Are you having difficulty with somebody in your life right now? Or maybe they are not in your life anymore and you still have difficulty with the memory of them. Hatred and anger can easily boil over in these situations. In this meditation we are going to turn our hatred for another into compassion. Compassion can allow us to look at things from a different perspective while keeping a pleasant and healing state for your whole system. Decreasing your stress and anxiety. Allowing you to be happier and healthier. Enjoy this meditation and take care of yourself.

Hello people,

Welcome to this meditation.

Are you having a difficult time with another person in your life right now?

I'm sorry you are going through this.

In this meditation we are going to transform anger and hatred into compassion and love.

I know that may seem intimidating to you right now,

But just closing your eyes if you already haven't,

And coming into this space,

Bringing yourself inwards,

Inwards,

Inwards,

Gently letting go of the outside world,

Creating your safe space,

Right here,

Right now.

I'm going to do a countdown from 5 now.

This countdown is to create your safe space.

5,

Calming down.

4,

De-stressing.

3,

Relaxing.

Centering.

Grounding.

Zero.

Imagining there is a very protective white light above your head.

This light is very trusting and the safest thing you could ever come across.

It travels around your body and encompasses all of it.

Enveloping your body in safety and security.

Whoever comes near you now,

They can never hurt you.

They can never harm you.

The white light is protecting you.

With the power of 1000 elephants and the safety of 1 million Buddhas,

You are protected.

You are safe.

Your very own safe space has been created.

Now bringing your attention to the heart area and say the following phrases to yourself.

May I be happy.

May I be peaceful.

May I be at ease.

May I be full of joy.

May I be full of love and kindness.

I know you've been hurting.

Maybe you've been feeling disrespected.

Maybe you feel your needs haven't been getting met.

You hold a lot of anger for all of that.

Maybe it's been directed towards a certain person who has been difficult in your life.

This anger and hatred isn't going to do you any favors.

It's time to let it go my friend.

Let it go inside of you so you can move on to healthier and happier places.

You deserve this.

Now visualizing that the person you have been having difficulty with has come into the room.

It's okay,

They won't come too close.

They can come as close as you want them to.

You are in control.

Notice that they also have a protective light around them.

To help regulate their own fear,

Anxiety and stress.

In the next moment we are going to wish them well.

This may bring up some discomfort inside of you.

That's okay.

Go with it.

Say the following phrases after me.

May they be healthy.

May they be happy.

May they be at ease.

May they be filled with love and kindness.

Great work.

Whatever comes up within you right now,

Just noticing.

And keep on visualizing the person in front of you.

Knowing that they may be suffering.

They may have anxiety and troubles.

They may not love themselves at all.

As a young child they may not have gotten their needs met.

Once again,

Repeating the phrases after me.

Still seeing the person.

May they be healthy.

May they be happy.

May they be at ease.

May they be filled with love and kindness.

Whatever you feel right now,

It's okay.

Just feeling it from your heart,

It's okay.

This person may be wearing a mask at this time.

In order to feel protected from you seeing their true self.

Which may be a fearful person who just needs love and compassion.

See them taking off their mask.

What do they look like to you now?

Repeating the same phrases after me once again.

May they be healthy.

May they be happy.

May they be at ease.

May they feel filled with love and kindness.

May they be at peace.

They have taken off their mask and shown you their true self.

Their true awakened self is here right now.

Then wishing this person well.

Before they leave,

Imagine cords coming out of this person that connected you to them.

These cords may have been based on anxiety,

Control and codependency.

The cords mean whatever they mean for your specific scenario.

Cut these cords and allow for a healthier space to develop within yourself and within the other person.

These cords are no longer needed.

Imagine them burning up into nothing.

Now let the person go out of your mind.

On their journey in life.

Well done.

It takes a brave and mature character to complete this meditation.

You are brilliant.

Now coming back to our bodies.

Realising that the safe light still envelopes you.

It represents healthy boundaries and a peaceful outlook on others.

It will envelope you as you go about your life.

Now stretching your body.

Coming back to the world.

And opening your eyes.

Brilliant stuff.
