Hello and welcome to our guided meditation for confident mindset.

When you are ready softly close your eyes and take a big breath in and out.

Bigger in and out.

Once again in and out.

Bring your attention to your body and notice how it feels.

Notice any areas of tension or discomfort.

Wriggle or move if you need to find a more comfortable space.

Take a big breath in and out.

Feel your shoulders drop and relax.

As you breathe deeper in and out.

Feel your jaw soften and relax.

Bring your attention back to your body.

Are there any areas of tension or discomfort?

Can you tell me where?

What does it feel like?

Take a moment now to focus on that spot and breathe into it.

Allow your breath to reach and expand into that space.

Take a big breath in and out.

Feel your shoulders drop and relax.

Bring awareness to your body breathing in and out.

And give thanks to your body for keeping you alive.

Notice how your body is touching the chair or the floor beneath you.

Notice the pressure where it makes contact with the chair or the floor.

Bring your attention to your feet,

To the soles of your feet.

Let your breath reach all the way down to your feet and feel them relax.

Notice your ankles and your calves.

Notice your knees and your thighs,

Your reproductive organs,

Your stomach.

Feel your arms relax.

Feel your shoulders drop.

Take a calming breath into your chest area.

Notice your throat,

Your mouth.

Relax your face.

Drop your jaw and bring your attention to the top of your head.

I'm going to guide you through some affirmations.

So repeat out loud after me.

I have the power to do the most incredible things.

I am confident in myself and my abilities.

I always make the best decisions for myself.

My confidence in myself grows more and more every day.

My confidence is constantly increasing.

I am a magnet for success.

I am enough.

I can achieve anything I put my mind to.

I love myself.

I believe in myself and my abilities.

I am enough.

I am proud of myself and my achievements.

I wake up each morning feeling confident and empowered.

Bring your attention back to your body.

How does it feel?

Notice the positive feelings,

The positive sensations in your body.

Take a moment to focus on those feelings and sensations as they spread throughout your whole body.

From your head down your arms into your chest and stomach as the positive feelings spread down your legs and into your feet.

As we get ready to come out of our meditation today,

Feel your body start to become energised.

Start to move your toes and your fingers when you're ready.

Take a big breath in and out.

And as your body begins to move and awaken,

Take time to stretch.

Take a big breath in and out.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.
