Okay,

So this morning we're going to talk about like a short way to say it is where the focus goes,

The energy flows.

And typically the focus goes to fragmentation.

So if we believe,

If we buy into the idea,

Because these are all ideas,

Right?

Our life is a series of agreements that we make,

The ideas that we agree to be true and so that they become our life.

That's a whole nother talk.

But if we believe that ultimately what we are is wholeness,

We are whole and complete beings at the end of days.

We talked a little bit about this not too long ago,

And I was explaining the mind of a therapist.

Therapist holds this vision of wholeness for their client.

That's the path.

We're going to go here to where you are whole and complete,

And I'm guiding you to this place.

So if we believe that that's true,

That vision,

That experience exists,

And we are that,

Yet we collectively focus on the fragmentation.

We don't go to our therapist and say,

Hey,

I would like to investigate my wholeness,

Right?

We go to our therapist and say,

I have so many problems.

I don't know what to do,

Right?

So we are focusing on the fragmentation.

Even in our health,

We don't see ourselves as whole and complete,

Right?

We see ourselves as a series of problems,

Right,

That need to be fixed.

And so where the focus goes,

The energy flows.

If we are spending our time,

Our precious time and energy in the minutia of the fragmentations,

Then it's no surprise that we exist in the fragmentations.

We exist in problems,

Another problem to solve,

Another problem to solve.

I might get a piece,

And finally that becomes part of that wholeness,

But then there's another problem on the other side,

Or I work on a particular problem for years and years and years and years.

And so maybe it is not the problems that are the problems,

It's the vision.

If on some level,

Which we can do in meditation,

We experience ourselves as whole,

Then might we get more of that?

Might that be more of our life experience?

I believe that that's true.

And we're gonna talk tomorrow about how that's possible.

Like,

Well,

All right,

That sounds great,

Paul,

And I'd love to do that,

But how?

So I'm giving you a cliffhanger.

We're gonna talk a little bit more about that tomorrow,

But I would like for you to spend some time just catching yourself,

Looking at all the issues,

Right?

Problems to solve without holding a vision of your completeness,

Your authentic self,

Which doesn't have any problems,

Right?

Problems are funny because how do we know there are even problems,

Right?

How do we know what it's supposed to look like?

We only know what it's supposed to look like because someone told us that.

So our problems exist because someone else created a vision of what life was supposed to be and you're falling short,

Right?

If you're in another culture altogether,

You might be doing great.

You might not have any problems.

So it is very based on conditioning.

Certainly based on a world that is a little bit,

I hate to be negative,

But a little bit invested in us not being whole,

Yeah?

What can I sell you if you're whole?

Nothing.

You're all good.

Then we have nothing to tell you you need desperately in order to feel whole.

But we know,

I think we can all agree without question that everyone is trying to feel whole.

And rarely does anyone ever get there,

Right?

There's always another thing.

So I,

Tomorrow,

I'm going to try to explain how we can get there,

Right?

And how we can share that with others so others can get there because life is so short and precious.

Why not experience it as perfection?

Why would we waste our time experiencing it as a continuation of falling short?

So we're going to,

I'm too excited for tomorrow.

We're gonna go and start our meditation now.

So please put on your headphones.

I have new headphones coming.

I'm really excited about that coming because I am not whole enough with my own ears.

I need augmentations.

Find your comfortable seat and we're going to do our sound meditation at the end.

So you're prepared for that.

Find your gazing point.

It's interesting how we get to the gazing point.

That is a place of wholeness,

Right?

In fact,

Through our gazing point,

We're letting all the fragmentation fall away.

Fragmentation comes in all the thoughts,

Right?

The thoughts are always running supposed to,

Right?

Something that happens,

Something that's gonna happen.

Without thought,

Right?

Without those types of thoughts,

We are whole.

And so when we sit deeply in our gazing point,

We already begin to experience a life beyond issues,

Beyond problems,

Allowing yourself to fall still and enter into a state of presence.

There is no lack in presence.

And yet there's still a journey,

Not based on lack,

But still.

There's still a journey,

Not based on lack,

But based on curiosity.

What wonderful new experience will I add to all the other wonderful experiences I have had?

So it is a experience of addition.

Add to grow bigger and have more.

Replace of already being complete.

What I get to have is what is really important,

Not things,

But an exciting life experience.

Something as simple as leavingF beingumen and being in state of presence.

Having a place where all the things and something with all of the public is private,

It takes a little bit of extra space.

Thing as simple and wondrous as the movement of your breathing diaphragm.

It can be more satisfying than feeling your own breath,

Feeling your experience of light.

Let your eyes close.

Observe that diaphragm as it moves up and down in your body,

Allowing it to move gently and fully,

Feeling that coordination that happens.

As you inhale,

Not only does the breathing diaphragm drop,

So does the diaphragm of your pelvic floor,

Creating beautiful space in your upper chest.

As you exhale,

They fold quietly into a restful space.

You may also begin to feel that the diaphragm of the crown of your head begins to lift on the inhale as the other two diaphragms drop,

Creating even more space in that cavity.

This cycle where we pull in life through our breath,

Because everything is in perfection.

We breathe out life for others on our exhale.

In a reciprocal relationship,

Our lungs with the lungs,

All of the trees around us,

Constantly sharing.

Beautiful cooperation that is effortless and divine.

Always inviting us to come into a deeper harmony with the nature around us,

Reminding us of who we are,

Reminding us of our completeness of our wholeness.

How effortless it can be.

You feel your inner rhythm.

Not because you're doing anything,

But because you're simply paying attention to what is already complete.

You do not need to breathe better.

You just need to observe your breath.

Bringing presence to what is already there.

Feeling your perception shift from one of separation to a deep and profound connection to all that there is.

This is what gives us the ability to connect to the greater matrix.

Slowly recognize ourself and others.

We recognize that there is a bigger field that we're all part of.

Field of completion of totality brings no lack here.

Simply expansion,

Evolution,

Abundance.

Feeling the vibration in your body.

Allow that resonance to meet the resonance.

Singing balls.

Hearing them not with your ears,

But with your cellular structure.

Feel that vibration in your wholeness.

Slowly begin to deepen that breath,

Feeling the change in your vibration.

Shift in your frequency,

The spaciousness inside of you.

As you feel ready,

Go ahead and open your eyes.
