Welcome to this meditation to nurture your emotional well-being.

I'm Sarasana Croce and I'll guide you through this practice today.

This meditation is part of a course called Soul Aligned,

Nurturing Your Soul and Spirit for Business Success.

So if you'd like to continue working on aligning your business with your soul,

You'll find it in my courses tab.

Go ahead and find a comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or lying down.

And now gently close your eyes if that feels safe.

Let's start by bringing your awareness to the senses.

Notice the sounds around you and the sensations on your skin,

The support of the surface beneath you.

And really feel the force of gravity grounding you,

Connecting you to this world,

Beginning to settle in and relax your body.

Notice all the positive sensations in your body and imagine everything that is purposeful and meaningful in your life.

Welcome,

Acknowledge,

Embrace and value it.

Have your inner resilience and resources and imagine your sense of well-being in this moment and having that sense of well-being each and every day.

Feel that well-being and feel the sensations first in your head,

Relax the muscles on your face,

Now in your neck,

Un-tense the shoulders if they were tensed,

Now in your arms.

Feel into your hands,

They feel soft or if there's still some tension there.

Now move to your legs,

Feel the well-being in your legs and in your feet until the sense of well-being extends to your entire body and you feel it radiate throughout.

Imagine yourself now as an observer of all these wonderful sensations,

That sense of feeling relaxed,

Safe and at ease.

Sense your body breathing,

Your stomach expanding and relaxing and each time you breathe in you breathe in calm and peace and then when you breathe out,

You breathe out all the challenges that your daily life presents you with and as you continue to breathe,

Feel the sensations and awareness of a calmness and peace with the world and welcome and embrace those feelings as they flow gently through you.

Notice the peace and joy of simply being.

Notice how joyful,

At peace and how relaxed this makes you feel.

Notice how alive and connected you feel to your life and sense the joy this brings to you.

Feel into how grounded and connected to yourself you feel and feel the sensation of this connection injecting purpose,

Meaning and value to your life.

And now just enjoy this moment of deep rest and relaxation in your own personal inner sanctuary,

A place where you go to feel safe,

Secure,

Grounded and a deep sense of peace and inner love for yourself and all of life around you.

Now bring your awareness back to your breath and just allow your body to breathe for you with no effort whatsoever.

And when you're ready,

Bring your awareness back into the room and allow that feeling of well-being and peace to infuse itself throughout your whole body and sense the wholeness and peace that it brings.
