My name is Sangeet and today I want to dive deep into the subject of inner and outer reality.

Every conversation or interaction that happens in our lives,

Whether externally or internally,

Is a reflect of our thoughts and beliefs.

Thoughts become beliefs when we assume that they are true and when we think of them repeatedly and they don't have to make much sense at all or be directly related to us.

First of all,

How do we catch a negative belief the obvious way?

When we interact with someone and suddenly we feel the sensation of resistance,

Of something pulling us down,

Of not feeling so well anymore,

And this happens after that person saying something or after we saying something,

This is a clear indicator of a limited belief.

Every time we feel negatively affected by something or what someone does or says or shows or shares,

It can be anything.

It is because something had just shown us one or more of our limited beliefs,

Those that don't serve us,

Those that probably we don't like and that probably we don't even know that we have.

Imagine that you are with a friend and the conversation is going pretty well,

Nothing but good feelings.

Then suddenly your friend says that your hair looks wild that day and you have to believe that wild hair is ugly.

Because of your belief,

You are going to feel an instant unpleasant feeling and you are going to judge your friend by thinking something like how rude of them saying this to me.

If instead of this belief you have to believe that wild hair is beautiful,

You would take that as a compliment and you would think that your friend is such a great person for telling you that.

And if you didn't have any belief with that specific word and you would feel that your friend sounded like giving you a compliment,

Maybe this was the start of a new belief for you about wild hair and it would be positive.

But if instead your friend would tell you that comment sounding as a bad thing,

This could be the start of a negative belief for you and it would be more or less like my hair is wild,

Wild is bad,

My hair is bad.

You see how this works?

It is as if each person that shows up in our lives represents some aspect in us or what we are currently vibrating in.

And this doesn't happen only by interacting with others,

This happens also by interacting with ourselves.

We have the same happening inside of us when we are having our daily mental conversations.

Actually that is the place where all of this comes from and the process is the same.

As we are thinking thoughts,

We get triggered by them,

We suddenly feel bad or not so happy and this is because our limited beliefs are emerging and being shown to us.

Another easy and simple way to catch our limited beliefs and all of this comes from my personal experience is by paying attention to our or others sentences that have the word not,

That show some sort of denial.

For example,

If I say I am not worried,

It means that I have the belief that I am worried and I am actually denying the fact that I am worried.

Otherwise I wouldn't even mention that word.

Because others are mirroring us,

If we listen someone saying I am not worried,

It means that not only that person has the belief that they are worried but we also have the exact same belief.

Interesting,

Right?

Now let's dive even deeper and look closer into this.

We may think that our realities are happening for no reason at all and that sometimes we may attract something in particular that we recognize as a match to our vibration.

Or we may think that our beliefs only come out once in a while and the rest of our realities are just something that happens for no reason at all.

Well,

This is not the case.

Our outer world is a complete reflection of our inner world.

This means that every single thing that our reality tells us or does to us,

Whether it is through a person,

A group of people,

A movie,

A song,

An inner conversation,

Anything,

It is showing us exactly what is going on in our minds and therefore in our vibration.

Going back to the initial example,

This means that the conversation that you could have been having with your friend was a complete reflect of what was going on inside of you.

So not only you could catch the belief about wild hair because you were triggered and so it was easy to focus on that,

But also the entire conversation,

All the words and the actions,

The entire scenarios from you and your friend were also a reflection of your inner world.

And this may seem unlikely because many times what happens is we find many differences between us and others and we even judge each other because of that,

Right?

We don't even want to admit that what our friend,

Our boss,

Our lover is telling us has something to do with us,

Especially if we are in disagreement.

But the truth is that all of that is coming out of us and it is actually creating our reality.

In my experience,

Because I practice Tethi healing,

Which is a meditative technique that confirms and replaces beliefs,

I can see this by myself very clearly on a daily basis.

In every interaction that I have or inner conversation,

I find my own thoughts and beliefs,

Whether they are felt as good or bad.

Every subject,

Every word,

Everything is constantly showing us our thoughts and beliefs.

This means that what we tend to criticize on others is actually in us somehow.

If we think that the man from the store is very slow,

For example,

There is a huge,

Huge chance that we have to believe that we are slow or that people are slow or that slow is bad.

The word or the concept of slow has to be somehow in our minds and if the feeling is unpleasant,

It is because we've given it a bad connotation and therefore it is limiting us.

If we are walking on the street and we see a couple very much in love,

Chances are that we have to believe that couples are in love or couples are happy or couples hug each other or love is beautiful.

And this applies to every single thing,

No exceptions,

Because this is all about reflection.

And this is why sometimes we hear the expression,

We mirror each other.

We all mirror each other,

Yes,

But it is not because we are all the same.

It is because we create our realities with our imagination and our imagination is made of thoughts and so what we see happening is what we choose to think.

Very recently,

I bought a new ring wishing very much to wear it.

This wish was intensified by the fact that I've spent the last at least 10 or 15 years without wearing any earrings because I have developed analogy to earrings in the past.

Every time I put an earring on,

I immediately felt some itching.

It was something that I could tolerate but not the ideal.

So I completely gave up on earrings until recently.

As I was buying this earring,

In my mind,

There was this mental conflict.

I really,

Really want to wear the earring and I know that I am allergic.

At the same time,

Somehow,

I was hoping that the allergy would be gone.

So I bought the earring and as I got out of the shop,

I asked the universe,

Make the allergy disappear so I can wear the earring at peace.

I completely trusted and forgot about it.

After a few days,

I looked at the earring and I've decided to try it and so I put it on.

About 5 or 10 seconds later,

There it was,

The allergy.

I was not very much surprised and I've decided to wear the earring during the entire morning to see how I would feel.

The symptoms were exactly the same as in the past.

So I took it off,

I left it somewhere and I continued with my life.

About 3 or 4 days later,

The earring caught my attention again and I felt like putting it on.

When I was about to do it,

A thought came into my mind and I stopped.

If this is happening to me,

I must have a belief and what if I replace it?

So immediately,

The thought,

I am allergic,

Came into my mind.

It wasn't hard at all to find it because actually,

That was what I literally was telling myself for several years.

So I replaced the belief,

Which took me seconds and I put the earring on.

Hours passed by and no symptoms at all.

It could have been the case that I had another or other beliefs that could be preventing me from feeling good in that matter,

But it wasn't the case because the symptoms were completely gone.

All of this time,

I was creating my reality by repeatedly saying to myself that I was allergic.

Only when I've decided to focus on what I wanted and to stick to my wish,

I could then shift the energy into trusting that it was possible to wear the earring without symptoms,

Even though it seemed impossible and even not knowing how and when that could happen.

That the healing was my tool,

But it could have been anything because we all know anything is possible.

We don't even have to really believe in anything in order to happen,

Although of course it helps.

It is more about trusting and letting go.

This means being at ease,

Without interfering,

Without any effort.

It is more about instead of asking why,

How or when.

The question is more why not.

When we interfere,

We start doubting and accumulating thoughts that go against our dreams and manifestations.

These are like stones that we throw on our way.

When before the path was free and we didn't even know if we believed it or not,

It simply happened.

We then start to doubt and to believe in the opposite,

Which makes the path so complicated for us that we find hard to assume that what we want is possible or easy to get.

But it is all in our minds.

And this is why meditation can be important.

It helps us to see through the mental confusion,

To come back to our hearts,

To come back to us as souls where the infinite possibilities are.

We don't question.

We simply ask for what we want from a place of love.

Seven years ago,

When I opened my first restaurant,

I clearly had the feeling that I was creating that reality and that each person was a part or an extension of me.

It was a lovely enchanted and mesmerizing experience.

One year after,

I closed it and I wrote this on my journal about how I felt while I was there.

I found myself feeling that I had created a plot and that the people who came to enjoy that space and experience were characters invented by me.

I remember feeling that each of them conveyed something special and that as we interacted,

I grew a little more.

It was just me there.

So all that manifested itself was a reflection of me,

Of my vibration,

And I knew myself better and better.

It was like I couldn't escape from myself.

Everything I was and had dreamed of,

Whatever it was,

Was coming to me now.

I was the common denominator in the middle of all contrasts.

There I was before me and my own creation,

Embracing what came and filling every moment as if there was nothing else.
