Welcome to Take a Moment a 4-part mini-series. In this first session, you’ll pause to reflect and honour how far you’ve come. Together, we’ll explore gentle questions to notice how you’re feeling and bring awareness to patterns that may no longer serve you. There’s no pressure to fix or change anything — just space to notice with compassion. This reflection is your first step to creating calm and meaningful change from within.

Welcome lovely one,

Thank you for being here.

My name is Namisha and this session is part one of the Take a Moment four-part mini-series created to help you pause,

Reconnect,

Realign and refocus.

Today we begin with Reflection,

A gentle pause to honour how far you've come,

Notice how you're feeling right now and bring awareness to any patterns that no longer serve you.

This is your space to slow down,

Breathe and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Find a comfortable sitting position,

Take a deep breath and let's connect within.

Part one,

Reflect,

Is the pause and pattern check-in.

Close your eyes if you can,

Allow yourself to be here and gift yourself this moment.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose and a long breath out through your mouth.

Let yourself lat.

This first step,

Reflect,

Is about awareness,

Taking a pause to gently check in with yourself.

And before we dive into what needs to change,

Let me invite you to take a moment to reflect on how far you've come.

Who are you now?

What strengths and wisdom have you gathered along the way?

Just think about that now.

How far have you come?

Who are you now?

What strengths and wisdom have you gathered along the way?

It's really important to honour your journey so far because that's the foundation for everything to come and often as high achievers we can skip this part.

We push,

We perform,

We move from one thing to the next,

Constantly progressing but perhaps without gentle reflection and from that we can sometimes repeat some patterns and miss the opportunity to acknowledge ourselves and to celebrate the big wins and also the small wins.

And we then sometimes wonder why we feel off.

And so here's your simple tool this week,

The pause and pattern check-in.

Let me invite you to grab a journal or sit quietly to contemplate these questions and you can pause the audio if you need to in order to give yourself the time that you need to capture your thoughts.

What has felt light,

Nourishing or aligned?

And you can just think about the last six months,

Eight months,

This year,

Whatever period that feels right for you.

What has felt light,

Nourishing or aligned?

What has felt heavy or draining lately?

Where have you been operating in flow?

Where have you been operating in autopilot?

And what patterns or habits are you ready to shift?

No pressure to fix or force anything,

This is simply about noticing with kindness and compassion because awareness is the precursor to choice and it's the beginning of transformation.

So you might want to take 5,

10,

15 minutes to capture your thoughts or you could even voice note them after this or on a walk or you could meditate on them.

Thank you for being here,

Lovely one.

Until next time,

Keep shining your light and may you always live your true self.

Namaste.
