Koelle Williams is a mindfulness instructor, meditation facilitator and NBC-HWC Health & Wellness Coach. She offers both individual and group coaching, combining Internal Family Systems approaches along with mindfulness practices to help others gently uncover their deepest needs and compassionately heal the most vulnerable parts inside. Very comforting and peaceful. Thank you! Important you mentioned the sense that we may feel it’s not ok to enjoy life when others are suffering- yet taking care of ourselves is necessary in order to help anyone. Note: my husband wears hearing aids and when music is played with words, he misses many of the words. I wish there was a version without music.

I did not intentionally choose this course. It arrived on my feed at a time when I needed to release and come home to my heart space. I was struggling with overwhelm and disconnection, and placing a hand on my heart brought me home. A simple gesture, choice, decision was what I know works Yet felt so hard to choose. It is when I choose to let go of control and allow myself to be guided back to the safety net of self that I find the most peace. Your ability to relate the tumultuous times as something that does take place in our daily lives, however does not have to hold a bigger space than we allow. It really assisted me in finding the calm within.
