Let's do a short exercise to help you release whatever anxiety you are carrying right now.
We are going to use TFT tapping right now,
Which stands for Thought Field Therapy.
All we are going to do is tap on the side of your hand in the area that is in the middle of the bottom of your pinky finger and the top of your wrist.
So just right in the middle of that area.
So go ahead and get comfortable.
And let's just begin by thinking about whatever it is that you are anxious about.
Bringing that into your thought field or anything that is lingering for you or stressful for you.
Just bring that into your mind right now.
And begin tapping in that point right on the side of your hand.
We're going to take three big breaths in and out.
And on every breath out,
I want you to imagine that you are releasing that anxiety or stress or whatever it is from your mind and your body.
And keep tapping as we take these breaths.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
And another big breath in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
Okay.
You can stop tapping on the side of your hand right now.
Now we're going to take some deep breaths without the tapping.
So go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
And another big breath in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
Okay.
Some of that tapping and breathing should have helped you clear your mind a little bit,
But we're going to do it one more time.
So go ahead and bring into your mind anything else that you currently are anxious about or stressed that you don't feel like has fully released from your body and your mind.
And start tapping on the side of your hand again in that area that's in the middle of your hand,
Right in the middle of the bottom of your pinky finger and your wrist.
So as you're tapping,
This time we're going to take five deep breaths.
And on every breath out,
Imagine you are releasing more of that anxiety and stress.
Take a deep breath in and out.
And another big breath in and out.
And in and out.
And in and out.
And one last big breath in and out.
Okay that's the end of this short little TFT tapping exercise.
I hope that you were able to release some anxiety or some stress that you might be carrying right now.
You can come back and do this exercise whenever you just need a little release and you can do it as many times as you'd like.
