Allow yourself to come into a comfortable seated position,

Allowing yourself to settle in and gently close your eyes.

And begin by bringing this beautiful awareness,

Body and mind,

Bring this awareness forward,

Nowhere else to be,

Nothing else to do.

Just simply give yourself this time to connect to your beautiful self.

Today we are going to connect to the idea of creating space for yourself to connect to all that you are free of the idea of perfection.

Free from this idea that you are not enough as you are.

I am here to open the door for you to allow yourself to connect to all that you are to become aware and accept you all of your imperfectly perfect self.

So bring this gentle awareness forward,

Noticing anything that is coming forward and simply become the observer.

Possibly you're noticing your body and something that you don't like about your body.

Maybe the way it feels,

Maybe the way that you feel it looks,

How it feels different than it did when you were younger.

Simply bringing this gentle awareness towards your body.

I am here to open the door for you to allow yourself to connect to all that you are free of the idea of perfection.

I am here to open the door for you to allow yourself to connect to all that you are free of the idea of perfection.

Now bringing this gentle awareness to your mind.

That busy,

Full thinking mind that feels like it never stops.

Maybe you are noticing how your mind is bringing forward pieces of yourself that you are shameful of,

That you are fearful of,

That you feel like they're anything less than the expectation of our society,

Of your past conditioning,

And ultimately of yourself.

Allow all of these pieces to come forward and to be seen and heard and honored within yourself.

You are here for so many beautiful reasons.

Look within yourself and see if you feel as though there is a willingness to release this perfection hold.

These expectations can you create space for yourself to simply live and breathe in your life.

You are here for so many beautiful reasons.

Look within yourself and see if you feel as though there is a willingness to release this perfection hold.

If you feel resistance,

Allow that resistance to be there and once more honor that this isn't about forcing.

This is about being aware of yourself and all of the expectations of perfection that you have on yourself.

Look within yourself and see if you feel as though there is a willingness to release this perfection hold.

Allow this to be a point of moving forward today and every day and create space in your every day for a willingness and an openness and a mindfulness of being better for yourself.

Allow yourself to stay here as long as you would like.

When you feel like you are ready,

Opening your eyes,

Allowing for a nice full inhale in through the nose and out through the mouth and have a blissful day.
