Welcome to Your Healing Can Be Hard and That's Okay EFT Tapping Meditation.

This meditation is meant to support you on your healing journey,

Acknowledging that it can be hard sometimes.

You can bring up a lot of feelings that can be hard to process,

But just know that all of this is for something.

You're working toward being a better version of you.

And by doing that,

You're raising your vibration.

You're raising the vibration of the world,

Of the people around you.

This healing you're doing is so powerful,

Even though it can be hard at times.

So right now,

If you want,

You can grade how you feel from a one through a 10,

10 being the strongest,

On how hard you feel like your healing journey is right now.

Maybe there's something specific you're going through and you want to release it a little bit.

So go ahead and just get that number and then we're going to work on lowering it during this meditation.

And you can get comfortable in whatever way works best for you.

And let's get started.

Start tapping on the side of your hand.

Sometimes I feel so hard to heal,

But I love and accept myself anyway.

Sometimes when I'm in the depths of healing,

I feel like I'm going backwards,

But I love and accept myself anyway.

I know that deep down healing is for my greater good and I love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

All of the pain.

Side eye,

All the stress.

Under eye,

All of the depressing feelings.

Under nose,

All of the uncertainty.

Under mouth,

I want to release it.

Collarbone,

Healing is so hard sometimes.

Under your armpit,

Sometimes it's so hard to see why I'm doing any of this.

Top of the head,

It's not always clear to me why I'm on this healing journey.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

Healing feels so hard for me sometimes.

Side eye,

I don't like when I'm at those low points.

Under eye,

I don't like when I can't see the end goal of what I'm going through.

Under nose,

I want to release all of that.

Under mouth,

I want to see the greater purpose of all of this.

Collarbone,

But sometimes I just can't.

Under your armpit,

Sometimes I don't know why I'm going through any of this.

Top of the head,

I want to feel better on this healing journey.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

What if I could just accept that I'm healing for my greater good?

Side eye,

I'm healing to reach a better version of me.

Under eye,

What if I knew that healing wasn't always going to feel good?

Under nose,

And I accepted that.

Under mouth,

What if I knew that even when it doesn't feel good,

Healing is leading me somewhere?

Collarbone,

When it doesn't feel good,

It's still okay.

Under your armpit,

What if I just accepted the healing process?

Top of the head,

What if I just believed and knew that this healing I'm doing is for a reason?

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

I am healing for myself.

Side eye,

I'm healing to be a better version of myself.

Under eye,

I'm healing to be a bigger light in this world.

Under nose,

I'm healing for others around me.

Under mouth,

I'm healing for my family.

Collarbone,

I'm healing for the past,

Present,

And future versions of me.

Under your armpit,

I am healing to break generational trauma.

Top of the head,

I am healing for the good of the collective.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

Healing parts of myself is such an empowering feeling.

Side eye,

Even though it's hard sometimes.

Under eye,

I choose to walk through those hard times.

Under nose,

Because I know it's for my greater good.

Under mouth,

It's for those around me.

Collarbone,

It's for the collective.

Under your armpit,

My healing benefits so many.

Top of the head,

But most importantly,

My healing benefits me.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

The more I heal myself.

Side eye,

The more powerful I am.

Other eye,

The bigger light I am in this world.

Under nose,

The easier it is to shine my light.

Under mouth,

The truer I am to myself and others.

Collarbone,

Healing myself is so powerful.

Under your armpit,

I am here for this healing journey I'm on.

Top of the head,

I was brought here right now to heal myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Okay,

That is the end of this EFT topping meditation.

If you want to regrade yourself and how you feel being on your healing process from a 1-10,

10 being the strongest and the most charged to it,

Just see if going through this meditation allowed your number to go down a little bit.

And I like to say the sweet spot is a 4 below.

That means that you've taken a lot of the charge out of that issue that you were starting with.

And hopefully,

Maybe right now you just feel a little lighter in general,

Like you were able to release maybe some of the negativity that you carry around being on this healing process and the negative feelings that you may run into sometimes.

Because it can be hard.

It can be hard for everybody.

But knowing there's a greater purpose for your healing process can be so helpful and so powerful.

And it can help you when you're in those dark times where you don't know why you're doing any of this.

And you need that.

You need that to keep going.

Because in the end,

The more you work on yourself,

You are going to be a better version of you on the other side.

But sometimes you just need to remind yourself of that.

And I hope this helped you do that today.

This brought tears, I was so deeply moved😭❤️ I’m tapering off of a pain medication and having intense healing symptoms, and this meditation allowed me to get back in touch with why I’m doing this at a time when I often forget and feel as though it’s just senseless suffering, a bottomless black pit of discomfort. Now I remember. I’m going to be FREE, and my freedom benefits everyone around me and my entire generational line. Healing is hard but WORTH IT. Thank you for this beautiful reminder ❤️
