Welcome to the meditation of the hog.
We start the meditation by getting comfortable,
Either with a straight spine,
In a sitting position,
So your breath can flow freely,
Or laying down on a yoga mat,
Flat back,
Maybe with the support of a little pillow,
And a blanket close in case you are getting cold.
Get comfortable and let your face,
Jaw,
Shoulders,
And the rest of your body go.
Just drop the tensions,
The thoughts,
Just send it away with your breath.
And try to soften your body and feel where your breathing is right now.
Take a couple of deep breaths into the bottom of your belly and notice your own rhythm of breath.
Observe yourself breath for breath.
When you notice thoughts,
Which is normal,
Just gently return your focus on your breath.
Loving presence.
We are sitting with the feeling of loving presence.
And we can elevate our energy field by letting this love resonate within us.
Love is power,
Love and gratitude.
Like circles that grow bigger each way.
Ask permission for health.
Let's find what resonates with us to live in fullness.
Let's consciously have that loving attitude,
Intention,
And vision.
I want to talk about the lesson of the hawk,
Of the Mayan tradition.
The hawk is the teacher of the flight,
The vision and its power.
It is the unexplainable mystery that lives in your heart.
Talking to the universe in a language that doesn't need words.
You walk,
You run,
And all of a sudden you are flying over the mountains high above with a hawk next to you.
You greet the hawk with a smile and the hawk looks at you with his sharp eyes.
You can feel that the hawk wants to show you something and he invites you to join him and fly high above from where you can observe the totality of everything,
Of the earth,
Of your life,
The totality of every situation that you encounter.
With this vision we change our perspective and we fly high with the hawk,
Soaking in this perspective change.
With this vision we take decisions with the intake of the panorama of the whole spectrum,
Whole wideness.
We see where we want to build our nest,
Our home,
Where we find our food that we need in that very moment of our life.
We fly high up and the hawk supports us to develop the vision,
Enjoying the feeling of having wings and soaking in how it actually feels to fly with the wind.
Fill up your whole being with the beauty of the vision from the heights.
Fill up your whole being with the understanding that you can fly.
Fill up your whole being with the understanding that you can awaken the lesson of the hawk that lives within you.
Slowly it's time to say goodbye to the hawk.
You say thanks to the gifts that you have received and you also leave him a little present.
You smile at the hawk,
You step back from focusing on too many details,
You step back to get a larger perspective on a situation,
A moment,
A year.
Hawk symbolizes the ability to use our intuition and higher vision in order to complete the tasks or make important decisions.
The hawk serves as a spirit animal that can heighten our awareness and help us along our path.
The hawk bears all these lessons,
Helps you see better,
Clearer vision.
Remember the lesson of the hawk when you need it in your life and return to that wisdom.
Look in the sky and can you see a hawk in your neighborhood,
On your travels,
Take a deep breath in and let it go with your out breath.
