As the soft flute-like tones and gentle synth pads begin to play, you’re entering a space of deep inner alignment, supported by the 852 Hz Solfeggio frequency. This particular frequency is known to assist in awakening intuition, returning the mind to spiritual order, and clearing mental clutter. It’s often associated with dissolving overthinking and helping us reconnect with our inner truth. Tonight, we pair this healing soundscape with the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho’oponopono — a quiet ritual of forgiveness, gratitude, and love. Let your breath slow… Let your body soften… And allow these words to gently guide you inward.

Ho'oponopono for others.

Welcome to another restful night's sleep.

As you settle in for rest tonight,

You're invited into a quiet ancient practice of healing.

A Hawaiian tradition called Ho'oponopono.

Ho'oponopono means to make things right,

To restore harmony.

This simple yet profound practice can be spoken softly or to oneself out loud and usually is directed towards someone you love,

Someone you miss,

Or someone else from your past or present that intuitively it feels right to do this practice.

And there's no better time than now.

As you begin to drift into sleep and your subconscious mind is receptive.

As Bruce Lipton explains,

The brain becomes most receptive just as we fall asleep.

A natural window where change happens deeply and easily.

He even suggests that this time of listening is more effective than hypnosis when done consistently.

So,

What better way than gently pressing play and drifting away.

Ho'oponopono is based on four phrases.

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me,

Thank you,

I love you.

Let these phrases move through you,

All you need to do is drift away,

Absorbing,

Breathing and let the words do their quiet work whilst you sleep.

I'm sorry,

A whisper of recognition,

Not blame,

Just acknowledgement.

I'm sorry for the times I ignored how tired you were.

I'm sorry for being hard on you.

I'm sorry for the pressure,

For the rushing,

For the noise.

I'm sorry for not seeing how much you were carrying.

Nothing else to do,

Relaxed in a space of softness.

Please forgive me.

A gentle request,

Spoken from the heart,

Spoken to another,

To life itself.

Please forgive me for the ways I've pushed you.

Please forgive me for the holding on too tightly.

Please forgive me for the judgement I didn't even know I was carrying.

Please forgive me for forgetting to pause.

Nothing else to do,

Relaxed in a space of softness.

Thank you.

A shift begins,

Gratitude finds the cracks in the dark and fills them with light.

Thank you for coming into my life.

Thank you for the quiet chance to heal right now.

Thank you for our connection,

Which invites me to deepen my sense of connection to myself.

Nothing else to do,

Relaxed in a space of softness.

I love you.

A quiet,

Unconditional love,

The kind that holds all parts.

I love you even when you feel broken.

I love the one inside who still hopes.

I love you for your strength.

I love you simply because you are.

No fixing,

No striving,

Just an allowing.

Let these words echo through your body.

Finding their way even as you drift off to sleep.

I am safe.

I am connected.

I am loved.

I am healing.

You are safe.

You are connected.

You are loved.

You are healing.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I am sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I’d like to dedicate my ho’oponopono today to a family member who lived in New Zealand and died last week. She was an amazing, inspiring, kind and gentle lady. I would also like to dedicate it to my very good friend Dave. You may no longer be physically here but you live on on in my heart. Lastly I’d like to dedicate it to you Reuben, for your tireless, endless patience, support and guidance. Namaste Love Hélène 💛🙏💛
