This audio invites you to slow down and connect with the sacred feminine through your body and the Earth. You’ll be guided through a meditation to ground into your whole being, before opening to the Earth’s voice. From there, you’ll receive four reflective journal prompts to deepen your connection with cycles, rest, and renewal. Return to this practice anytime you need to listen inward and honor the divine feminine. Feel free to listen to my other journal prompts on Insight Timer. Music by Sound Vessel.

Consider the last time you felt awe in nature.

Maybe you noticed how the trees sway,

How flowers bloom in glorious colors,

Or the way the water sparkles on a sunny day.

The sacred feminine exists both within the earth and within our bodies.

She moves through our cycles and our seasons,

Through our longing for rest and beauty,

Connection and truth.

To honor the earth is to remember what we are made of,

To notice how she appears not only within us,

But also on the curves of a river,

The unfolding of a leaf,

The rhythm of moonlight and the silence between words.

When you're ready,

Close your eyes and let your breath soften and deepen.

Feel the weight of your body resting on the earth.

The ground beneath you feels ancient,

Steady and alive.

With each inhale,

Draw vibrant life-filled energy up from the earth's core,

The same power that births rivers,

Flowers and forests.

With each exhale,

Release what no longer serves you into the soil,

Trusting the earth to receive and transform it.

Feel this exchange moving through your whole body,

From the soles of your feet,

Through your belly and chest,

To the crown of your head.

Now bring your awareness into the pelvic bowl.

This is a deep vessel of creation,

The cauldron that holds life force.

Whether or not your body carries a womb,

This pelvic bowl is where life force gathers.

Sense this space as receptive and spacious.

Here lives the wisdom of cycles,

Renewal and regeneration.

Feel the earth's creative power pooling here,

Reminding you that you too are a vessel of becoming.

Breathe into this sacred cauldron of possibility.

Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows.

In your mind's eye,

Picture yourself in a place in nature that feels like a nurturing mother's touch.

Perhaps a grove of trees,

A blooming meadow or the shore where waves meet sand.

Notice the details,

The fragrance,

The sounds,

The movement of light and shadow.

Sense the earth as a living feminine presence,

Wise and endlessly creative.

Now rest your awareness in your heart center.

Listen as if the earth were speaking directly to you and the voice of the sacred feminine.

She may offer words,

Symbols,

Sensations or a memory.

These are reminders of your belonging,

Your cycles,

Your power to nurture and to renew.

Trust what arises.

Let her message follow into your pelvic bowl,

Your heart,

Your head and your whole being.

Breathe in this message,

Letting it anchor in your body.

When you are ready,

Thank the earth for her guidance.

Open your eyes and carry her words into your journal with these four prompts.

Let these questions invite you to slow down and listen for her presence,

Both inside and all around you.

First prompt,

In what ways am I honoring the natural cycles within me?

About 30 seconds left,

Pause if you would like more time.

Where am I being invited to receive more ease,

Beauty or pleasure?

About 30 seconds left,

Pause if you would like more time.

Where in my life am I being called to rest?

About 30 seconds left,

Pause if you would like more time.

Last prompt,

What practices help me honor my connection to the earth?

About 30 seconds left,

Pause if you would like more time.

Thank you for taking this time to listen and to nurture your inner landscape.

Know that you can return to this practice whenever you need to reconnect with the voice of the earth and the wisdom of the sacred feminine within you.

For now,

Carry with you whatever message or insight feels most alive.

Let it accompany you gently like a quiet companion as you move back into your day.
