Our best parts remain hidden when we are living behind a wall of defense. Our dreams can´t come true. We are all droplets in a beautiful lake. When we don’t express our true nature, the priceless droplet of our beingness is withheld from the whole. We also have physical needs. Instead of trusting life, we adopt a "grab it while you can" mindset that goes against our deeper Nature. When we live in truth, our needs will naturally be met. Understanding this makes it easier for our hearts and minds to open to a bigger perspective. As we do so, we stand up, rising to the full stature of whom we were born to be. As we are learning to allow the Creator's energy in, the complexes that are carried by our cells of our body dissolve in the warmth of this energy. We begin to embody our true Nature. Our reality will begin to shift, we begin to share the energy of the Creator. While there is enormous compassion for our humanity we are responsible for staying true to the Creator within us.

We're asking for Amma's grace,

Asking to receive,

To open,

And to receive to Amma's grace,

Which is the same as Bruno's hailstrom,

Which is the same as the God that all the religious traditions have talked about.

And it can come in as grace,

It can come in like breath,

This warm,

Loving breath of the universe.

Something is breathing all of us.

We're already in grace.

Something beyond us is breathing us.

And we can open within our bodies and our minds and our hearts.

We can open to allow this love to permeate every aspect of our existence.

May we get really,

Really good at this.

May it just be so effortlessly easy to do this.

And may we share the love that we've discovered within us.

May we share this grace with everyone and every cell of the world,

Every atom of the universe.

And so it is.

I just got to remind all of you that this is coming from beyond time.

This grace,

This love,

It's from beyond time.

Yeah.

It could not be boxed.

Some late ones.

You guys come on time,

Okay,

Because it's disturbing us.

And it happens every week.

Despite what I say,

Every week people are late.

You wouldn't be late for the dentist,

You know.

Might be more important than that.

But I love you anyway.

I'll just turn up on time.

So Premasutha wants to keep talking about what we discussed last week of this wall that many of us might intuitively know what Premasutha is talking about.

It's a level of it's a level of feeling walled off even from life.

And really,

You know,

When I've been working with people,

It's not very tall and it's not very wide.

But their true self,

Their most innocent part,

Is like they're cowering behind it,

Terrified.

Yeah,

So the best part of them remains hidden and unexpressed in life.

Okay,

So listen to that again.

The best part of them remains hidden and unexpressed in their lives.

And actually,

This is exactly why our dreams don't come true.

It's because the best part of us the big motor of us is being held back in the ego.

Okay,

So I talked about last week,

You know,

Standing up and coming up from behind the wall.

And during this week,

I spoke to a very sincere seeker who is truly embodying her true self.

And she said it was like coming out from the wall inside her body of her withholds and numbness dissolving in her body.

And that is what it feels like.

You suddenly feel more spacious,

More peaceful,

Like a dear one was talking last week or the week before about their crown chakra opening,

And they felt more spacious in their body.

They felt more space.

That's it.

That is coming out from behind the wall.

Now,

The spiritual journey is it's a big,

It's a big one.

So,

We can't rush ourselves,

It's really important not to put pressure on yourselves at all,

Or judge yourselves.

Because I've seen people,

You know,

Be stalled for some time,

And then all of a sudden,

They make a quantum leap,

You cannot,

You cannot judge your journey.

There are so many lifetimes in it.

There's so many reasons why you're going through what you're going through,

That you can,

You have to genuflect to the mystery over it,

Like genuflect to Amma.

Your ego can never understand it.

It's like an ant.

An ant is just not going to understand it.

Right.

When you stand up,

The first step really is to stand up behind the wall.

And you suddenly realize that you've been deluded.

That what has scared you,

What you thought was true,

Isn't at all.

That you've been stuck in the playpen of your conditioning.

You've been behind this wall of defense.

Totally unnecessarily.

It's like it's just been a big game.

It just felt really real.

Like playing a game in virtual reality,

You know,

On the video games.

Feels really real when you get in it,

But it's just,

It's just this ridiculous game.

It's the same with what we're doing.

It's probably why we've got video games as kind of a reflection,

You know.

Right.

It is a very benign,

Non-violent act to just stand up from,

You know,

Like you're still behind the wall.

You just stand up and you just realize how small you've stayed.

And how small your beliefs have been about yourself and others.

And how judgmental one's been.

Because that is,

You know,

The wall.

That's what we're scared of.

We're actually scared of our own judgment and our own angers.

And beyond that,

We're scared of the love within us.

But we can recover it.

We can allow it.

Right.

Okay.

Good.

Good.

There's an energetic comprehension coming.

And this will just help you.

It will help loosen this perspective that one has hiding behind the wall.

It's loosening it.

It's sort of like a girdle you don't have to wear anymore.

You know,

You start untying the stays.

You don't have to do this to yourself anymore.

So,

You know,

When we see it,

The way out of it is just as this sincere seeker was talking about.

You move through it in your own body.

And when you move through it in your own body,

Your reality will change.

Different things will happen.

Sometimes we might stand up behind the wall and start trying to fix and trying to improve ourselves and trying to do it right.

What will happen is the wall will suddenly grow to like 20 feet high if you do that.

You know,

Because whatever you fight will get bigger.

This can be hard for Westerners.

You know,

We tend to struggle till we realize that it just doesn't work.

Well,

I'm sure it's all humanity.

It isn't just Westerners.

It takes a lot of courage to stand up behind the wall.

It's sort of like realizing,

You know,

If you're a kid and you're brought up in a religious structure and maybe as an adult,

You start seeing that,

Oh,

It's corrupt.

And all of a sudden,

You realize you don't have your security or anything.

Maybe you were like as a kid hiding behind the wall,

Like trying to do the religion right and follow all the rules and,

You know,

Avoided judging God and everything.

And you realize that the whole thing is a big misunderstanding.

It doesn't hold up.

And you stand up.

Now,

Your work will be then getting over these beliefs and allowing the true universal love to flow into your body and for the veils of the fears and the misunderstandings to dissolve.

At which point if you take it far enough,

You are walking around as the creator in human form.

That is self-realization.

That's it.

It is very democratic process.

It's open to anybody who wishes it with true sincerity.

Very beautiful.

I'm feeling kind of an edge in my voice.

And I want to drop it or let it dissolve.

Yeah.

Because there's no,

There's no error and there's no mistake.

It's,

This is just the process of being born.

And,

You know,

There's blood and pain and,

You know,

The mom might be shouting with pain if she's not allowed any,

If she's,

You know,

Doing the natural childbirth.

But it's all good.

And,

You know,

Hopefully the whole point of these sad sayings is to,

So that it's gentler for you,

So that you're supported.

It is gentler that you become more open to the grace.

And you feel the energetic support of unconditional love and understanding that surrounds us,

That we're in.

Right.

You know,

Really,

There's nowhere to go except inside.

And as you proceed,

You will get more and more focused and attracted to the silence within you.

And then that,

Because you're attracted and focused on it and thinking about,

You know,

The creator,

Alma,

The silence within,

It receives permission to dissolve your withholds gradually over time.

You see,

There's really nothing to do apart,

Keep thinking about the creator,

Steering your consciousness to Alma,

The silence,

Reminding yourself.

Right.

That does it.

You know,

Premasuddha is so upfront about her flaws.

But it was this focus on the silence and the creator that finally brought peace and understanding.

Right.

It just does,

You guys.

It might seem slow,

But if you just keep doing it,

You will make progress.

That's it.

And when we're focusing on the creator a lot,

It's more easy to do our practices,

Because we want,

We want to feel this silence,

This peace within us.

And,

You know,

If we're having trouble with our practices,

Just remember,

It's just the ego trying to push you away,

Trying to knock you off.

Right.

Seeing the bigger picture,

Standing up behind the wall,

Seeing the bigger picture,

So much trouble dissolves.

That's it.

It's the same with motherhood,

You know,

If we get too narrow-minded and too rigid,

It doesn't work.

The best mothering is when the mom takes a long view,

And she's not trying to box her kids so much as wanting to create the circumstances that will most likely to produce fine,

Noble human beings.

Like,

She's got an eye on what kind of people she's wanting her children to become.

She's not just thinking about whether the kitchen's messy or not.

She's got the big picture.

That's it.

That's it.

Oh,

A few of you,

Like,

Changed channels right there.

Like,

You,

You moved your old perspective to the left,

You know,

Kind of,

And you,

Something clicked with this bigger understanding.

It's bigger.

So,

There's another person who's late,

And I just want to say,

Please come on time,

Because we turn up on time for the dentist,

And please,

It's not so hard.

It's actually how the ego functions,

To just kind of be late.

That's it.

Good.

You guys are,

There's this love coming in.

That's it.

Or,

You know,

We're just all such bumbling human beings,

But we're,

We're part of the creator.

We are the creator in human form.

That is the strongest thing about you,

Is that you're the creator.

Please.

It is the thing that Premasuddha sees the most.

And I see the creator being very shy about herself or himself,

Or underestimating.

Yeah,

It's okay.

You know,

Some of the feedback that's come,

You know,

With the prayers,

It's,

It's all Amma.

It's like,

It's all grace.

It's all love.

So,

It's not Premasuddha.

It's just this bigger,

Bigger love.

It was very interesting,

One of the,

Some of the feedback,

And one of them that I wanted to highlight was,

On the journey,

What happens is,

You get a higher ethical sense.

You become more pure.

I want to give an example of somebody who stepped forward in this way,

And what it's like.

So,

This lovely one is in a teaching institution,

You know,

As a teacher,

Professor,

And a ball that a child had been,

Or a student had been throwing,

Landed on the windshield of her car,

And it shattered the windshield.

Now,

The reason it shattered the windshield was because she'd had a crack in the wall,

In the windshield,

That she hadn't fixed yet.

So,

Word spread around this institution,

And one of the administrators put her hand in her pocket and brought out a hundred dollars to contribute to fixing the windshield.

The student who had thrown the ball came forward,

And they were not,

They were poor,

But still,

The student offered to,

Said they would pay the,

You know,

There's a $300 deductible here in Canada if you shatter your windshield,

To fix the windshield.

And she sat with it,

And she really needed the money,

Like,

Seriously needed the money,

Like having to move out of her home,

Kind of needing the money.

That's the predicament that the family were in,

That her family was in.

But what bothered her was she knew that the windshield wouldn't have shattered if she'd gotten a crack fixed.

So,

It's like,

In a way,

It wasn't,

The fault wasn't only on the person who'd thrown the ball.

And she sat with it,

And sat with it,

And she ended up giving the $100 back to the administrator,

And telling the child,

Or the student,

That it was really good they'd come forward,

But there'd been a crack on the windshield,

And it wasn't,

You know,

Wouldn't have shattered without that crack.

So,

Then she went to the insurance,

And she was only charged $150 instead of $300.

And even though she,

Then she asked,

She said,

You know,

It should be $300,

And the insurance person said,

No,

It's just $150.

Okay,

Now,

The reason I want to highlight this is,

Is,

You know,

We can't presume on it,

But the sincerity of a true seeker,

The purity of heart,

Will become supported by the universe.

Like,

This is Premasuddha's experience,

And this is also what I want to elaborate on.

Now,

It's grace when it comes,

But it's like,

Grace comes when we're,

When we really want to know the creator,

When we really want to embody the creator.

That's what allows grace to come.

It allows us to receive it.

It's always there,

But it allows us to receive it.

Okay,

So I just want to tell a couple of stories from Premasuddha's experience to support how this happens.

So,

You know,

Premasuddha had this rapscallion life and odd ways of earning her living.

And one of them was,

I would buy jewelry cheaply in,

You know,

When I had money.

And then when I was really in,

You know,

Needing the money,

I would sell it.

So,

This was one of these periods.

And part of it was,

I was going through a big transition.

So,

I'd,

You know,

Lost all my clients.

And also,

My mothering wasn't the best.

And inside myself,

I was very aware of high conflicts.

I was,

So I was getting it on all levels.

I would get it.

I was getting the physical needs to support myself and emotionally and with the kids and everything.

And it was a very intense period.

So,

I was selling one of these rings.

And the jeweler looked at it and said,

Oh,

It's a pink tourmaline.

Oh,

This is very good.

And I knew it was a pink topaz.

And I was thinking to myself,

Oh,

No,

If I tell him,

I'm going to get a much reduced amount.

Because he was very excited about this pink tourmaline.

And,

But I couldn't stand it,

Right?

It's sort of like,

You know,

My whole life,

The whole,

The whole thing,

Like even my whole life was based on serving the Creator.

So,

I could not go along with this.

So,

I told him,

It's a pink topaz,

You know,

Thinking that I was really sort of screwing myself.

And it turned out that pink topazes are much higher rated than pink tourmalines.

And I got a lot more money.

And it was like,

Oh,

My goodness.

Now,

You know,

You can't presume on this thing always happening.

But I can tell you that the universe will always take very good care of a sincere seeker,

Even if the seeker thinks it's not enough.

Because when we're going through this stuff,

We can think,

Oh,

It's not enough.

But you will get the support you need.

You will get what you need.

Maybe not what you want,

But maybe you get what you want to,

But certainly what you need.

Okay,

And there is another example.

Again,

I was just,

I was,

You know,

Pretty chronically short of money.

And I'd had a accident,

Like a small one,

But it was enough that my insurance had gone up.

So,

The next year,

When I was renewing,

I was thinking,

Oh,

Gosh,

I'm going to get a higher,

Higher thing.

And it,

The computer registered that I had Roadstar,

That I'd had 10 years of safety,

That I had absolutely the cheapest rate.

And I said to the guy,

It's,

It's,

It's not true.

I had an accident last year.

It's not true.

And he said,

The policy,

I see,

He sees policy as if there's an argument between the computer and what the client says,

Or what the,

You know,

Anybody else is,

You just go with what the computer says.

I got this lower rate.

Now,

I'm telling you these things just for to,

You know,

To embrace our humanity,

The humanness of it all.

And the humanness of anxiety about money and physical survival.

You know,

All mammals need their cave,

And they need food.

And it is our mammalian nature,

Our animal nature,

That gets antsy when we,

You know,

Our physical support is,

Is questioned or jeopardized.

But you know,

With Vivekanda,

Who brought,

Before Yogananda came,

He brought yoga to the West.

When he was doing his training,

His dad died.

And he would,

He was to be the one who took over,

You know,

Was responsible for the family as the oldest son,

I think he was the oldest son.

And the teacher was kind of saying,

Well,

You know,

You stay true to your,

To this movement into self-realization,

Don't go into the householder thing,

And your family will be taken care of by the creator.

And it was the hardest.

You know,

In a way,

It was that conflict was the making of Vivekanda,

Because he had to turn against all his conditioning,

All the patterning at that time in India,

That the eldest son is responsible,

You know,

But if the father dies,

Then the care of the family goes to the eldest son.

He had enormous conflict over that.

But he chose his own journey into self-realization,

And his family was taken care of.

They got what they needed,

Not what they wanted,

Maybe.

Yeah,

It is what works.

If you think that the universe is made out of love,

You know,

Love takes care of love.

The more in truth you are,

The more in my experience,

The physical needs get met seamlessly,

Because there's no barrier to grace.

There's no hiding behind a wall.

You know,

I know from my own experience of conditioning that,

You know,

I don't know how to say that.

You know,

That there's no free lunch,

You guys.

You have to work for what you get.

There's no free lunch.

Grab it while you can.

Take and hoard.

Right.

And the thing is,

The more one's operating in that belief system,

The more you get the data that it's true,

The more it will seem to be true.

That's why it's so important to,

You know,

Stand up behind the wall,

Even if you're not taking any action.

Just let your mind expand.

Let your hearts and mind expand to a bigger perspective.

You guys try so hard.

I can feel it,

You know.

I can feel how hard you try.

You know,

And it's good.

I mean,

It's good to try.

But,

You know,

What happens is you sort of like trying really hard,

And then you just realize that you're left.

It's all okay.

Okay.

Listen,

I want to tell this story.

It's sort of like to meet the way some of you feel.

When I was five years old,

My dad gave me a scythe,

The size for an adult,

And he told me to cut down,

Cut the grass.

It is,

I don't know what was going on with him.

It is off the wall.

I couldn't even lift the scythe,

Really,

Let alone cut.

Like,

I don't know what was going on.

Anyway,

I stood there for two hours in the sun.

I was terrified to go back and tell him that I couldn't do it.

And I thought I'd be murdered.

Really,

This was kind of like the emotional climate of my family,

You know,

Or the stuff that I was carrying from other lives.

For two hours,

I stood there just panicked.

And my sister and brother came by and said,

Like,

What are you doing?

And I said,

Well,

Dad had told me to scythe this grass,

And I couldn't even lift it up properly.

And they said,

Well,

Just go tell him.

So I went to him,

And I said,

Dad,

I can't do this.

I can't even lift it properly.

And he said,

Okay.

You guys,

I want you to realize that that is how some of you feel about your lives and the spiritual journey and your flaws and what you think is wrong.

Yeah,

You're like the little kid with the scythe saying,

I can't do it.

And it's like,

Just talk to the creator.

Just talk to Amma.

Talk to Grace.

Ask for help.

Expose that innocent heart in you.

You're going to be loved.

Your fear about talking to the creator is this wall.

It's you hiding behind this wall.

This little five-year-old munchkin that I was,

That is a beautiful picture of a hiding behind a wall of feeling like I couldn't.

I was just going to be so severely punished.

Right.

Okay,

Good.

Please,

There isn't any punishment.

You just speak to the creator.

You just open your heart to yourself,

To the creator and go,

I am so lost.

I am so scared.

I don't know what to do.

And the creator will flow in.

You will embody more truth and you will get proof that it's all okay.

Just like,

You know,

You know,

My sister and brother going,

You know,

Going like,

Janet,

What are you doing?

Like how crazy it looked to them.

But for me,

I was so in it.

In the understanding that these things that happened to us as little kids,

They create the veils and the emotional complexes in our bodies.

That's where we take it on.

But it's not the parent's fault.

They're just reflecting the patterning that we came in to clear.

The creator can lift you and heal these emotional complexes that are creating this wall of numbness.

And some of you are believing in the numbness,

Or you're really feeling it right now.

You may be really feeling it as it's coming up to be clear.

And this is the point of satsangs,

You know,

Satsangs can take you through these things.

You can pivot out of these complexes,

Even in satsangs.

Or at least begin to clear a satsang or finish,

Begin to clear a complex or finish with a complex.

Right?

You can feel the numbness,

Maybe some of you are feeling this numbness,

It's coming up to be cleared.

That's the whole point of satsangs,

You know,

It's sort of like feeling the warmth of grace.

And it could start to warm us up.

The more love you bring in,

The warmer you become.

You just become warm to all humanity.

You know,

Even if you're a quiet person,

You're still hopeless warmth.

And in my experience,

Your physiology will begin to function better.

It improves our health.

Well,

How could it not?

You know,

The creator flowing in,

How could it not improve our health?

Yeah.

Some of you are like,

You want to let go of the numbness,

But it's,

It feels dangerous.

Oh,

It's dangerous to be numb.

Because when you're numb,

You don't get the information.

You know?

You don't get,

You know,

When you're numbed out,

You,

You know,

There's nothing to stop you,

Like driving across a bridge at exactly the time that the bridge collapses,

Right?

It's like a person who's more awake would just not have the feeling to drive across the bridge at that time.

You know,

Unless it was their particular karma that they had to.

Right.

And the more you come out of numbness,

The more intelligent you become,

By far,

Because you start feeling the creator's intelligence,

You start tapping into that.

You know,

And another thing I just want to raise briefly is,

Is think,

You know,

Step back and maybe ask yourself how you want to use this teaching,

What you want it for.

Because I'll tell you,

There's some of you that are grabbing hold of Premasuddha like a teddy bear,

And you don't want to listen to what she's saying.

And you're just keeping going with what you're doing.

But you're holding on to Premasuddha like a teddy bear and want her attention.

And Premasuddha's vulnerability is I can be too soft with people.

So I'm more rattling some chains to give you an opportunity to awaken.

It's very,

You know,

Amma was,

You know,

Infinitely patient with Premasuddha.

I really,

You guys,

Please understand that Premasuddha just so knows how difficult,

Confusing the journey can be,

Please,

Please,

Please.

And how deluded we can be,

How we can get caught in our ego,

Please,

Please,

Please.

But the point of a teacher is to disrupt this,

You know,

Shine a light on it,

Not to go along with it.

And it just keep it in mind about how you're using this teaching.

And it's Premasuddha's learning curve,

Believe me,

It really is.

And,

You know,

In a way,

It's,

I've always been like that.

It's like with the mothering,

I had to always watch that I wasn't kind of over-mothering,

You know.

I saw this mom who was skating with her son or daughter,

I can't remember.

And I think I've told you about this,

And the child fell,

And the mom just went,

Come on,

Get up,

Get up.

And I would have been over there,

Like,

Picking the child up and giving kisses and everything and reassuring,

Come on again.

And,

You know,

It's the same with you guys,

Like,

Premasuddha is really good at kissing things better and reassuring you.

But when it goes into kind of over-coddling,

Premasuddha gets data from the Creator,

Okay?

So,

Premasuddha has to stay true to the data that's coming to me from the Creator,

Amma,

The truth within me.

That is the only thing Premasuddha is responsible for.

And Premasuddha just wants to share it.

Yeah,

But think about how you're using the teaching.

And Premasuddha is going to be working with this learning curve herself.

You know,

Our greatest strengths will be the other side of our greatest weakness,

Okay?

They go together,

You guys.

So,

This weakness that I feel about over-coddling sometimes is the other side of the strength of this teaching,

Which is this huge embrace of humanity.

Huge understanding of what it's like to be human.

You see,

There's nothing bad.

It's all,

You know,

The yin and the yang,

The day and the night.

Yeah.

Right.

Right.

But the fact is,

Silence is the real teacher,

You know?

Really.

And sometimes words have to end,

And there's just,

A teacher will just allow silence to teach students,

That you allow,

And you know the student's part of the creator,

And the student,

As the student opens,

They'll receive the creator.

You guys,

We're all bumbling idiots,

And Premasuddha feels like a bumbling idiot,

So good.

It's all good.

You see,

When you,

In the bigger,

As the journey gets bigger,

You begin to lodge in the silence,

But you're still watching your mind,

That's come from lifetime,

Countless lifetimes,

And you're watching your mind keep doing its thing,

Even though you're lodged in silence,

You watch the mind keep doing its thing,

Till finally,

It finishes.

Where all the lifetimes of all the stuff,

It's all resolved.

And at that point,

You leave the earth.

Okay.

So,

May this help you step back from your own thoughts and storyline.

I feel this silence within you.

It is eternal.

It has always been.

It will always be.

Nothing can touch it,

Really.

Nothing can hurt it.

Nothing can upset it.

It is omniscient.

It is.

It's all powerful,

All knowledge,

All peace,

And that's what you are.

That is what is in your heart.

It's in your heart,

You.

And it's working its magic.

And when we come to satsangs,

That gets strengthened,

And it receives permission,

Really,

To start dissolving the veils,

The emotional complexes,

That block the light,

That you struggle with.

And as you allow this,

The creator within you,

Come into your bodies more,

You will feel spacious,

Okay?

Spacious,

Like suddenly,

There is much more room in your body.

Like that your body just expanded a foot beyond your skin.

And,

You know,

You might then go through the stress of seeing the old limitations,

You know,

The integration of the shift,

And the stress of the old limitations,

And you will be brought through to this bigger understanding,

And bigger peace.

It's always there.

It's always what you will be brought to,

As you allow it.

That's it.

And no matter what's going on with you,

Just take it as your next step,

Take it as data,

And that you're just moving into truth.

And every step is invaluable.

It's precious.

Every step,

No matter whether it's comfortable or uncomfortable.

You know,

We stand up behind the wall,

When it stops working for us to stay there.

We will stand up when we get so uncomfortable with it,

Or it's,

It becomes,

It starts feeling so stupid,

That what we're doing to ourselves,

Or doing to others,

It's just the stupidity of it starts becoming overwhelmingly clear.

This is part of how the standing up here occurs.

You just can't do it anymore.

You can't pretend to be this little,

Numbed out,

Cog in the wheel,

Living a life where you're hiding everything that you really think and feel.

It's like life starts becoming very meaningless,

And it should,

Because it's,

You're not going the right way.

You're going the wrong way.

It's like the universe will give you data,

And so often,

I've seen this in people,

They don't come forward with what they really think and feel,

Because they feel it's not allowed,

But because they're not coming forward with just the simplicity of what they really think and feel,

Everybody around them keeps being deluded.

There's nothing to stop the game,

So the game keeps going.

You know,

If you just come forward with a very simple,

You know,

Speaking neutrally,

Just come forward with the truth,

It will,

Nobody else around you can keep the same game going.

I mean,

This is how powerful we are.

It will just stop it.

If we speak at a deep enough level and in truth,

It will stop the game.

Often,

You know,

Often.

I mean,

Not every time,

The sense of,

I guess it could happen that somebody,

It's a situation,

And the people around us then get more defended against us,

But then,

You know,

Avoid those people,

Find other people.

Like,

What strikes me so often is how scared people are of just,

So unnecessarily scared just to be themselves.

And so,

We all get uncomfortable with each other because we're not comfortable with ourselves.

You know,

There's nothing that can really take away the loneliness of existence except bonding with the Creator.

Learning to bond with the Creator,

That is the answer to separation,

And the feelings of abandonment,

And the loneliness that comes with every human existence.

Because we're,

We've got our own legs,

We've got,

We walk,

We're separate,

We seem separate,

But we're not.

You guys,

It's like,

Think of like a pond,

Or a lake,

Let's have a lake,

And a whole bunch of droplets fall from the sky,

And they make this lake,

And each droplet carries the soul energy of each one of us.

So,

We add our droplets of our true natures to the collective,

To this beautiful lake.

And so,

The lake is affected by all of us.

How the,

The feeling around the lake,

Even what the water feels like,

It's all us.

And then,

As we die,

We,

Our particular scent,

Our particular signature,

Feeling,

Leaves.

So,

The lake is without that.

But while we're in the lake,

We are all one.

And we all affect this reality.

You know,

When these really big spiritual giants die,

Like Amma,

Christ,

Krishna,

Buddha,

Then,

You know,

The world,

We don't have that anymore,

That buoyant,

Loving,

So much.

So,

Then it becomes our job to bring it in to life on earth.

I mean,

This is why these masters come,

These huge,

Infinite souls come,

To show humanity our next step.

And then we have to do it,

And it's easiest to do it while they're here.

Because the creator within us gets strengthened,

Particularly when they're here.

You know,

It becomes the age of miracles when they're here.

So,

This is the easiest time to evolve,

Easiest time to come into clarity.

Okay,

You guys,

You are so precious.

It's like you bring your,

You know,

Je ne sais quoi,

To the collective,

To this beautiful lake.

You add your scent,

Your beingness.

And without you,

We don't have that.

We lack that.

We miss you.

And if you don't bring who you are forward,

We miss you.

And sometimes,

You know,

There's an agreement that we have,

Like,

To meet up.

Like,

Who would Premasutha be if Abraham hadn't been there?

Or,

Like,

Really,

I mean,

In a big way,

Amma.

Who would we be without Amma?

But all the pivotal spots on our journeys where we encountered some awakened person,

Who would we be without that?

If they hadn't woken up and turned up at our time of agreement where we had to meet,

If they'd said no to their dharma,

Where would we be?

This is where we get honor bound,

Then.

You know,

If people turned up for us,

We might have people in our lives that we're to turn up for.

We're honor bound.

To share it.

And who do we become if we turn our backs on our dharma?

We just stay a shell.

This is why I'm saying about the people who are,

Like,

Holding on to Premasutha as a teddy bear,

And not listening to the guidance,

And not looking at themselves.

It's like,

What are you doing?

You don't want to do that.

There'll be people who are waiting for you to turn up,

To be there,

To help show them the way.

Right.

And remember,

Keep drawing the circle bigger.

Keep reminding yourself of the spacious grace,

Of the love that you're surrounded with.

It can help you with some of the thick lines of your conditioning,

Just reminding yourself about the Creator,

Even if you can't feel Amma that day,

You know.

Just remind that it's really true,

It's really real.

And,

You know,

Keep a journal,

Please.

Write out your angst,

You know,

Express it.

Give it over.

Get it out so it doesn't circulate around your head.

Right.

Okay.

Yeah.

Dear,

Dear,

Dear,

Precious,

Precious,

Precious beings,

Please.

So precious,

So beloved.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Blessing.
