Let's begin by finding a position that is comfortable to relax in,
But not so comfortable that you might drift off.
Keep your spine tall,
Shoulders relaxed and let your head rest naturally in alignment.
You can gently close your beautiful eyes or let them rest softly with your gaze toward the ground.
Begin to take slow,
Deep breaths,
Deeper than you have taken so far today.
With every inhale,
Imagine drawing in clean,
Fresh energy.
With every exhale,
Release tension and let go of the weight of unnecessary thoughts.
This is your time to focus on yourself,
To give your mind and body exactly what they need.
As you breathe,
Notice the subtle movement in your body,
The way the air travels in and out,
Flowing like a gentle tide.
If your thoughts begin to raise,
Acknowledge them,
Notice them and let it go.
They are simply passing by.
Each time you notice a thought,
Picture it as a small wisp of energy and,
As you exhale,
Let it dissolve into the air around you.
Thoughts and triggers are natural.
Instead of getting pulled into them,
Let them drift away with your breath.
Imagine yourself sitting on a mountaintop,
Breathing in crisp mountain air,
Below a green grass valley full of little flowers.
The sun radiates softly and lovingly above you.
This relaxing warmth now gently washes over you,
Releasing any heaviness and uplifting your mind,
Your energy.
With each inhale,
That light grows brighter and warmer.
With each exhale,
It clears,
It releases and renews.
Feel your mind becoming lighter,
Your body more open,
Your energy more alive.
This is your reset button.
Every breath is a choice to refresh,
To release what you no longer need and to invite in what supports you.
Now ask yourself gently,
How do I want to feel moving forward today?
What energy would I like to carry with me?
Let the answer arise naturally.
It might be one word or a simple feeling like clarity,
Focus,
Joy or peace.
Hold that feeling in your mind and body as if you are already living it right now.
Because you truly are.
Allow that fresh,
Vibrant energy to expand from the centre of your heart outwards,
Filling your arms,
Your legs,
Your mind and the space around you.
Take a moment to simply sit in this renewed state,
Knowing that this is always available to you.

Inhale fully,
Hold for a moment and exhale completely.
Again breathe in even deeper than before,
Drawing in light and energy and exhale out every last bit,
Boosting your energy,
Clearing your mind.
One final breath,
Your deepest yet,
Sending fresh energy through every cell of your body.
Exhale fully.
