Feel the natural rhythm of your breath,

The anchor that connects you to the present moment.

As you settle into this moment,

Visualize a circle of light surrounding you.

This light represents the energy of mindful relationships,

Creating a space for genuine connections and understanding to flourish.

With each breath,

Let this circle of light expand,

Enveloping you in its warmth.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your heart center.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in the energy of compassion and empathy.

And exhale,

Allowing this energy to spread throughout your entire being.

Picture a garden in your mind.
