Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and today we're going to practice a body scan meditation to heal your body with love and sleep.
Please allow yourself this opportunity to take a break from your life and to show your body some love by enjoying the next few minutes in a place where nobody will interrupt you for the next hour or so.
Or if you prefer,
You can also use this guided meditation to fall into a deep sleep and wake up the next day feeling fully refreshed and energized.
To heal our body,
Sometimes all it takes is to allow it the time to heal.
So give yourself the space and time for the healing to take place.
You can lay down or sit in a safe comfortable position.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.
Exhale.
Take another deep breath in and exhale.
One of the fastest ways I've learned to relax is by mastering the 7-11 breathing technique.
The 7-11 breathing technique is a way of breathing that creates real and fast healing physiological changes.
So each time you breathe in,
You count to seven.
And as you exhale,
You count to 11.
So let's practice that now.
Breathe in and count to seven.
And as you breathe out,
Count to 11.
Very well.
Basically,
What you want is your breath out to be longer than your breathing in.
And by breathing out longer and breathing in,
You're triggering your body's healing relaxation response.
And you can already feel how it feels so good to be in this moment.
There are chemicals and hormones being released right this moment throughout your whole body that are already beginning to heal those parts of you that need healing.
And by practicing this guided meditation,
We're practicing making relaxation a part of who you are as a person.
And as you master relaxation by practicing this guided meditations often,
It will begin to become more of an instinct and a part of your life.
That's why we always begin this meditations with relaxing your body so that we can then move on to relaxing your mind.
And you'll find that relaxation happens all by itself.
Once your body is deeply relaxed,
Your mind also relaxes.
Once your body is deeply relaxed,
Your mind also relaxes.
Another way we learn to relax is to focus our attention on different parts of our body.
And this time we're going to fill them with love and energy.
So gently,
I'm going to ask you to bring your attention down to your feet.
And starting with your right foot.
You can feel your right foot,
Your toes,
The bottom of your foot,
And feel what it feels like to be your right foot.
And you can also focus all your breath,
A full breath,
And all the oxygen you inhale to go directly down to your right foot.
Filling each cell of your right foot with oxygen,
Energy,
And vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell with energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell of your right foot.
And we're also going to inject your right foot with love.
Feel that love for your right foot.
And with each second that goes by,
You can feel how your right foot is healing completely.
Your toes,
The bottom of your foot,
Your heel,
And every part of your foot is healing.
Take your time.
Take your time.
Now,
Gently move your attention onto your left foot.
You can feel your left foot and feel what it feels like to be your left foot.
Once again,
You can also focus your full breath and all the oxygen you inhale to go down directly to your left foot.
Feeling each cell of your left foot with oxygen.
Sending lots of energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell of your left foot and injecting it with love.
Feel that love.
Love your left foot and with each second that goes by,
You can feel that love and how it's healing your left foot.
And it feels much better.
Both your right foot and your left foot feel so good.
And allow them to heal.
And little by little,
You can start to move up your attention and your focus to your right knee.
Feel your right foot.
And your focus to your right knee.
Feel your right knee and feel what it feels like to be your right knee.
And you can also focus your full breath and all the oxygen you inhale to go down directly to your right knee and the back of your knee.
And feeling each cell of your right knee with oxygen.
Energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell of your right knee and injecting it with lots of love.
Feeling love for your right knee and feeling how your right knee is healing through this love and this energy,
This beautiful energy surrounding your full right knee and the back of your knee.
Including your kneecaps and any other part of your knee,
Any tissue that's connected to your knee and feeling your right knee much,
Much better.
And gently with ease,
You can move your attention and your focus next to your right knee onto your left knee.
And you can feel your left knee and feel what it feels like to be your left knee.
And we're going to focus a full breath and all the oxygen you inhale to go down directly to your left knee,
Filling it with love.
Lots and lots of oxygen,
Energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell of your left knee and injecting it with lots and lots of love.
And feel that love.
Love your left knee.
And thank your left knee for everything that it does for you,
Healing it completely.
Including your kneecaps and any other part of your left knee that needs healing.
And take your time and allow your left knee to heal and to feel so good.
Thank you.
And slowly you can feel your focus move up to your right thigh and you can feel your right thigh.
And feel how it can feel more relaxed.
You can also feel what it feels like to be your right thigh.
And you can also focus your full breath and all the oxygen you inhale to go down directly to your right thigh,
Filling each cell of your right thigh with oxygen,
Energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell of your right thigh and injecting it with lots and lots of love.
And feel love for your thigh,
Your right thigh.
And you can feel this love healing your right thigh,
Including your muscles and every part that includes your bone in your right thigh.
Feel that healing coming through.
It feels good.
It feels so good and you can thank your right thigh for everything that it does.
Helping you move around and stay strong.
And take your time.
And gently we can move your attention to your left thigh.
And feel your left thigh.
Feel how it feels more relaxed.
And you can also feel what it feels like to be your left thigh.
And let's focus a full breath on your left thigh and all the oxygen you inhale.
Let it go down directly to your left thigh,
Filling each cell of your left thigh with oxygen,
Energy and full vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell of your left thigh and injecting it with love.
Love your left thigh and feel that love.
And feel how that love is healing.
It can heal you and heal your left thigh and the muscles in your left thigh and the bones inside of your left thigh and any other tissue that needs healing.
Feel that love and thank your left thigh for everything that it does for you.
And take your time.
And as you continue to breathe comfortably,
You can move your attention up to your sex organs,
Your hips and the bottom of your back.
You can feel your sex organs,
Your lower back and your hips and feel how they're more relaxed.
And you can also sense what it feels like to be your sex organs,
Your lower back and your hips.
And let's focus a full breath,
Directing all that oxygen you inhale to go down directly to your sex organs,
Your lower back area and your hips.
Filling each cell and bone cell in your sex organs,
Your lower back and your hips with oxygen,
Energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating each cell of your sex organs and your lower back area and your hips,
Injecting them with love,
Thanking them for everything that they do.
And feel that love.
Imagine telling them that you love them and that you're so thankful for everything that they do.
And feel that healing coming through and healing those parts of your body with love and take your time and allow this part of you to heal.
And by now,
You can already experience having a more relaxed body and a much more relaxed breathing.
Feeling comfortable.
And we can move your attention a little bit higher to your trunk of your body.
Parts that include your abdomen,
Back and everything inside of this trunk.
You can feel your lungs,
Your intestines.
And feel how all these organs inside of you feel more relaxed,
Including your heart.
It's working 24 hours a day,
Seven days a week to keep you alive.
Your liver getting rid of all these toxins in your body.
Your kidneys and different parts of your trunk.
And feel what it feels like to be them,
To be in this part of your body.
Sending oxygen to every cell of your body through your lungs.
Working to digest your food.
And we're going to focus full breath and all the oxygen you inhale to go down directly to every part of this trunk.
Your organs,
Veins and blood vessels and everything is filling with love,
Oxygen,
Energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating each organ of your body and injecting it with love.
Feel the love and be thankful for everything that this part of your body does for you.
And you can feel your organs feeling more relaxed.
Feel that healing coming through.
Filling your intestines with love so they can do a better job at digesting your food.
Thanking your lungs for absorbing the oxygen and producing the necessary nutrients to keep your body alive.
And your heart for pumping the blood to every part of your body so they can stay alive.
Feel that love and imagine yourself telling every part of your trunk that you love them.
That you love everything they do for you and thank them for it.
And take your time to feel that love and feel that healing coming through.
As you continue to breathe,
You can become more aware of your relaxed body and you can feel your chest going up and down with each breath.
We're now going to move your attention and your focus up to your shoulders and the upper part of your trunk.
This includes your chest and upper part of your back.
Feel the upper part of your trunk including your shoulders and feel how it's getting more relaxed and more comfortable with each breath.
You can also feel what it feels like to be this part of your body.
And we're going to focus a full breath and all the oxygen you can inhale to go down directly to this upper part of your trunk,
Filling it with lots of oxygen,
Energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating your upper trunk and your upper back and injecting it with love.
Lots and lots of love.
Feel that love.
And you can feel your upper trunk healing completely and any other parts of this area of your body that need healing.
Feel that love.
Feel that healing coming through and take your time allowing this area that usually takes a lot of stress throughout our days to heal and to relax a little bit deeper.
Letting go of all those stressors,
Feeling better and relaxing more.
And now we're going to move on to the lower part of your trunk.
Feeling your body in a better state.
Breathing comfortably and now moving your attention and your focus to your right arm,
Including your right hand and the fingers in your hand.
Feeling your right arm heavier,
Your right hand heavier and your fingers in your hand,
Your right hand heavier and heavier.
It feels good.
Feels very relaxed.
And you can feel what it feels like to be your right arm,
Your right hand and your right fingers,
Right hand fingers.
And let's focus your full breath and all the oxygen you inhale to go down directly to your right arm,
Your right hand and the fingers in your right hand.
Filling each one and each cell with oxygen,
Energy and vitality,
Rejuvenating your right arm,
Your right hand and the fingers in your right hand,
Injecting them with love.
And you can feel that love feels so good.
And you can feel your right arm healing as well as your right hand and the fingers in your right hand healing.
Feeling so much better.
Take your time to heal your right arm as well as your right hand and the fingers in your right hand.
Music Music Music And gently we're going to move your attention to your left arm and your left hand and your fingers on your left hand and feel what it feels like to be your left arm.
Feel what it feels like to be your left hand and the fingers in your left hand.
And you can also feel your left arm heavier.
Same with your left hand feels heavier as well as your fingers.
And there is less need to move.
And you can also feel your left arm in a much better state.
And let's focus a full breath on all the oxygen you inhale.
Imagine it go down directly to the left arm filling each cell of your left arm and your left hand and the fingers in your left hand with oxygen,
Energy and vitality.
Rejuvenating your left arm and your left hand and the fingers in your left hand.
Injecting them with love and feel that love and love your left arm and feel how that love is healing your left arm and your left hand and the fingers in your left hand.
And tell them that you love them.
Tell them thank you for everything that they do for you and feel grateful for what they do.
And fill them with love.
Feel so good.
And take your time.
And as you continue to inhale and exhale comfortably,
Allowing yourself to go even deeper.
And allowing your concentration to go even further into your subconsciousness so that your subconsciousness can do whatever it considers necessary.
You can now move your attention up to your neck.
You can feel your neck and feel how it's getting more relaxed after carrying all the weight from your head.
You can now relax your neck and get really comfortable,
Even more comfortable with each breath.
And you can also feel what it feels like to be your neck.
We're going to focus a full breath.
And all the oxygen you inhale to go down directly to your neck.
Filling each cell of your neck with oxygen,
Energy,
And vitality.
Rejuvenating your neck and injecting it with love.
Lots and lots of love.
And feel that love.
And you can feel your neck healing completely in any tissue of this area of your body.
Healing with love.
And tell your neck that you love it.
You love your neck and everything that it does that you're thankful for.
And take your time.
And now relax.
And let's move on to the next exercise.
And we're going to do a little bit of stretching.
And we're going to do a little bit of stretching.
And we're going to do a little bit of stretching.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Continuing to allow your self-consciousness to do what it needs to do in order to get the results that it considers best.
For you and to heal your body.
And slowly and gently,
We're now going to move your attention up to your head.
This includes your mouth,
Your tongue,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your ears,
Your brain,
Your skull,
And every part of your head.
Including your teeth.
Feel your head.
And feel these different parts of your body.
And feel how your head is heavier and feels so good right now and relaxed,
Comfortable.
And what does it feel to be your mouth,
Your tongue,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your ears?
Feel your brain and your skull.
And different parts of your head.
Now we're going to focus a full breath.
And all the oxygen to go directly to your head,
Filling each cell and neuron in your head with oxygen,
Energy,
And vitality.
Rejuvenating your head.
And let's inject your head and your brain and every part of your head with love.
Feeling love for your head and loving your head.
And you can feel how every part of your head is healing through this love and this beautiful feeling of well-being.
Healing the past,
All the nerves in your air in this area,
And healing anything that needs to be healed.
Feeling so much better.
Take your time to heal through the love and feeling that love for your head and for yourself.
And by now you can feel so good about yourself and your body.
Feels good to breathe,
To feel comfortable,
And to be deeply relaxed.
Preparing yourself to sleep deeply and to continue to relax for as long as you feel necessary in order to heal.
Bringing your attention above your head and visualizing a sphere of golden energy above your head.
Recharging your vital energy both physically and spiritually.
And enveloping and surrounding your whole body,
Your aura,
With this beautiful energy that will continue to heal with love and good intentions throughout your body and mind.
Healing your mind with good thoughts and feelings and sensations that will translate into a beautiful feeling of well-being throughout your day.
And you can already begin to feel a desire to smile more and to enjoy the simple things in life.
The taste of your favorite food,
The water falling down on your body as you shower,
The smell of rain,
The smell of your favorite flowers,
The feeling of the sun on your face.
Relaxing more and more and going to sleep for as long as you wish.
Whatever you feel is necessary in order to heal your body and mind.
And soon my voice is going to leave you.
And when you awake afterwards,
And sometime from now,
Your spirit will be glowing and your being will shine.
So sleep now and may infinite happiness fill your soul.
Sleep.
