Much deeper sleep.

Getting ready now for meditation and for sleep.

So you're settling down and taking time to get comfortable.

Making sure you are very comfortable.

And you make any adjustments you need to.

So that you are as comfortable as possible.

Allowing the body to just sink down into the bed.

And just feeling the softness of your bedding.

And just taking a couple of slightly longer breaths.

A long slow inhalation and a long slow exhalation.

A long slow inhalation and a long slow exhalation.

And just feeling how you are letting go at the end of each exhalation.

And you are letting go of all of the thoughts of today.

And just the sense that they are drifting away.

The thoughts of today are just slowly drifting away.

You letting go of the thoughts of today and tomorrow.

And just resting in this moment.

Just right here in the present moment.

Just lying here in your bed.

And feeling very comfortable.

Allowing any thoughts to just slowly now drift away.

And you are getting even more comfortable now.

Legs and the whole body.

And feeling how supported you are in your bed.

And how you are ready for deep sleep.

And realizing how easy it is to just slowly drift into sleep.
