We are all much better than we think! The ego´s most powerful trick is to make us feel not good enough and alone. But when the pain of separation becomes too intense, we come together and turn to the Creator to heal. The key lies in our sincerity and the depth of our longing to know the truth. We can release the static, the confusion, and the need to defend ourselves... and the fear underneath all this, when we realize that our minds are not in control. The Creator is. Instead, when we turn inward and feel what’s truly happening inside our body, we can gently dethrone the mind and return to the heart. As we learn to listen to our heart, our soul can finally return home, through the body, into our life. Premasudha is speaking to Susan, Michael, Erin, Sivamayi, Sebastian, and Bhavani. Music: Jenna

Blessings,

Dear ones.

It's lovely to see you.

Lovely to see you.

Thank you for coming.

We're going to begin today again with a call for grace,

With asking for grace,

Asking for Amma's grace,

The Creator's grace,

And asking for all of you to have the courage to open your hearts.

Yeah,

Just at a pace that you can,

But to open your hearts more than you've been able to.

Yeah,

That's the key to the journey is opening our hearts more and more gradually as time goes on.

And we,

In Prama Sutta's experience,

We need grace to be able to do it.

We need the Creator,

Because it's the Creator,

It's Amma who does it.

We think we're the agents,

But we're not.

Blessings.

So,

My beloved,

What's going on with you?

Have you had any dreams or any questions coming up?

You know,

Before we started,

Prama Sutta was feeling how much,

You know,

So many of us don't really know how to love.

This is the problem.

We don't know how to really love and honour ourselves and love and honour the true nature of those around us.

And so we bumble,

We muddle,

We muddy our gardens,

The gardens of our hearts.

And,

You know,

It's all good,

Because when our hearts feel very muddy and confused,

We turn to Amma,

The Creator,

With more sincerity.

And that's really the key,

You guys.

The sincerity,

The depth of the desire for truth.

You know,

I just want to talk about the woman who's the 94-year-old or three-year-old who,

In my building,

Who I worked with for 10 weeks.

And she said,

On one hand,

She said,

Oh,

I don't know about you,

Janet,

Because I didn't use Prama Sutta.

But when we completed,

What she said to me was that nothing in her life,

Not even the births of her children,

Had touched her as much as sitting with Prama Sutta.

And it was because we were at the soul level,

And even the birth of her children didn't bring her into the soul level.

Yeah,

I mean,

I got to laugh.

I mean,

This dear one had another generation,

Obviously.

And it was,

You know,

I think,

During the war,

Just after the war,

She got married,

And she had two suitors.

And so I said,

Well,

How did you decide?

And she said,

Well,

I asked my mother,

Who should I marry?

I'm like,

Oh,

My goodness.

So remember,

This is how this woman had lived her life.

So this was why even the births of her children didn't touch her as much as we sitting together towards the end of her life,

When she had very little to lose,

So she could go deeper.

And then,

Of course,

She,

You know,

She looks 10 years younger now.

I mean,

It is just amazing.

Because she,

She really let go of so much static,

And confusion and defensiveness,

You know,

Very,

She would,

She'd been very defensive.

So,

You know,

I guess that in her life,

Pramasutra was the only person who had really got through to her.

So,

Because this is what we're,

We can be like,

And we,

We don't realize how defended against the Amma inside we are.

Or we're,

You know,

That we've been taught to be.

But,

You know,

We can grow beyond this,

We can just allow our hearts to open,

We can have a little more courage to listen inside and follow.

We could,

You know,

Not argue,

Like,

You know,

For reading a book that sounds impossible,

You know,

Like,

By books on the yogis in the Himalayas,

We can just keep a door open to maybe it's true.

You know,

We could just live with not knowing,

Not having to decide whether something's true or not.

Just gradually just asking to be shown what the truth of things is.

And you'll be surprised at the love in everything.

Pramasutra's asked you to come forward a bit.

And I know that,

You know,

It's unsettling sometimes to expose oneself and the insecurities.

But when we do that,

Our ego loses its death grip on us,

Because exposure is what kills the ego.

When it's exposed,

It's just like somebody who's doing a fraud.

Once it's exposed,

The fraud stops.

The same principle.

When you expose the ego's machinations,

It's profoundly uncomfortable,

But the ego dissolves.

And,

You know,

Remember that all of us are pretty much the same,

You know,

And anything that you bring forward,

Pramasutra has pretty much seen it in herself.

That's how teachers work.

They just see it's all the same stuff,

And the things they're through,

They can help people open the doors to greater freedom in exactly that area.

And,

You know,

The area I really feel is just,

There's this great desire to,

I feel in you,

To really know what love is,

And to know how to really deeply love and receive love.

Yeah,

And we'll just clear the static that gets in the way.

Hi,

Pramasutra,

It's Susan.

Okay,

Susan,

Sweet one.

Hi.

Hi.

So,

After the last time we spoke,

And I was really trapped,

You know,

I know I was going through a clearing,

But it was really uncomfortable,

And I appreciate your help.

And I noticed that I'm really noticing how much I push down myself,

Even when I'm trying to open,

Like,

Ask,

Like,

Amma,

Help me,

Help me,

Whatever.

And I turned it around to,

This is what really helped,

Of going back into my body,

And feeling where it is.

Or where I am,

And trying to,

Like,

Bring that awareness to my heart.

And it's really helping me,

Like,

Shift out of that head thinking,

Trying to make it happen,

Or,

You know,

Whatever.

And I'm feeling closer.

I'm in Texas,

And we're having that horrible flooding.

And I don't know if you guys have seen the news,

There was a camp that was affected.

And it's a camp that a lot of Houstonians send their kids to in the hill country.

And 20 girls were lost in a cabin,

They were like,

Eight or nine.

And that's what I dreamt,

Yeah,

That's what I dreamt about last night.

And they're,

Like,

Showing their photos,

And they look like my daughter when she was that age.

And it's that,

Like,

You know,

When they're plumping out,

Like,

It's so sad.

And everybody's looking for them.

But like,

I woke up,

I knew they were,

Like,

Gone.

But I knew,

Like,

I felt them held by Amma.

I felt their freedom.

And I just feel such,

Like,

Sadness for their families,

And all of us.

But things like this,

Like,

Make me feel closer to God.

And,

Like,

It reminded me of the fleeting time here.

And to,

To,

Like,

Acknowledge how precious it is.

And it's maybe not all these problems I think I have are that serious.

Right.

Right.

Yeah.

Right.

And the bringing everything back to your heart is just,

It's it,

You know.

And,

And remembering,

You know,

Just like you did,

And having that intention.

I mean,

That really,

When you work with your body this way,

You guys,

It's,

It really speeds up your journey.

Because it brings you back to your heart,

Back to your body.

It's very good.

Yeah.

And there's,

Yeah,

I realized I,

I've been so trapped in my head.

This comes back to what,

You know,

In the East,

They,

They're more devoted in their orientation than we are.

The whole culture is just more devotions easier for them.

And they say this,

The sages all say this about the West,

That devotion's harder for us.

So,

I mean,

The good news is,

The wisdom way,

You need your intellect.

But the bad news is,

We,

We can get divorced from our hearts and try to make progress on the spiritual journey.

And it doesn't work.

So,

For Westerners,

Coming back to the heart,

I think is a really important component.

So,

It's good,

Susan.

It's good.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Thank you.

Well,

Thank you.

Thank you.

Blessings to those little ones.

I'll tell you,

Maybe,

You know,

Right in the first three days in the West,

They say that,

You know,

We can be helped to drop a lot of stuff.

Maybe we could just have a couple of minutes of prayers for those little ones and their families.

And,

And also,

Pramasutra will,

You know,

Work with,

Work with them too.

Okay.

So,

Okay,

Let's just,

Prayers.

And so it is.

Blessings to them all.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Any other questions or comments?

Yes.

Michael.

Is that Michael?

You know,

I just wanted to say that lately,

You know,

As you know,

I felt very more in me than,

You know,

Feeling like I have to come out.

But I'd still like to say that I,

I've certainly been,

Become more conscious of God and gratitude lately.

And I noticed that,

That,

You know,

I'll have an experience.

And then it's almost like it's immediately followed up with an integration.

And it seems to me like it's coming in,

In quicker steps now.

Yeah.

That's what happens.

Yeah.

Did I speak too soon?

Maybe?

I feel like energetically,

I spoke too soon.

Then you need more space.

Do you feel that or not?

Is there more?

No.

Is it,

Was there more that you were going to say?

Well,

You know,

Yeah,

I was just thinking about saying,

You know,

And lately in my meditation,

Well,

This morning,

For example,

You know,

Particularly,

I'm just starting to feel,

You know,

These occasional flashes of nothingness.

And that's really nice.

I don't know how else to explain it.

Like no thoughts?

It's just emptiness.

No thought.

And I can see myself.

And I observe it.

But I'm not,

I'm not,

You know,

I'm not actively there,

But I still see it.

It's kind of strange.

I can't explain it very well.

But it's,

It's,

It's,

It's just a detached feeling,

I think,

In a way,

Detached,

But it feels good.

Well,

You know,

If it feels good,

That's it.

Yeah.

That's your data,

You know.

Yeah.

Pramod Suda feels it's more spacious for you.

It's getting more spacious.

Yeah.

Yeah,

That's,

That's how it feels a bit.

Yeah.

What happens just,

We just keep going.

And we,

We,

We get the training,

We receive our curriculum.

Yeah.

And,

You know,

I was reading the other day.

Actually,

You know,

Saskia and I were talking about it as well.

You know,

What the mantra really means.

And understanding how powerful that is,

Makes it a lot easier to use.

And,

Well,

You just,

I just get more motivated to use it.

You know,

At odd times when I think about it.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

We,

We Westerners,

Yeah,

If we can get the chapter heading,

If we can get the overview,

It helps us,

Right?

You get,

Like,

The meaning of the mantra.

Yeah,

It can inspire us.

Yeah.

Good.

Whatever inspires us.

That's good.

Yeah.

Well,

You know,

Reading the first book of Amma's nine books.

And,

You know,

She talks about it in there.

And,

Yeah,

I was reading it somewhere else as well.

So.

Yeah.

Good.

Good.

Good.

You know,

We're held here by something beyond us.

That is teaching us,

Watching over us,

Taking care of us.

And when we,

You know,

Stop our minds and open our hearts and open,

Take the time for spiritual practices with an open heart,

We,

We get moved along by something beyond us.

We get moved along by the river of being that's flowing through us,

Flowing through this world that this world is made up of.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And gradually,

We realize that we don't have to listen to our minds,

That our minds are not in control of things.

That's why the focus on the heart is so important.

Yeah,

I'd like to say thank you.

Oh,

You know,

Goes both ways.

Great gratitude for the presence of all of you guys.

And it's all Amma.

We've got Amma here.

That's the miracle.

I don't know if anybody else has been feeling this,

But Taya Premasuddha,

For the last week or so,

I felt this kind of like a big growth of new land coming up from my heart,

Like the whole forecast around the area of Japan.

I've been feeling this in my body.

So that's why Premasuddha thinks it's probably going to happen just because I can feel it in my body or,

You know,

Something like this.

It is feels like this from deep below is this new land coming forward.

So we'll see.

We'll see.

You know,

I've often talked about the journey.

We have to swim through the static that our mind's giving us.

It's sort of like swimming through sewage a bit or,

You know,

Swimming in the ocean when it's all churned up and there's all this little bits of sticks and seaweed in the water.

You swim through this kind of crap.

You just keep swimming.

You keep swimming.

Really,

This would happen for Premasuddha.

It would be like I'd swim through this stuff for my ego and go,

I know God exists.

Amma,

Help me,

Help me.

Swim,

Swim.

And then all of a sudden,

It would feel like that there was new land emerging out of the ocean.

There was new land emerging out of Premasuddha's psyche with a new perspective,

A new understanding.

And then the feeling of actually getting my feet touching that new ground.

And it was like an integration and of the knowledge coming into my body.

And then I could kind of then,

I don't know,

My life got bigger.

My understanding got bigger.

Yeah.

It's why I'm asking you guys to center in your bodies more.

You know,

Center,

Focus on your hearts,

Come into your bodies.

Because when you come into your bodies,

Your soul is coming into your body.

You're embodying your truth.

And then it really does become life number two.

Yeah.

Then this scares,

This can scare us.

But it's why I push you back sometimes to come back to yourselves,

Back to your hearts.

To begin to allow your soul into your bodies more.

You know,

We're all bumbling idiots,

You guys,

Really.

You know,

Every day Premasuddha learned something new and I go,

Huh?

Who knew?

Premasuddha did.

You know,

It's all good.

We're like this.

We're works of art in progress.

It's Erin.

Yes,

Erin,

Where are you?

Yes,

Sweetie.

How are you?

I'm preparing for what I think is a very truthful conversation with a sibling.

And I'm struggling with if I,

The balance of telling my truth with not wanting to hurt them.

Right.

Well,

There's the setting of boundaries with compassion.

So,

There's a difference when we're doing it out of a kind of an armored defensiveness.

And when we're doing it from a still heart,

A heart that has come to peace internally.

And then you just speak from that peace.

We're taught in the West,

We know about the speaking from the armored.

So,

It's a deeper journey to,

And maybe you've done that,

To drop down and really speak with just absolute clarity and compassion.

But you also might be firm,

You know?

Yep.

So,

How does that feel to you?

How do you,

How did you feel about what Premasuddha said?

Yeah,

It feels true.

Historically,

I would have thought about it and run over the conversation and written things down.

And for the last few days,

I've just been like,

In the moment,

I'll know.

Good work.

That's it.

You guys,

That's it.

You have room for your soul to come forward in that moment.

And you set the highest good outcome,

You know?

I would,

Before,

Even before starting the conversation,

I would speak to Ama and ask for the highest good to come out of the conversation.

Okay.

And then let go of all control.

Yep.

Good.

That's so good to just do it without,

To just get firm or clear in it,

And then you just speak.

That's awesome.

Okay.

Yeah.

It's coming forward with the heart.

I know it can be terrifying,

But it's such a relief.

Yeah.

Right.

Setting boundaries with compassion.

Yeah.

We need this so badly in the West,

I feel like.

Yeah.

It's good.

Thank you.

Thank you for raising that.

It's helped everybody.

It always helps everybody,

Whatever you guys say.

It's Shiva Mayi.

Oh,

Shiva Mayi.

Hi,

Sweet one.

How are you?

Yeah.

I just wanted to say that I have been very angry lately,

And I'm having a really hard time keeping my anger at bay,

You know?

Like,

I've been really crossed with my husband,

And I don't know.

I felt like I needed to say that.

And I've heard a lot of good things,

And I know what my.

.

.

I know I need to.

.

.

I've heard good things as far as I need to get.

.

.

I do try my spiritual practices some,

But not.

.

.

It's so hard to do sometimes for me.

I get so in my head and so spinning out,

You know?

Anyway,

I know that that's.

.

.

I just felt like I should say.

.

.

Everybody's seeing all this positive stuff,

And I know there's other people out there that might not feel so positive,

But I just thought it was up to me to say something that wasn't so.

.

.

Anyway,

It's been a hard few weeks.

Yeah,

A hard few weeks.

My husband's.

.

.

I don't know.

I really think the.

.

.

I know the planet shifted,

You know,

But passed recently,

And it just seems like I've moved into this anger that,

You know,

He.

.

.

I just don't like it.

I want to be nice.

I want to be compassionate.

I want to be giving,

You know,

And I want to slap somebody.

It's just been hard.

Yeah.

How does your body feel?

Do you notice how your body feels with this?

Well,

Talking about it right now,

I have just lots of pain in my heart,

In my back,

In my shoulders,

I guess,

From shame or guilt,

You know?

That's where I always feel my guilt is,

Up in my back and my neck.

Oh,

Wait,

Sweetie,

Sweetie.

It's a complex coming up to be cleared,

So don't badmouth it like that.

Sweet one,

Do you understand?

It's a sacred process,

So if your heart hurts,

It's because it's opening,

Okay?

And the shoulders,

You're feeling that it's.

.

.

You have to sort it out,

Forgetting that Amma's in control of everything.

And in the back,

You'll be feeling burdened,

And it's also a block in your unconscious that's coming up to be cleared,

So it's lifting.

It's good.

It's good.

Pramasutra feels that on the other side of this,

You'll have more trust.

Yeah.

Your great vulnerability,

Shivamayee,

Is the way your mind downgrades your experience.

Your mind reduces you.

You're disrespectful to your experience.

You go,

Oh,

I'm just,

This is shame,

Whatever.

You're like,

Oh,

This again?

Oh,

And it's like,

Oh,

Sweetie.

It's a sacred process,

Allowing this material to clear,

And you're doing it.

And it's like this.

Sometimes it's really difficult to work with our anger.

Yeah.

How do you feel right now?

Sad.

Right.

Right.

It's good,

The great sadness of our separation from our hearts,

From the truth of our hearts,

From the love in our hearts,

From the love of.

.

.

Exactly,

Yeah.

The difficulty it is to love.

And when you see,

You opened with that.

I've just been feeling that lately.

Yeah.

It seems,

From my perspective,

It seems so easy for other people.

I've got people in my life that seem so loving and open-hearted.

And I'm just so aware of where my heart's not open,

I guess.

But I guess that's the way to open it,

Is to become aware and love it anyway,

I guess.

That's it.

And you know,

These people you're raising up,

They will have their dark side,

Too.

And sometimes people don't even address their dark side,

And they're just smiling on top of that.

You don't know.

You don't know.

But it's like social media.

It's like,

You know,

We can.

.

.

It seems easy for others.

It's hard process.

This is hard for everybody,

Sweetie.

It's just you're one of the brave ones that you dare do it.

But I'll tell you,

I feel like that you're going to get the self-respect component that Premasut is talking about now.

I think you're right.

Yeah.

Well,

Then that's even harder.

I think that's really what I'm mad about in my marriage,

Is that I haven't.

.

.

That I've given so much.

It feels that way anyway.

You know,

That I put myself second in so many ways.

And so I'm mad about,

You know,

I'm mad about what I deprive myself of,

Or that the way I sell myself.

Does that make sense?

Sure.

But it's all that's in the past now.

So.

.

.

Well,

And it's really just the story I'm telling myself.

That's what I tell myself.

It's really just the story,

You know.

Now is now.

That's it.

But I can feel that it's hard for you to give you the space to feel.

Like,

This is why we do the satsang,

So that it helps people get the space to feel the deeper stuff underneath,

Say,

The anger.

You see,

We feel the anger,

And we really don't feel safe enough to feel the fear and grief underneath.

And the whole point of the satsang is coming together to give each of us space to feel this deeper material,

Which is what you did,

Which you've done,

Shivamayee.

It's really good.

But I'll tell you,

The whole reason why I explained about the woman in this building,

And I mentioned that additional data that she said she'd never been moved so much in her life,

Was because of you.

I thought to myself,

If I just say that,

You know,

She says,

Oh,

I'm not sure about you,

Jenna.

I thought to myself,

Shivamayee is just going to use this as more reason not to do this deeper work,

You know.

So it's funny.

It's kind of really.

.

.

So that's why I brought it forward.

And you know what's so great is that I can feel you deepening,

Opening up to this more self-respect,

Which you deserve,

Sweet one.

Yeah,

We all deserve.

And Prama Sutta,

I'll tell you,

The rage that Prama Sutta has struggled with is off the charts.

Like,

I so get what it's like to be really,

Really angry.

But just what you're doing,

Being with your body,

Being with,

Softening,

Softening to yourself,

Softening.

It's funny,

Even now,

You know,

There's that movement into self-respect,

And part of you is going,

Oh,

I'm not allowed to,

I'm not entitled.

That's okay.

It's okay.

Okay.

Prama Sutta will help,

Will help support you.

Almost there.

You do deserve it.

You just have to work with it.

It's like,

This is what we're like.

We all feel not entitled.

Shivamayee,

It's universal human experience.

Prama Sutta has so struggled with shame.

Really?

Just like you.

And anger,

Just like you.

How do you feel right now?

Feel better.

And I do feel things,

I feel my body does feel lighter.

Some of that,

Those feelings are still there,

But they're not as intense.

It's mostly in my back,

Though,

My upper back,

My body.

I feel,

But not so much on my shoulders.

Does that make any sense?

It doesn't feel like it's moving.

Yeah,

Our backs,

The top of our back,

We can feel burdened.

I just want to,

There is part of you,

A really sensitive part,

That shrunk back,

Almost when I told this story about,

You know,

You shrunk back.

And I,

You know,

About why I brought forward that information.

So I just want to take a little care of you here.

Take a little care of you energetically.

I wasn't meaning it in a mean way,

What I said.

But part of you shrunk back,

A very sensitive part of you to step back.

And yeah,

It's,

It's tempting,

Isn't it?

It's tempting to find reasons to step back,

To not feel good,

To doubt oneself to.

But you're,

You're God in human form,

Sweet one.

And you're the source of the sun and the moon.

And you have,

There are,

You are living in many,

Many dimensions all at the same time.

You're just one of who knows how many lives that you're living.

The Creator has orchestrated your existence,

And it's,

The Creator is answering your call for,

You know,

That you're opening to receive love.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I've stopped telling you how,

How,

How appealing Pramasutra finds you.

I do.

Because I think it just embarrassed you.

But I do,

I just find you very appealing.

You know,

It's very appealing.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And your honesty,

I find very appealing.

Yeah.

And your struggles.

Yeah.

Because it's all the same struggle.

It's like,

This is Pramasutra's struggle.

Everybody's struggle.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And it's easy to think,

When you're in,

When I'm in it,

I think I'm the only one that feels this way.

Yeah.

But,

So it's reassuring to hear that I'm not as unique as I think I am,

You know.

Oh,

Yeah.

Yeah.

Oh,

It's so good.

And this is the worst,

The biggest trick of the ego is it makes us feel alone.

That's its most powerful trick.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And it's,

It's,

It's sad.

Yeah.

But,

You know,

It's getting so bad in the West that we're all like,

We're coming together and doing satsangs like this,

You know what I mean?

This is when separation gets really intense,

People like come together to heal it.

So,

This is the good news and the hope of our time,

You know,

That we'll choose to allow this to heal.

Right.

That's it.

That's it.

I can see this white and gold coming in your heart.

It's like,

You're comfortable with being a warrior of love,

Like with stepping up and being one of the ones who's in this culture of separation and alienation,

With stepping up to allow a healing.

It's very good.

It's very subtle.

You may not feel it.

I don't know if you feel it,

But I can see it.

Were you going to say something,

Shivamaya?

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

No,

I was just saying thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you very much.

Thank you for coming forward like this.

Sebastian,

You know,

You never speak,

Old being,

So you knew that I was going to like,

You know.

Hey,

Premasura.

How are you doing?

I am fine.

I'm fine.

I'm doing good.

I'm already,

I've never had any idea what I could speak about,

But right now with the sharing of Shivamaya,

Every time when Shivamaya,

When you start to speak,

It's immediately touching my heart.

Just even with your first words and then with all what you're sharing about,

It is,

Every time it's amazing.

And so much love and joy is going through my body.

It doesn't matter what you,

What you feel,

What is your burden.

For me,

It's,

Every time it's so amazing how easy you're sharing,

Like this innocence of the inner child and all.

It's,

It's,

For me,

It's amazing.

Thank you.

Right.

And for me,

I was thinking about what could I say?

Well,

After the last session,

What we had in Berlin,

The one-to-one session,

I restarted again to dream.

Very often I only remember the next memory.

Oh yes,

I dream,

But no idea what at all.

And recently,

I would say one or two weeks ago,

I had a dream and I was speaking with someone,

I have no idea what,

And then I had a hair in my mouth.

So I removed it and then I wanted to speak again.

And then each and every time more hair came out of my mouth.

I had the feeling it's a cleansing from whatever.

Yeah.

It also,

Was there more you wanted to say about it?

No.

There's also,

You know,

They say about the spiritual journey that the walk into self-realization is like crossing an abyss by walking on a hair.

It's like the subtlety of perception.

The crossing it with the hair.

Yeah.

For the subtlety of perception.

So that's part of what I feel is,

You're being asked to allow this sort of to get on to the bigger journey,

In a way.

In a more precise,

Um,

Discerning and loving way.

Not,

Not in a.

.

.

Yeah.

It's as if you,

There's a call for more discernment in your understanding.

And it's not rejection,

Self-rejection,

Or rejection of others.

It's a real discernment.

Yeah.

That feels part of it.

But also,

I feel like when you speak,

That there's something about,

That this hair has to do with where you speak from,

That it's,

It's a little bit,

Um,

You know,

It's kind of like the truth plus something else.

Not just pure truth.

Truth plus a bit of static,

A little bit of,

You know,

Little bit of,

You know,

Hairs.

A fur ball in there.

You know how cats swallow fur balls?

I don't know.

It's interesting.

You could,

You could do some more,

Um,

Yeah.

Yeah,

Just let your mind contemplate.

You know,

Sebastian,

You've got a heart of gold.

You're just,

You would have been such a loving kid.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

It's wonderful.

Yeah.

Is,

Do you feel complete?

Is there,

Is there anything you want to say or continue discussing,

Or?

Well,

There are some,

Some things.

Um,

Then even during the last two weeks,

I would say every time when I realize my mind is going somewhere else,

Then even what you said at the beginning,

Then I tried to feel inside my body and really,

Okay,

No feeling inside my body,

Inside my arms,

Not on the arms,

But inside or inside the chest.

And it really helped me to,

To,

To ground more,

To come more here.

It was interesting.

Yes,

Please you guys do this because the reason I'm pushing some of you back is you haven't wanted to do this.

And it's really key to this work is this coming into your body,

Um,

And dethroning the head because it dethrones the head.

You add,

By coming into your body like that,

You start putting your,

Your heart on the throne.

Yeah.

That's really good.

Yeah.

It's such a joy to see you guys every time we do this.

And it's so fulfilling for Pramasutha and the level of trust and honesty is just growing.

It's just lovely.

And all of you are making progress,

Even if you feel like you're not,

Please understand it.

You can't judge your own journey.

Sometimes when we're absolutely feeling our worth,

That's,

We're actually doing something incredible.

And,

Um,

You know,

I,

There was a lovely woman who spoke and I told her to chew on the fact that she underestimated herself,

That she didn't realize how good she was.

And she came forward after that with all these shifts that happened for her.

And you guys,

That's for all of you to please chew on the fact you're much better than you realize,

Please.

Please do that because that's how your soul will manifest because you see your souls are so much better.

The truth of you is so much better than your ego allows.

But if you just kind of chew on the fact that you're better than you think you are,

Then you're giving your soul permission to come into your body and into your lived life.

And I know you'll do it in a really humble way,

You know.

Yeah.

It's like those little kids who,

You know,

They,

They're like five and they,

They do something really compassionate.

They don't realize how good they are.

Yeah.

And that's,

That's what you guys are like inside,

You know,

You're like innocent children with hearts of gold.

And you came here,

I'm getting this,

I'm getting this an extra bulletin for the group.

You came here to listen to your hearts.

Oh,

That's so strong.

Oh,

This is such a strong message.

You came here to listen to your hearts and allow the fulfillment that comes as you do this.

But the main thing is just that you came here to listen to your hearts.

The fulfillment comes as a by-product,

But it's a real bulletin for the whole group.

Right.

You know,

All the great inventions come because somebody listened to their heart and went,

That's possible.

They get from the heart,

Oh,

It's possible.

And they just follow through and they may fail a thousand times.

Like Edison said,

Like,

I don't know,

It was 2000 times to build the life light bulb.

But he just kept going.

It's the same with the journey.

You just keep going to your last breath,

You guys.

And,

You know,

You'd never know.

You never know.

It's like my mom,

You know,

Like she did her whole life work at the end.

You never know how the universe is going to,

How it's orchestrating things for you.

Never give up on yourself.

Remember I told you about the yogi who achieved enlightenment at 90.

Like his big achievement would be,

I mean,

I think to not give up on yourself till you're 90 just seems to me,

Oh my goodness.

Just never give up on yourselves,

You guys.

You're in the fat,

You're much better than you know.

Because,

You know,

When we're empaths,

We have a lot of sensitivity.

It's easy to pick up,

You know,

To doubt oneself or to pick up shame,

One's own and other people's.

But all this stuff,

It doesn't matter what happens.

You just keep going and believing in yourselves.

And never,

Ever give up.

And chew on the fact you're much better than you think.

Because,

You know,

This is what did a lot.

I would just pretend that.

I'd be like,

I'm much better than I think.

It's like this little kid,

You know.

I think I can,

I think I can,

I think I can.

Ruthanne,

Is there something you need to say?

No?

Okay,

Just checking.

Okay.

Okay.

I had something to say.

Bhavani.

Is that Bhavani?

Yeah,

Sure.

So you specifically asked for dreams at the beginning,

Which you don't always do.

I did have an interesting dream this past week that seems to fit.

So I was in an auditorium and there were a bunch of tables and benches and it was full with people.

And you and I were there.

And we sat down at the table.

And you said,

Can you give me a paper towel?

I didn't have a paper towel.

What I did have,

I looked and I found it.

I had a couple of really thin,

Inexpensive,

But clean Indian towels.

I had a couple of those.

I offered those to you.

It wasn't what you wanted.

So we are not in the auditorium anymore.

And we're in,

I don't know if we're on the way or if we're in a house.

But anyway,

You said to me,

Bhavani,

You need to become an adult.

And I was thinking,

I was thinking,

Well,

Right now I'm kind of living temporary.

So I have,

You know,

Everything that I need.

Like I can,

I have a towel,

But not paper towels.

And when I lived together with my husband,

Of course,

We had,

You know,

Everything that a house would have.

There's a one of those,

One of those.

But then we were in a house and I knew it was our house and it was clean and organized and had everything.

And I went to the cupboard and I got out three different kinds of paper towels and two nice clean towel options to get to you and offer to you.

And that was the end.

What did you feel about it?

Well,

It was kind of like,

It felt good and soft.

It was like,

Yes.

For me that,

You know,

House with the husband was like a comfortable,

Not the actual story that we're living,

But it was a comfortable,

Like it was a home.

It was a balance of male and female.

It was clean and organized and it had everything it needed.

And so you said you need to become an adult.

Like,

Yeah,

I do.

I mean,

Like take responsibility for yourself,

Take the steps,

Move forward.

And then I knew in the cupboard,

There was everything that we needed.

In fact,

Options.

And I,

You know,

Here we go.

Right.

And I think this dream is partly pointing to prematurity is wanting you to feel.

So that's the whole point for the tissues.

And our Western mind.

I mean,

It's so good.

It's beautiful.

It's beautiful.

You got everything we need,

The different tissues and everything.

It's good.

And it's good to be able to take care of yourself physically.

And it's that step into feeling.

No,

That's not quite right.

Hold on.

Yeah,

Actually,

You know,

That's beautiful.

It's like the building a secure foundation to be able to hold you as you feel more and more deeply.

Yeah.

It's very good.

Because that's what the tissues are to feel that you have space to feel.

And that you can feel and that you can have material security and feel really deeply.

You know,

And the need to get things physically straight a little bit.

You know,

Economically,

Everything,

The place to live,

All that stuff.

And it just sounds like that's what you're going to do.

And yeah,

Making room to feel.

Then,

You know,

On the Maslow's order of his pyramid of needs,

The first you need shelter and food.

And you need the physical things.

And then you can get onto the rising in vibration.

And the yogis just do it.

They take care of the physical thing so simply in a cave in the cave and one one piece of clothing.

So they do it that way.

I'm a Bhavani.

Premasiddha feels heartened by this dream.

Truly.

I feel heartened on your behalf.

It's a good dream.

And it's so good.

It's so good.

Yeah.

And you're very willing to deal with Premasiddha,

Whether you even when you don't want to,

Like you are.

And Premasiddha really values that about you.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Sounds good.

You know,

This is how our unconscious does a lot of the work for us.

You know,

The alma,

The creator,

Working through our unconscious,

Solves many problems very simply and all at once.

That if we were to try to solve with our heads bit by bit,

It would be impossible.

And this is where the when I talk about the fairy tales,

The fairies and the elves doing the work for the hero or heroine,

This is exactly what our dreams do for us.

Yeah,

I feel really heartened.

Yeah.

J Ma.

Yeah.

What a blessing,

You guys.

What a blessing.

It's just,

You know,

Golden times together for Premasiddha.

These are just golden times.

Thank you for coming.

Thank you for bringing your hearts.

Thank you for listening.

Love you so much.

Okay.

Bye.

Bye.
