Hi there,

Welcome.

This is Natalie,

And I'm so happy you're here.

Today we'll reconnect with the natural softness of your heart,

The place within you that knows how to love,

Even when it's been hurt.

This meditation is called returning to love.

Not because love ever truly leaves,

But because we sometimes lose touch with it behind layers of protection.

Now find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes,

And begin to arrive.

Start by feeling the weight of your body against the earth.

Your body is safe right here.

Let the breath move naturally,

Nothing to fix,

Nothing to do.

Now bring one hand onto your chest and one hand on your belly.

Just feel your own warmth.

Your hands are soft messengers,

Reminding your body,

I'm here with you.

With every exhale,

Imagine you're softening a little more into the support beneath you.

Let the muscles around your heart relax,

Even if just one percent.

No force,

Just a gentle invitation.

Now remember a moment,

Any moment,

Where you felt loved or deeply seen.

It doesn't have to be dramatic,

It could be a pet leaning on you,

A smile from a stranger,

Sunlight warming your face.

Let that memory come alive,

Not in your mind,

But in your body.

Where do you feel it?

Maybe a subtle warmth in your chest,

A softening behind your eyes,

A sense of quiet recognition.

This,

This is love.

It's not something we chase or earn.

It's a state we return to when we let ourselves remember.

It exists in the present moment,

Ready to flow through us the instant we allow it.

If tears come,

Let them.

If nothing comes,

That's okay too.

Even your willingness to remember is love in motion.

Now begin to listen,

Not with your ears,

But with your inner awareness,

To the faint,

Steady rhythm inside your chest,

Your heartbeat.

It has never stopped showing up for you.

You can silently repeat,

My heart beats for me.

Even when I forget,

Love remembers.

Feel how your breath and heartbeat start to synchronize.

Each exhale softening,

Each inhale reminding you of life flowing through you.

Let this be your teacher.

Let this pulse be your proof that love is still here.

Slowly let go of any effort.

Sit for a few moments in stillness,

Resting in this quiet knowing.

You don't have to become love.

You already are.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Maybe place a hand on your heart once more.

A gesture of gratitude.

For remembering.

If you enjoyed this practice,

I invite you to follow me here.

I host live events every week and share new meditations regularly.

And if this moment touched your heart,

You can support my work through a small donation.

It helps me keep creating these spaces of peace and connection.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

May your heart stay open and tender,

Even in this world.

With love,

Always,

Natalie
