Good evening warrior and thank you so much for joining me for this quick endometriosis bedtime meditation to make sure you have a pain-free and restful sleep just like you deserve.

Hopefully lying down ready to drift into a beautiful slumber.

I invite you to close your eyes if you like and just begin to allow your body to relax,

Loosen,

Expand,

And let go.

We'll just take a nice deep belly breath in through the nose and let out a nice big exhale out of the mouth making as loud of a sigh as you like.

The louder the better really.

And just one more time a nice deep inhale in through the nose and a big release out the mouth letting go of the day and any of its troubles.

Great job.

If today was a painful day you're likely feeling out of sorts so we'll just tune into our body and gently scan it from head to toe paying attention to anywhere there's discomfort,

Anxiety,

Or tightness without labeling them as good or bad.

Just observing them and breathing deeply into any parts that are stuck and you need to release.

Allow your mind to quiet and clear letting go of the day and all of its busyness just remaining here in this moment where everything is safe.

Just gently tune into your hands and feel them all the sensations,

Vibrations,

And tingles.

Now move to your feet and notice any feelings there while continuing to breathe in and out.

We'll just scan your beautiful face and just feel the brow soften and let the jaw loosen and let go.

Just notice the eyes becoming heavy with so much weight cueing our body to get ready for dreamland.

Just softly bring your attention to your pelvis and release any tightness while breathing deeply into any sensations.

Being patient and loving to yourself.

Remembering that the stresses of the day can get caught here and now's the time to just gently let it all go.

Watch without judgment as the sensations change or move,

Knowing that you're safe now.

Just take a deep breath in and a big exhale out and just watch as this area radiates with a white light of compassion and love.

Something Ascendo warriors always need more of.

We'll just bring our attention to our heart,

Feeling it open and expand,

Drawing in the high frequencies of the universe,

Reminding ourselves that we are our highest self and nothing can bring us down,

Not even our endopain.

Just lean into the bright light that now shines from our heart and throughout our entire body,

Sending its healing and compassion to every part of our remarkable being,

Feeling ourselves float with the sense of weightlessness and ease.

Stay here as long as you need warrior,

Knowing that your high vibration can carry you to so many wonderful parts unknown,

Including a blissful sleep without worry or stress.

Just gently take another deep breath in and a big sigh out.

Again,

A deep breath in,

Feeling yourself fly even higher and a big exhale out.

Have a restful sleep and the sweetest of dreams dear warrior.

As Shakespeare once said,

So thrive your soul and a thousand times,

Goodnight.
