Relax your mind,

Relax your body,

And relax your soul.

And in all those points of relaxation,

All those levels of relaxation,

You can see how not only your nervous system,

But from entirety of your mind,

Body,

Spirit,

Is in another state.

Because when the soul relaxes,

It can trust,

And when the mind relaxes,

It can not think too much.

Also,

Trust comes in.

And when the body relaxes,

It knows that it's safe.

It can be present,

It can be relaxed,

And trusting too,

That it is safe.

So the point is that you are safe all the time.

Not just here,

But here we are just realizing that we are actually safe.

So yes,

Relax.

And now that you can relax,

Now that your animalistic tendencies can relax,

Your mind can go into higher realms.

It can think bigger.

It can go into more spiritual ascension states.

Why?

Because you have taken care of the animalistic tendencies,

Which is to feel safe,

To survive.

And no matter what your circumstances are,

You can relax right now,

Just by telling yourself that,

I am safe and I can feel relaxed.

And with that,

Now that you can think bigger in that spiritual way,

Focus on your beingness.

So you know that you exist,

And there is this beingness of your soul that is the basis of all thoughts,

Emotions,

And feelings,

And sensations.

And you can get in touch with that raw,

Naked,

Pure awareness,

Pure beingness,

Just by stripping away the layers of your thoughts,

Emotions,

And sensations.

Either you can do that,

Or you can ignore those thoughts,

Sensations,

Emotions.

And the third option is actually also there,

Which is to include all thoughts,

Emotions,

And sensations into the beingness,

So there is no separation between them.

So you are totally allowing,

Inclusive of everything all at once,

So you are not really focusing.

The point is not to focus on one thought,

Or one sensation,

Or one emotion.

You are kind of not getting distracted by them.

That is why when you don't focus on any particular object,

Or thought,

Or emotion,

Then you can see the bigger picture,

Or the background of everything,

Which is your beingness.

And you can do that right now,

Instead of focusing on any particular thing,

Just be.

In the beginning,

You can focus on your beingness,

But in the end,

You don't even need to do that.

So initially,

It may help for you to focus on beingness at the expense of your stories,

Your dramas,

The world,

The sensations,

The emotions,

The thoughts.

No matter what it is,

No matter how important it may seem,

I need to worry about my money,

I need to worry about this relationship,

I need to worry about this or that,

Future tasks,

Past regrets and worries,

Future doubts,

Fears.

But set them apart for now.

Don't even go there.

Don't even entertain yourself,

Because you are addicted to entertaining ourselves.

So don't go there.

Prioritize beingness right now.

Just pure being.

If a thought comes up,

Just ignore it.

Don't get distracted.

It's like a focused laser beam into the beingness.

And as you abide in that,

You don't even need to make any effort to do that.

You just abide in beingness,

Or you can even call it awareness.

Consciousness.

Whatever word fits you,

Whatever word resonates with you,

Use that to hook your mind into something so that you can ignore mind's activities,

Mental chatter,

And you can come to the essence of all of that,

Which is your beingness.

So no matter if you are listening to me or not,

You can even mute me if you want to,

You know what I am going to say.

Focus on your beingness.

So whether my voice helps you or not,

Focus on your beingness.

Or if it distracts you,

Then even more focus on your beingness.

It's a challenge for you.

But I guess it helps you because then you can stop your monkey mind from going from this or that thought or emotion,

This or that story of your life,

No matter how good or bad turn it's taking,

No matter how epic or sad it is right now,

You can ignore all of the worldly activities.

Retire from them for now.

And just be.

And in between my voice,

When I don't speak,

Notice the beingness shines forth.

And the reason I am not being silent all the time is that then the focus kind of shifts away.

So when I stop speaking,

Then you have even greater chance to focus on your beingness.

Don't miss that opportunity.

And that is why I am also not being silent all the time,

So that you can realize that window of opportunity to just be.

Just ignore all thoughts.

That is all you need.

Come back to the source.

And if you're getting distracted,

Either ignore everything or include everything so that it's not triggering anymore.

No thought is grabbing your attention or triggering you because you're either able to ignore everything,

Whatever works better for you right now,

Ignore everything or include everything so that you're not shifting your attention towards one thing.

Then you can be.

Notice the bliss.

Notice the inherent bliss.

Bliss that is not dependent on any mental neurotransmitter,

Dopamine or serotonin.

You're just being.

It's not dependent on any outcome from the world.

It is not dependent on any joke or any celebration,

Any success or failure.

It is just the bliss of being,

Which is prior to anything that comes after that.

It's not dependent on your story of how good or bad your life is.

What exciting thing is coming next or what thing you're dreading,

What you're resisting.

It doesn't depend on any of that.

The bliss of being is pure,

Naked awareness or beingness in which there's only here and now.

So there's nothing to go into the future and there's nothing to hold on from the past.

This now moment which is always ever-present,

That is why this beingness is always accessible because it's already there.

And when we become too distracted from that,

When we go into the world,

We lose touch with this beingness,

With this bliss which is inherent.

We say,

I don't want this bliss because I'm looking for something better and we never find something better.

And this bliss kind of goes deeper and deeper as you abide more and more.

So initially you may feel a little bit good.

Yeah,

I feel good just abiding in this beingness.

And then the more you do it,

The more that bliss shines forth as you abide in your true Self.

And then this bliss,

You can also not depend on it.

Because at one point you may make it about the bliss that if I'm blissful,

Then it is the sign of my spiritual progress.

No,

You cannot depend on your progress based on that.

Progress is more holistic when you can heal yourself,

Resolve your suffering,

And not just transcend in higher states,

But it's also the integration,

The day-to-day living.

But bliss is just feedback.

It's not something to be proud of.

Basically,

Don't make it about the outer world again.

Bliss is something that is your true nature,

That is already there,

And you just tap into it whenever you want.

It's like it's something underneath,

Which is your true essence.

So you're just able to come back to it.

It's not something that you gain from the outer world.

It is you coming back home.

And it's everybody's home,

So you don't own the bliss,

You don't own your home.

Because as soon as this ownership comes in,

The ego tries to make it about itself.

So be the bliss without needing the bliss,

Without owning the bliss,

Without grasping the bliss,

Without needing the bliss to be there all the time.

Nevertheless,

You can come back to it any time,

At your will,

At your command.

Sometimes it may be harder than other times,

When you're triggered,

When there's lots of things going on in your life.

But that's the discipline,

That's the discipline,

Devotion,

Commitment to your spiritual practice of remembrance,

Of coming back to beingness.

Of meditation,

Of self-enquiry,

Of contemplation,

Devotion.

And notice that in order for you to feel blissful,

You don't need any music,

Any dance.

Although these things can help a lot.

Certain kinds of dances or movements can help with meditation,

Or even yoga,

Which is a lot of physical movements,

And then you get into meditation.

All of these things can really,

Really help.

But in the end,

They're just tools.

And when you can come back to beingness,

On your own,

At your will,

Then you don't need those tools.

You can still utilize it from time to time.

But you can come directly,

Just by ignoring the illusions,

Or by including,

Equalizing the illusion,

So that you're not giving any significance to any one particular thing or thought.

It's like included,

Everything is included in the beingness.

So,

All is well.

Nothing to worry about.

Nothing to focus on,

In the outside world.

And when it's hard,

Just focus.

Instead of focusing on something,

Just focus.

And when you're focused,

You're not thinking.

You're being.

Focus is like a laser that kills all the thoughts.

Not really kills,

But distills down,

So that nothing can touch you.

Nothing can grasp your attention,

Because you're already laser-focused.

And that laser focus brings you bliss,

If you can do that.

So you don't need anything.

Not the money in the bank account,

Not the perfect lover,

Not this or that accomplishment,

Not this or that status or power position,

Not this or that experience.

You don't need any of that,

If you can come to beingness.

Bliss is your birthright.

Bliss is your birthright.

And you can practice it in the most mundane moments,

In the most chaotic moments,

In the most exciting moments,

And in the most sad or emotionally challenging moments.

Because when you can do that,

Then you strengthen your will to be.

Then actually the work,

The discipline comes in.

Right now it's easy.

So don't even think that you've got it.

No,

You have not.

You've got lots of training.

That's being humble,

To remember that,

Oh,

I need my discipline.

So it's great that you can do that right now,

That you can ignore the world.

My voice is just a reminder.

My voice is just a hook for you to be right now.

But practice this when you're emotionally charged,

When life is mundane,

When life is exciting,

When life is sad.

Whatever emotions,

No matter how highly charged,

In a positive or negative way,

Both,

Don't just practice it when you're suffering.

Don't just practice when you're feeling very excited,

And all of that success.

Don't just practice in one way.

Practice in both extremes,

And also in between.

Practice,

Practice,

Practice.

It's like you prioritize your beingness more than you prioritize the worldly activities of positive or negative experiences.

And notice the freedom,

Notice the liberation,

Notice the peace,

Notice the power that comes through that,

And all of those things will add to your bliss.

Because you're not dependent on the outside world.

You're mature,

You're adult,

Spiritually.

So that you don't need another toy.

You can just be.

You don't need drama.

Even the drama can be there.

Stories can be there.

But you don't need them to be blissful.

You can come back.

And one of the easiest ways to remember this is to surrender,

Is to not argue.

That's the end of stories.

When you don't argue with your life,

Because anytime you're not accepting anything,

Anytime you're not surrendering,

You're arguing.

Because once you accept everything as it is,

Including your emotions,

Then you're not focusing on those emotions.

It's not that you're escaping them,

But you're allowing them,

So you're not distracting in that sense.

You're allowing them,

Yet,

You are not focused on them.

Because you have something better to focus on,

Which is your being.

What's underneath all of that.

And through that,

All healing comes forth.

So it's not that you need to do something else for healing.

Healing is just the by-product of you aligning to your true Self.

And now it's your duty,

It's your honor to spread this,

To be that example of that beingness,

That loving presence.

And it starts with your beingness,

With your essence.

So that when you engage with the world,

You can be that.

You can come from that.

Instead of creating suffering for the world more and more,

You can be the remover of people's suffering,

And your own.

Or the healer,

Not really remover,

Because we don't want to remove something out of immaturity,

Out of escapism.

But you can be that healer,

Just by your presence.

But first,

Practice the discipline.

And you can see better when you're seeing things from the higher perspective.

Imagining being on top and seeing everything,

Which is much better than being in the world and seeing from limited perspective.

So that is why,

Come back to awareness,

Come back to beingness,

And from there,

You can see things better.

You're not trying to use a torch in a dark room to find something.

You just switch on the lights.

In that sense,

You become aware.

So that no matter what was hiding,

You can see it clearly.

You have clarity,

You have love,

You have wisdom.

That is practice.
