Let us now release blocked energy in meridians that tend to hold stuck thoughts, old patterns and sabotage programmes. We use the points of Heart 7, Kidney 3, Liver 3 and Spleen 6 (known as Three Rivers Crossing). Please hydrate a little extra than usual after this lesson.
