Using your breath as a sacred tool, you’ll anchor your intention into the present moment and activate the energy needed to move forward with clarity and power. Each inhale draws your focus inward. Each exhale clears space for your intention to take root. This is your moment to realign, reset, and consciously direct your energy.

Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Get yourself in a comfortable position and when you're ready,

Close your eyes,

Center yourself and begin to follow your breath.

Allow your breath to soothe your body,

Center your mind and let go of any stress or tension.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Just being present with your breath,

Surrendering the outside world and just focusing on you.

As you stay in this moment,

Just notice anything that comes up,

Any thoughts,

Any fears,

Any worries,

Any stress,

Anything at all that is trying to distract you from being in a peaceful state.

And so,

Whenever you notice anything come up,

Just deepen your breath,

Deepen and slow down your breath.

And with your breath,

Just let it go,

Set that intention.

I invite you now to bring your attention to your heart.

If you can,

Feel your heartbeat,

It's rhythm,

It's pulse.

And as you focus on your heart,

Just notice anything once again that comes up.

How does your heart feel today?

Heavy,

Open,

Anything at all?

Maybe you don't notice anything and that is fine too.

And now I invite you to call in a mantra.

So,

On the in-breath,

In your mind,

You're going to go SO,

And on the out-breath,

HUM,

SO.

Now continue to do this for a few more breaths on your own.

If you drift away from the mantra,

Just bring yourself back.

So,

Beautiful.

I invite you now to release that mantra and just bring yourself back to your breath.

As you do this,

Just notice how you feel once again and just checking in with yourself.

Now that we are centered and focused,

I invite you to call in an intention for this meditation.

Maybe it can be something very simple,

A word,

A feeling,

Or maybe it could be a manifestation,

Calling in something that you desire.

And once you find it,

Begin to breathe it into you.

So,

On the out-breath,

I want you to give it a word.

For instance,

If it's love that you wish to experience,

Say the word love.

So on the in-breath,

Visualize the word love in your heart.

Or for instance,

If you wish to manifest more money or a car,

Then you can say car or abundance.

Whatever works for you.

Take a moment to find that word.

Now that you have found it,

Calling it in,

So on the in-breath,

Say the word.

And on the out-breath,

Just release the tension,

The fears,

Or anything that is opposite to it.

And as you breathe in,

Just notice how this word makes you feel.

Notice how it shifts your energy and your emotions.

And if you like now,

You can change the word into a color,

Or a frequency,

Or an image.

And once again,

Calling in that color,

That frequency,

Or image,

And seeing it in your heart.

Watch as your heart begins to fill with this energy,

This frequency,

This color.

The more breaths you take in,

The more your heart synchronizes and fills up with this energy.

And so allow it to grow,

Allow it to expand,

Allow it to be there.

Allow yourself to feel the emotions,

The joy,

The blessings.

And when you are ready,

Place your hand above your heart,

Connecting to it.

Today,

I honor this frequency within me.

I give myself permission to align,

To manifest.

I give myself permission to be this frequency.

And when you are ready,

Take a deep breath in,

And let it all go.

Surrendering all expectations,

All attachments.

And now,

Just expanding your awareness back out,

Just centering yourself once again.

Just feeling the temperature of the air,

Being aware of your surroundings.

Bringing yourself once again in a state of neutral energy.

And when you are ready,

Now call in gratitude,

The energy of gratitude.

What does gratitude feel like in your body?

If you could give it a color or a frequency once again,

What would it look like?

And feel like?

And now that you have found it,

Allow this gratitude to expand throughout your entire body,

From head to toe.

Waves of emotions,

Waves of gratitude,

Just bathe in it.

And once again,

Now taking a deep breath in,

And letting it go once again.

Gently returning back to your natural state.

I invite you to release now all expectations and attachments once again,

And just be.

Trust that this moment today has been a powerful activation.

Throughout your day,

Keep an eye out for signs or synchronicities,

But do not expect anything either.

And so when you are ready now,

We are going to begin to slowly return back.

So take a moment to expand your awareness outwards.

If it feels right,

You can begin to wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Gently activating your body.

If you can,

Listen to the sounds around you or anything else that is in your surrounding.

Take your time to return,

But when it feels right,

Come back and open your eyes.
