Find a comfortable place to sit down or lay down and just arrive here in this moment.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You can let all thoughts go for now and just concentrate on your in-breath and your out-breath.

You can release all tension in your body.

And release any tension that you're holding in your head,

At the crown of your head,

Your eyebrows.

Close your eyes if you haven't already.

Release any tension from your cheeks,

Your forehead.

And let go in your throat,

Your shoulders.

Maybe you'll move them around if it feels good or you just let them be.

Relax your arms,

Your hands,

Each finger.

And you can release all tension from your upper body.

You can stop holding your stomach.

Just let it be.

You can relax your hips and your legs.

Let go of any tension in your muscles.

There's nothing you have to do right now.

And let go of any tension in your feet.

And let all your weight go into the surface you're sitting or laying on.

And concentrate on your breath.

I want you to imagine now that you're standing in a big field or a meadow.

There are wildflowers around,

Grasses that are swaying in the light breeze.

And you might hear some birds chirping in the distance.

Warm sunshine is falling onto your face.

There might be a little bee buzzing around.

You're just observing what's happening around you.

And now in the distance you can see dark and thick clouds moving towards you.

You can see how the sky slowly darkens.

Because there is a storm approaching you.

And just feel into your body and into yourself what that is doing with you.

How are you reacting knowing that there is a storm coming in your direction?

But now you remember that you don't have to have any fear.

You don't have to worry because you know that you are the creator of this storm.

You know that you are safe.

And the storm is approaching closer and closer.

The wind is getting stronger.

It is blowing through your hair.

The clothes are moving in the wind.

The grasses are bowing towards the ground.

Trees in the distance are shaking their leaves as the wind blows through them.

It is getting darker and darker.

The wind is getting stronger and stronger.

And now the storm is almost exactly where you're standing.

But you are calm.

You are completely confident,

Strong and safe.

Because you know that you are creating this storm.

And there is nothing that can happen to you.

Feel the sense of safety,

The sense of knowing.

That this is passing.

Now you're standing in the eye of the storm.

And suddenly it's becoming quiet.

The storm is raging around you.

But you are standing in the calm.

There is nothing that happens to you.

You are safe.

And you are calm.

Slowly the storm is subsiding.

The wind becomes less angry.

And the first sunbeams are peeking through the clouds.

It is getting a little bit brighter and a little bit brighter.

The wind becomes less and less.

The grasses are just swaying a little bit.

The sky is clearing up.

Turning blue and beautiful.

Life is sprouting and playing again on the meadow and the field.

Birds are starting to chirp again.

Bees and flies and little insects are going about their day.

And you are still standing there serenely.

Standing on the field.

You're enjoying the warmth of the sun that has come out.

You're listening to the birds song.

You're observing some butterflies flying around.

And you're still feeling the safety deep within yourself.

And while you're taking in this beautiful surrounding,

Knowing that you've lived through this storm,

You can put your hands on top of your heart space.

Feel into this place,

Breathe into this place.

And feel how your heart becomes tender and calm after experiencing a storm.

How it softens.

How it becomes more loving.

How proud it is to be beating for you.

Feel the peace that emanates from your heart.

Feel the calm that is surrounding your heart space.

That is oozing into your body.

And now you can bring both of your hands together in front of your heart.

You can bow your head towards your hands.

Feel the sense of safety that you are armed for the next inner storm.

You can thank yourself for taking this time to connect to your heart,

To your inner calm,

To your inner peace.

To your inner strength and resilience.

And know that the more you're doing this meditation,

The easier it gets to stay calm in the inner storm.

And now breathe in.

And breathe out.

Let this experience go.

You can open your eyes and come back into this time and space.

Come back into the room you're in.

I thank you for meditating with me.

I hope to see you soon.

Bye.

A lovely meditation which uses visualisation and soundscape really effectively. Such a calming and reassuring narration too. Thank you.
