Erin Meyer is a board-certified health and wellness coach with a background in nutrition, integrative biology, and sustainable food systems. With advanced degrees in both Nutrition and Food Science and Sustainable and Resilient Food Systems, she brings a unique, science-based perspective to the complex relationship between food, health, and behavior. Erin is also certified through Precision Nutrition and has supported individuals and communities in building healthier, more mindful relationships with food. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based strategies, mindfulness practices, and a deep understanding of how our habits, environment, and emotions influence eating.
