Hi there.

Hi Meg.

I'm so glad you're here.

This morning,

Let's create a little space for clarity.

Space to breathe,

To arrive,

And to choose how you'd like to step into the day.

Take a moment to let yourself settle in,

However that looks for you.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Let your jaw loosen.

Your hands rest with ease,

However they may fall.

Guide your attention to your breath,

Without the need to change it.

Just a sense of the rhythm that's already here.

Allow a gentle inhale,

And a slow,

Steady exhale.

Another soft breath in,

And a soft breath out.

Notice how that breath anchors you,

Each inhale bringing you here,

Each exhale creating space.

Now take a moment to feel your body.

Notice the ground beneath you,

The steadiness that holds you,

The quiet support that never leaves.

And as you rest here,

Bring to mind something you feel grateful for this morning.

It doesn't need to be big or earth-shattering.

Maybe it's just the breath itself,

The light of a new day,

A small comfort nearby,

Your morning tea,

Or essential oils.

Allow that gratitude to soften through you,

Bringing warmth,

Inviting presence.

And from this place of connection,

Gently ask yourself,

What intention would feel supportive for me today?

It's not a to-do list,

Not pressure,

Just one soft guiding thread.

And it can be as simple as to move slowly,

To listen more deeply,

To meet myself with patience,

Or perhaps something else that arises naturally.

And allow this intention to rest into your heart.

No need to force it,

Just let it be there,

A quiet companion for your day.

And then guide your attention back to your breath.

A slow inhale,

And an easy exhale.

Know that you can return to this intention any time.

Think of it like your anchor.

Connect to it throughout your day.

You might pause to soften your eyes,

To take a steady breath,

Or to notice the presence of nature around you.

Each time you remember,

You're returning to yourself.

You're choosing clarity again.

So just before we part ways,

Come back to that intention.

What would feel supportive for me today?

Followed by one more aware breath in,

And a grounding breath out.

Allow your chin to tuck just a little closer to your chest.

Almost as if in a subtle bow to yourself,

In appreciation,

In gratitude.

And when you are ready,

Allow your eyes to gently blink open if they are closed,

And return into the space in which you rest.

I encourage you to carry this clarity with you.

Let it guide you gently forward,

As you step into the rest of your day.
