It's okay that I failed EFT tapping meditation.
This meditation is going to be so supportive to you if maybe you've recently gone through some sort of failure in your life or are going through that right now.
And you want to really allow yourself to work through that because failing is so normal.
But I think we often really get to a place where we don't allow ourselves to work through that because we're just so upset and frustrated about the fact that we failed.
And I really wanted to allow this meditation to help you to work through those feelings because I believe that if you're failing at something,
Then you're allowing yourself to fully live.
Because a lot of people don't even put themselves out into situations that allow them to fail.
And you're doing that.
And that's so amazing because that is showing you and it's showing everyone that you are truly living.
No matter what people have to say,
You know that deep down,
You putting yourself out into these situations is so helpful to your soul and your track that you're on in this life.
So let's work through any way that you have failed recently in your life,
Any type of failure that you're holding onto.
And if you want to right now grade how maybe frustrated or angry or whatever the feeling is that you feel around your failure from a one through 10,
10 being the most frustrated,
The most negative,
Whatever,
Again,
Whatever feeling that is,
And we will tap through it and our number should go down as we tap.
Go ahead and begin by taking a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I failed,
I know it will be okay and I fully love and accept myself.
Even though it feels bad to fail,
I fully love and accept myself.
I know that I can get to a place where I am able to see that it's okay that I failed and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I feel like crap.
Side eye.
I feel like I don't even know why I tried.
Under eye.
I feel like I'm not sure what the point is.
Under nose.
I feel frustrated.
Under mouth.
I feel so down on myself.
Collarbone.
I feel ashamed of myself.
Under your armpit and I want to release that.
Top of the head.
I want to let all of those heavy feelings out.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know failing doesn't have to mean so much.
Side eye.
But right now it does.
Under eye.
Right now it feels terrible.
Under nose.
And deep down I know that it's okay.
Under mouth.
At this moment it doesn't feel okay.
Collarbone and I allow myself to feel bad about it.
Under your armpit.
But I don't want those feelings to linger.
Top of the head.
I want to be able to let these heavy feelings go.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
What if I was able to look past my failure?
Side eye.
What if I knew that failing meant that I was being led to something better?
Under eye.
What if I knew that failing was leading me where I was meant to be?
Under nose.
What if I knew that failing was allowed to feel bad sometimes?
Under mouth.
But then I could easily move through it.
Collarbone.
What if I knew that it was okay to feel?
Under your armpit.
What if I knew that failure was a part of life?
Top of the head.
What if I knew that I would bounce back from this failure?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
It's okay to fail.
Side eye.
It's okay to try things and not have them work out.
Under eye.
It's okay to put myself out there and not have it work out.
Under nose.
It's all okay.
Under mouth.
It just means that I'm human.
Collarbone.
It just means that I'm breathing.
Under your armpit.
Failing is a natural part of living.
Top of the head.
We all fail at something at some point in our lives.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
Failing is not the end of my story.
Side eye.
I allow myself to feel my feelings around failing.
Under eye.
But I also allow myself to move past it.
Under nose.
Failing is the beginning of my story.
Under mouth.
I now have room for something better.
Collarbone.
I have room for what is meant for me.
Under your armpit.
I have room for all of the good that is to come for me.
Top of the head.
I am so amazing no matter how many times I have failed.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow.
I know that failing is okay.
Side eye.
Failing is part of the process.
Under eye.
Failing is part of life.
Under nose.
Everyone fails at some point in their life.
Under mouth.
This failure I've experienced is okay.
Collarbone.
I will be okay.
Under your armpit.
My life will be okay.
Top of the head.
It's okay that I failed.
I am still an amazing human and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.

If you want right now you can regrade how maybe disappointed or frustrated you are around the failure that you tapped on today and grade that from a one through ten.
Again being the most frustrated negative whatever feelings you were coming in with and see if your number went down.
