Transcript

We'll begin by taking a deep breath together,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Continue to breathe slow and relaxed through your nose.

Become aware of the sound of your breath as it rolls in and out like the waves of the ocean.

As you breathe in,

Think in,

And as you breathe out,

Think out.

Follow your breath,

Noting each breath in and each breath out.

In and out,

In and out.

Become aware of the subtle ways your body moves as you breathe.

Notice the slow rise and fall of your stomach with each inhale and each exhale.

Notice the fullness of the breath in and the lightness of the breath out.

As you feel the fullness of the breath in your body,

Think in.

And as you feel the lightness of the breath releasing,

Think out.

Follow the breath in and out while noticing how it feels in your body.

In and out.

Become aware of the depth of your breath.

Allow your inhales and exhales to grow deeper and longer.

And now allow your breath to flow as it wants to.

Short and shallow or full and long.

Just allow it to flow and hold your awareness on it.

We'll take another deep breath together.

Breathe in,

Hold,

And breathe out.
