Meet your Teacher

Francesca Louise is a master coach, intuitive, and energy worker who has spent years helping women break free from the patterns that keep them playing small. With a deep understanding of how the subconscious mind works and a gift for helping people see themselves with clarity and compassion, she guides her clients to the root of what is really holding them back (not just the surface story), taking them into the deeper beliefs and behaviours that may be quietly running the show. Self-sabotage is one of the most common (and most misunderstood) patterns Francesca encounters in her work. Time and again she sees brilliant, capable women unconsciously undermining their own progress, not because they lack ability or desire, but because some part of them doesn't yet feel safe enough to succeed. This mini course was born from that experience. It is Francesca's way of reaching more people with the work that she knows has the power to change lives - because she has witnessed that change, again and again, in the women she works with - and in herself. Lesson 3

What Your Body Has To Say

Before your mind finds a reason to stop, your body sends a signal. A tightening. A held breath. A heaviness. In this session, you'll learn to read that signal - and discover what it's been trying to tell you all along.So often, our nervous system is impacted well before we have language to make sense of things so it can be a very wise teacher. When we learn from the body and can heal at this level, we often create a gentle chain reaction and our mind follows by itslef.

The Beleif Undersneath

Every pattern of self-sabotage has a belief at its root, something you decided long ago, about what is safe or possible for you. Today we go gently looking for it. Not to judge it, but to finally see it for what it is. Beleifs are not truths, but they do create our reality, so it's a valuable lesson today and worth making wise choices!

Now you can see the loop, feel the signal, and name the belief. So, it's time to interrupt the pattern. In this session, you'll practise a simple, powerful tool you can use in real time, the moment the pattern begins to activate. Exciting stuff!

This session asks you to get honest - not harsh, but honest. What has this self-sabotage pattern cost you so far? Time, energy, connection, the version of yourself you keep almost becoming? Seeing the cost clearly is one of the most powerful things you can do, especially when you realise that version of you can quite easily be upgraded - by YOU!

Lesson 7

Your Agreement

You've done the work. Now it's time to choose differently by deliberately getting clear, in writing and out loud. In this final session, you'll make a new agreement with yourself. Not a promise to be perfect, but a commitment to keep showing up. Instructions for your personal agreement: 1. Start with: 'I, [your name], agree to...' Keep it to one or two sentences. Simple. Specific. True for you. Read it out loud to yourself. 2. Then choose one concrete action you will take this week that is a direct expression of your new agreement. Write that action down too. Give it a day and a time.
