Some say life is happening to them. Some say life is happening for them. I would like to take you on a deeper journey into relation with the notion that life happens through us. Out of our own way, channeling the good for which we are purposed. Enjoy!

Hello,

Welcome,

Opulent mindfulness.

Today's meditation is entitled,

Life Happening Through Me.

Life Happening Through Me.

If we have a victim mindset,

Life happens to us.

If we have a psychological mindset,

Life happens for us.

And if we have an enlightened,

More spiritual mindset,

Life happens through us.

I love this order,

This learning the growings.

So come to your comfortable seat and recognize when you've been in certain states,

Certain relationships with this thing called life.

Is it happening to me?

Am I feeling pity for myself,

Victim?

Is it happening for me?

Am I the center of the universe and all these things are for my taking,

Giving?

Or is it happening through me?

I am the vehicle of life.

I heard a beautiful quote today and that involves what I'm talking about now,

Life happening through us and everything else,

Just the ingredients.

We always have life in us,

Around us,

Through us,

With us,

For us,

To us,

All of it encompassing.

We are life and we can identify with being human.

We can identify with certain personality traits or genetic predispositions,

But either way,

We're not going to get around this thing called life happening.

So I submit it's best to let it flow through us.

So we have an energetic exchange or fluidly allowing things to come,

Moving,

Flowing,

Receiving,

Giving,

Exchanging,

Energized and drawn toward the light.

Some are blocked and stuck and full of junk,

The light cannot shine through us,

Life cannot happen through us.

So we come to meditation,

Allowing all the disturbances of the heart and the mind and the energetic spirit to simmer down,

Be heard and find their rightful organized place in or out of our psyche,

Enabling us to see the greater picture.

Drop into your body,

Settle into a juicy state of ease and openness.

Ride the wave,

Let life happen through you,

Be the vehicle.

No grasping,

No repelling,

Allowing transformation to affect us,

Coming into our being,

Shifting,

Changing and gracefully departing.

It doesn't mean we allow violence to come through us,

That would be happening to us,

Moving away from events and people and situations that would invite life happening to us,

Moving away from a mindset that would involve life happening for us,

Rising above that limited mentality,

Becoming a fluid buoyant vehicle for life happening through and through us,

Happening through the heart space,

Understanding that when we feel whole,

We need less so to set up boundaries.

We simply ask to be elevated and in harmony with our company and again,

Moving away from things or people or situations that happen to us,

Noticing,

Am I in victimhood here?

Is this happening to me?

Is this happening for me?

Or is this happening through me,

Elevating,

Giving life?

We know the difference when we feel heavy and stuck and sad and pitiful.

We shift and pivot to receive the light and move toward an experience that allows us to feel more expansive,

Light,

Unstuck,

Lifted,

Joyful.

Breathing in and breathing out.

So where in your life can you inflate and breathe life into moments where life is happening through you versus to you or for you?

And noticing the life happening for us is one where we identify with being human and behave as though we are the center of the universe,

Elevating beyond and above this so that we can be closer to light shining through us,

Life breathing through us.

Flow and exchange happening through us.

Take a big belly breath in and a longer soothing breath out.

Take your time shifting being.
