Box Breathing is similar, with a retention on either end of the breath. This breathing technique, paired with stillness in meditation can allow us to ground into Theta states, and calm the mind.

I enjoyed it. Will listen to it again. I am alone a lot and I wish I could grasp the inner happiness and not “need” other people, but I enjoy others. I enjoy being close to someone, not just myself. That closeness with someone makes me feel alive. I should be feeling that through meditation and all I’ve learned but it’s just not there. I believe in the power of meditation, alchemy, etc. but I don’t feel like I can reach the peak. Does that make sense?

I love the intention and heart behind this course. It was needed for me to combine the stream of consciousness talks with grounding practices such as meditation, exercise, letting go. The talks had a lot of valuable, deep perspectives but were a lot to take in on their own. The guided yogic breath was brilliant in its simplicity, it is the first time I have „mastered“ that, staying in touch with it all the way through and letting it open up the breath and body. I would love to have access to a separate track with the yogic breath in the future.

This seem to be a collection of sessions versus a focused practice. I found value, but I also found it was lacking at the end because there was no closure.

I loved this course! The longer attachment styles/trama bond sessions were amazingly well described with compassion. I give it 4 stars as the pranayama sessions seemed out of sync to the rest of the course for me and each session started without little intro. I am so grateful for your knowledge and wisdom and learnt so much for reflection in my relationship.
