Hi,
My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this mindfulness meditation to lose weight with relaxation and self-love.
I'm going to ask you to get into a comfortable place where no one will interrupt you for the next several minutes and where you can relax completely.
Let's begin.
For this meditation we're going to work on releasing any physical and mental tension through relaxation so you can close your eyes or you can keep them open.
It's up to you.
You can be sitting down or laying down,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
The important thing is that you can relax and that you can release all that tension from your body and whatever is stressing you out.
This exercise is for you and to make you feel better.
So with your eyes closed or open you can begin to relax.
And since your muscles in your eyes are connected to your whole body,
By relaxing your eyes you can feel how your eyelids begin to relax as well.
And you can prepare other parts of your body for a deeper and more pleasant relaxation.
Relaxation is a quality that all living beings have.
It's part of our nature to relax so that our body's tissues and our cells are naturally and effortlessly strengthened,
Healed.
And so this guided meditation will aim to give you this space and the time to relax deeply and improve your self-esteem in your life so that consequently you can gain greater control over your emotions and your day-to-day actions.
And by relaxing and increasing the inner peace,
Tranquility within yourself,
You'll obtain a feeling of well-being that will simply give you the tools to cope with difficult and stressful situations in your life.
And by practicing this meditation several times you'll find that there are different levels of relaxation.
And while practicing it,
You'll enter states of relaxation that are more deep,
Easily and effortlessly.
So continuing with your eyes closed or your eyes open or closed all the time or open all the time,
You'll remember a time in your life when you could experience a deep and pleasant relaxation in your life.
Can you remember what sensations were in your body when you were experiencing that state of relaxation and inner peace?
Were you doing an activity that helped you relax?
What kinds of things help you relax?
For example,
I love to travel because when I'm traveling either by plane,
Train,
Truck,
Or by car,
I can relax and be at ease.
What do you like to do to relax?
Now,
The most important thing is to experience that relaxation in these moments.
Can you feel that deep relaxation on your body right now?
And you can also think about the benefits of relaxation on your body.
And think if you like to enter an even deeper relaxation or just a light relaxation.
You can also feel how your head is becoming more comfortable and you can feel more relaxed.
There's a feeling of peace,
Tranquility,
And calm that is increasing in your body.
And think if you like to experience a deep relaxation with your eyes closed or open.
And if you haven't closed your eyes and you want to close them,
This would be a good time to close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Feeling the air entering your body and leaving your body.
And by placing your attention in your breath,
You can see what processes are happening inside of your body as that air reaches your lungs and what happens after the air leaves your body.
And you can feel how your lungs are in charge of sending that oxygen to every cell of your body through your bloodstream and how your heart is helping this process by beating 24 hours a day,
Seven days a week,
All without you having to think about what your heart or lungs are doing or going to do.
And as you continue to breathe,
You feel your body getting heavier and your arms and legs are relaxing more and more deeply.
And as you continue to breathe,
You feel your body getting heavier and your arms and legs are relaxing more and more deeply.
And there's less need to move or pay attention to my voice.
And just being there in that place,
You can experience how time passes and the physical and mental tensions are disappearing more and more.
And I wonder if you already realized how your mind tends to relax on its own when we simply give it the opportunity to let go of everything for several minutes.
The state of serenity,
Inner peace and tranquility and relaxation.
And relaxation.
You can also get out of your body and observe your body from the ceiling in the room where you're at and look down how your body looks more and more relaxed.
Allowing yourself to be carried away by this relaxation as there is no right or wrong way to relax.
There's simply your way.
And as your body relaxes more and more,
Your mind can also relax more and more deeply.
And right now,
There's no need to go anywhere or do anything in particular.
So drop everything and notice if there are any thoughts,
Images or if there's any sensation in your body.
You can also notice if there's any sound inside or outside of the room where you're at.
And just let them pass.
You don't have to pay attention to them.
Simply let yourself be carried away by this moment of inner peace,
Tranquility and relaxation.
And by listening to my words,
They can help you to enter a deeper and more pleasant state of concentration.
Or it is also possible that my words will help you relax more deeply and pleasantly.
It is a feeling as if you're floating effortlessly.
And by simply listening and giving yourself the opportunity to experience a very nice feeling of peace,
Tranquility and relaxation,
We're going to allow your body to rest and I'm going to focus on talking to the other part of your subconsciousness that is in charge of the internal processes that are happening 24 hours a day,
7 days a week.
This part of your subconscious knows what I mean since it is working on doing whatever it has to do to produce the results it deems necessary.
Your body feels more relaxed and I don't know when was the last time you experienced that deep relaxation as this one.
So we're going to see how much can you relax and release all that physical and mental tensions from your body.
This is also a good time to let go of the past and all the things that you do not need anymore so you can relax and feel greater inner peace.
And whatever that is,
Deep inside you know that nothing lasts forever.
Everything is in constant change.
You also know that taking these moments for yourself is an act of love,
Of self-love for you.
So letting go of your past,
Whether you've failed in the past or had successes,
Is also an act of self-love since you're giving yourself another opportunity in the present to live more in the present.
As you know that living in the present is the best thing you can do in your life since life is today and the past is in the past.
We cannot change the past,
However in the present we can work to build a more positive future with more love.
In the present we can also overcome any situation that is affecting us.
In the present we can remove any ties of the past that have bound us to move forward in life.
In the present we can live a healthier life with more energy.
In the present you can feel more love for yourself and for others.
In the present you can forgive people and you can also forgive yourself for whatever happened in the past.
Now I'm going to ask you to imagine that you're walking along a very beautiful beach.
Can you feel your feet touching the sand?
Can you hear the sound of the waves?
When listening to the waves of the sea,
Can you feel how each wave that falls takes away all impurities of your life as it goes away?
Can you feel the air touching your face?
Can you see the beautiful colors of nature?
Can you feel the warmth of the sun touching your skin?
Can you feel this feeling of peace and tranquility that comes from walking on the beach,
Listening to the waves?
Can you smell the smell of the sea,
The salty smell that brings us peace and relaxation?
And after walking for a while,
You decide to lie down on the sand and feel the comfort of the sand touching your body.
You can feel more relaxed and comfortable by laying down on that soft sand.
There's a feeling of laziness and just relaxing,
Doing nothing.
Looking up in the sky,
This beautiful blue sky.
And you can imagine a giant number 10 up in the sky.
And the 10 changes to a number 9 as you count down to zero.
And you notice how as the numbers change from 9 to 8,

Your concentration increases more and more.

As you enter an almost perfect state of concentration.

There are less worries and a very nice feeling of inner peace coming through.

Time passes in a very special way and you already feel how your body is even more comfortable.

You feel your concentration in deeper and more pleasant state.
In this deep state of concentration,
You relax even deeper.
And there's this beautiful sensation of total relaxation all over your body.
Feels good.
And you can already feel how your body is getting better and better simply laying on the sand.
This beautiful feeling of relaxation.
And this is one of the best states to relax and transform our lives.
In this state of mind,
You'll notice that working to make better decisions to build a healthier body work best.
Because in this state of mind,
Your decisions have more power.
Since what you decide in this state tends to be more durable.
In this state of mind,
You can also get rid of things that you don't need to carry anymore.
There's this inner peace that will increase more and more.
And you'll be able to carry this peace of mind with you throughout your day.
You'll be able to experience a feeling of calm during the day.
And you can feel something happening.
And you know deep inside,
Your subconsciousness is working on doing the things it deems necessary to create the changes that are necessary.
Since you know better than anyone what is best for you.
You also know the healing happens in a spontaneous way.
And simply by allowing your body to relax and your mind to relax.
Your mind and your body are healing the things that need to heal from your past.
All those wounds from the past.
Simply by relaxing more and more.
In this state of mind,
Your decisions have more power.
Since what you decide in this state tends to be more durable.
And you know deeper inside,
Your subconsciousness is working on doing the things that are necessary.
And you know deep inside,
Your subconsciousness is working on doing the things that are necessary.
As you continue on that beach,
You can imagine this energy barrier building around your body.
This energy can be green or any color you want it to be.
Imagine this energy surrounding your body and protecting your energy from anything outside this barrier.
And you know that only you have the power to decide what enters and what does not enter within this energy barrier surrounding your body.
Deep down you know what is best for you.
And by putting this protection,
You're ensuring that you don't allow any negative or harmful things.
You'll notice that your mental and physical health will improve.
Every day that passes,
You'll feel better in all aspects of your life.
Starting today,
You'll notice that you accept yourself more and more just as you are.
Starting today,
You'll also notice that you feel more like smiling and experiencing joy and happiness.
And you also know that with time and by practicing this love meditation,
Your confidence will improve more and more to the point that you'll be able to access this state simply by deciding to feel better and enter this state of mind.
Starting today,
You'll notice that in times where in the past you felt stressed,
Things no longer affect you as they did before.
And that your tolerance level has improved to overcome difficult situations.
And the more you practice this meditation,
You'll notice how the moments that usually made you feel tired or restless turn into moments of energy that is easy to motivate yourself to action because you feel more alive and full of energy.
Over time,
You'll also realize that the goal of meditation is not to be meditating all day long,
But to transfer this state of mind of relaxation and inner peace that you are currently experiencing to your daily day to day so that you can enjoy more of the present from moment to moment.
You can also practice strengthening your energy and this energy barrier or as it's commonly known your spiritual aura throughout your day by creating an image of this aura with bright and beautiful colors because you know that the more times you visualize a strong and healthy aura,
You will achieve a stronger and healthier you.
And this will also translate into a more healthy physical body,
Mental energy and spiritual strength.
And the benefits of having a healthier physical body,
Mental energy and spiritual strength will be exponentially more and more with time.
For example,
If today we exercised and achieved the benefit equivalent to that one of one cell and tomorrow we return to doing physical exercise,
The benefit of the second day may be equivalent to that of two cells.
And on the third day,
The benefit would be equivalent to four cells and thus it would double day by day.
And in a couple months,
All of the billions of cells in your body would benefit from moving your body every day.
And by understanding the benefits of moving your body,
There will be no need to discipline yourself because your subconscious will take care of doing what it has to do with the changes that need to happen for you and in order for them to become real.
And while me and your subconsciousness continue having a conversation,
Part of you that is in charge of controlling your eating habits,
Balancing the weight of your body,
Knows that there have been moments when you've given it more than is necessary to survive.
And you also know that your mind has the ability to control by means of switches that turn on and off,
That you have control to change,
Move and level as you please.
Because deep down you know that you have the power and control over your weight and what you feed your body and the amount of food you give your body.
Deep down you also know that it is not your stomach or your appetite that is in charge of controlling the amount of food that you give them.
Because the truth is that in your mind you have control and power.
We can take advantage of this moment to create in this part of your subconscious new eating habits and create new goals for the near future.
And for this I'm going to ask you to visualize in your mind the body that you like to have.
You can either remember a moment from your past in which you were at your ideal weight or you can also create a new image of the ideal body for you.
By creating this new version of you I want you to imagine touching your arms,
Your thin arms and feeling your clothes on your thin body and imagine how your stomach feels at your ideal weight.
We're going to taste what the healthy food you're going to eat tastes like.
So imagine savoring that food that you know will help you achieve your ideal weight.
And imagine feeling satisfied with the necessary portions to keep your body healthy and alive.
Can you smell what that food smells like?
Can you feel the desire to eat healthy and only what is necessary to keep your body healthy and happy?
What does it smell like?
And imagine what the people around you are going to say when they see your body at your ideal weight.
And can you feel how much confidence and joy you'll feel when having a healthy body at its ideal weight?
Imagine already achieving that ideal weight.
And imagine what emotions are in your body.
And today it is a fact that the less you eat the happier you'll feel.
That the less you eat now the more you smile and feel more energetic.
That the less you eat now you look better and you feel better.
That the less you eat now you feel more relaxed.
That the less you eat you feel more motivated to work on your goals and achieve your dreams.
And the less you eat you know that you are creating a healthier body with more energy.
And you also know that the body you want is already there inside of you.
And by creating these images we are simply giving your body the opportunity to allow yourself to feel good.
You also know that every day your actions are creating patterns and habits that strengthen you and give you more life.
And you eat enough to be well and to keep your body fit and energetic.
And this fact is reinforced day by day with your decisions and your actions because you know that you should be healthier and stronger physically and mentally.
And you know that movement is good for you.
Makes you want to move your body and listen to your body when it needs water.
And you can keep a hydrated body because you always listen to your body telling you how much food it really needs and how much water it really needs.
And you know that eating what you need also means chewing your food and eating slowly to savor each bite to the fullest.
And deep down you also know the things that your body doesn't need to eat.
And you'll notice you feel less wanting to eat those things that don't help you to get your ideal body and weight.
And you know that eating healthy is eating only what is necessary no more than what's necessary.
And you know that eating healthy is eating only what is necessary and not more than necessary.
And you know that eating healthy is eating things that are alive such as vegetables,
Green plants,
Grains,
Proteins and things that are really nutritious.
And by continuing to do what is necessary to maintain a healthy body you'll notice how your body is an incredible machine that has the capacity to mold itself to your liking.
And that you can create these new habits and new patterns to your liking in order to mold the body of your dreams.
And so now mentally I'm going to ask you to repeat the following.
I have control over my thoughts and my life.
I can overcome any difficult situation in my life.
Every moment I feel better and better.
I feel a state of deep relaxation that gives me well-being.
My body is more attractive and healthier with each passing day.
I renounce my prejudices and negative attitudes.
Wherever I am,
I am happy and I accept myself as I am.
I can control my body and give it only healthy food.
I live the present and experience every moment with vitality and optimism.
I only give my body fruits,
Vegetables,
Proteins,
Grains and nutritious foods.
I am a person who is grateful for everything that I am and everything I have.
I feel free because I am free.
I don't need to eat too much,
Cakes or things with sugar.
I am the creator of my own life.
I deserve the best and I accept it now.
I only need to feed my body moderate amounts of food.
Right now I'm making my body burn the fat that it doesn't need anymore.
Every moment I control my life better.
I trust myself in the process of life.
I'm in the perfect place here and now.
Every day that passes I look better,
Happier and more alive.
I know that I can shape my body according to how I want.
I only need to think positively and visualize it positively.
I will no longer suffer.
I am obtaining wonderful things that were not possible before.
I forgive and let go of what is not good for me.
I am a confident,
Happy,
Optimistic person and I have fun and laugh often.
I'm getting a more attractive and energetic figure.
All my thoughts,
Words and actions help me to be healthier.
I am a person who has strength and will.
My body is more relaxed.
I love myself unconditionally.
I'm a confident person.
I let go of my past and leave it in the past.
I'm important.
I accept my reality as it is.
Everything good follows me,
Finds me and stays with me.
I believe in myself and in my possibilities.
Life is wonderful.
I don't have to suffer to be happy.
From today,
All these positive thoughts are followed by actions and so it will be.
Now you don't have to repeat anything or going to allow those phrases to take effect.
In this moment,
Your energy is transforming but you feel exactly how you like to feel.
You can dress exactly how you like to dress.
You can already see yourself feeling happy with your body as you like.
You can see yourself moving your body more and more every day because you feel better.
You feel healthier,
More fit and this makes you want to do more things and feel more alive.
You feel like you really want to work on your dreams more and you can feel this energy growing and spreading throughout your body.
This new version of you has everything you've always wanted.
You can even imagine getting on that scale and seeing your ideal weight.
Imagine as if it was already happening.
Imagine that you already weigh your ideal weight and feel your body at that weight because your metabolism is already working faster to burn all that unnecessary fat from your body because you already feel more positive and more motivated.
So it goes.
You can already feel that motivation to live your life to the fullest because you feel healthier.
Because you know that mental health is very important with a new version of you and you know that staying happy during the day will help you focus and doing only what is necessary to achieve your purposes and keep your body with enough energy to keep you working on your dreams.
Feeling more satisfied knowing that something good is happening right now.
Feeling this moment because you know that there is already more self love and you know that you like to be with yourself because you accept yourself more and more every day.
And you know that there's no one else like you.
You are unique and you are learning more and more every day to accept yourself more in a deeper level.
And deep down you know that you deserve a better life and you treat yourself better every day and that same love that you give to everyone you're starting to give yourself that same love for even more.
Because you know that there's no one else who deserves that love more than you.
And by developing this self love day by day your body will act accordingly to how you feel and you'll notice that the more you love your body the less poison you're going to give it and you're going to be in charge of demonstrating that love to yourself every day in healthier ways.
And you're going to be an example for others since others will notice this great change in you.
And you'll prepare your meals with the same love with this attitude of self love and acceptance.
And by digesting and accepting this new ideas and this new way of living you'll notice how your body feels more relaxed and this is a good point for you to go to sleep and rest deeply if you wish.
Feeling that emotion of well-being and deep relaxation that will continue for several hours,
Several days,
Even weeks or months.
Letting go of everything completely and resting deeply.
Sleep.
But if you're doing this meditation during the day and you have to go back to your work or do whatever you have to do,
It will count from five to one.
And when I say one,
You're going to open your eyes feeling much better,
More energy and more alive,
Ready to continue doing your life.

You already feel your body waking up more and more.
Two,
Feeling your arms and your legs lighter and lighter.
And one,
Opening your eyes and stretching your body as if you just woke up.
