Shimmy a little bit,
Getting into a spot where you're as comfortable as you can be,
Whether your body maybe needs a little stretch,
You feel,
Oh,
Actually that that's fine.
Maybe a twist here,
Twist there,
Little rolling of the shoulders,
Letting them come and rise up and dropping back and then inviting you to come to stillness,
Closing our eyes and starting with three deep breaths and you're breathing in Haki.
Breathing out,
Haputa,
Hakina,
Haputa,
Once more hakina,
Haputa,
Haputa,
Once more,
Once more,
Holding some space to connect and to see what might've shifted already and taking those few deep breaths and having the eyes closed and shutting off that outside world and giving yourself permission to let go of to-do list.
What needs to be done in the future?
What might've happened today or yesterday that's thinking about that could have been done differently,
Holding space for it's all perfect as it is.
And right now you have created this time to gift yourself a journey in once a journey for your soul and that connection with your mind,
That it gets to create this spaciousness.
And that this gift is a gift that keeps on giving because it fuels you to go forward,
Leaves you inspired and grounded,
Connected in to the present moment to a deeper level.
And there's a saying about today being a gift and that's why we call it the present.
And so I'd like to invite you to place a hand on your heart and with that focus on today and now and gifts and that present being able to be brought to light through your focus,
But through gratitude we can amplify that.
We can choose to bring a focus to this moment right here with your hand on your heart connected in to this body you've been gifted for this lifetime.
Connected in,
Maybe feel the beat of your heart beneath your hand.
And if we pause for a moment,
Can you hear your heart beat?
Maybe there's an energetic shift and feeling that's there for you.
This knowledge and this gratitude,
This organ,
The hard work that it does every day and the way it keeps working for us without even thinking.
Focusing in on the heart,
Noticing the energy that's there and choosing to expand that energy around your whole body.
Feeling that love yourself.
This present moment and the gift is to be on this journey through life.
And imagining the sense thing cleansing and clearing white light sharing down above bringing with it a Reiki healing energy.
An energy to bring you into alignment with wellness.
Looking at your crown chakra and raining down,
Down your head rolling upon your shoulders like a wave slowly coming down your chest down your back.
Continuing down your belly further down your back,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Down past your knees,
Your ankles and your feet.
Letting this white light infuse the healing power Reiki.
Drop away tension.
With three deep breaths in together.
Haki.
Hapuja.
Aligning with this white light where it's also a practice and this is a Haki.
Hapuja.
Haki.
Hapuja.
Noticing the shift in your energy since we began.
Possibly noticing the corner of your lips turned up.
The smile on your face aligned with this love for life.
This deep gratitude for this vessel of a body your soul calls home for this lifetime.
And journeying with this gratitude.
Kind of walk shoes off bare feet onto fresh grass.
Future drops.
Collecting on our feet.
Noticing the freshness.
You feel connected and grounded here on the fennel.
Connected with Papato and this home of yours.
This body of yours.
As a magnetism towards nature.
There's something that gets to refuel you and revitalize you.
With sun falling on your face.
Your smile even wider now.
Feeling your spirit.
Your mind and your body transformed.
Worries dissolving away.
Continue walking through the grass.
Walking along by some trees.
Understanding how tall and strong they are.
They shelter you from some of the wind.
You hear flowing in the breeze.
That breeze refreshing you.
Continuing along this fresh grass.
Connected in,
Feeling like you're coming deeper into connection.
With nature and within.
A deeper feeling of home.
And like you're not alone.
You know there is a whole world within the forest.
Some things you notice and see or hear.
Like the birds.
Maybe hearing a tui or piwakawaka.
Spiders,
Worms in the ground.
A whole beautiful ecosystem.
And each with their role to play,
Their own skill set and strengths.
To bring as they be and do.
And while we have an amazing consciousness,
There's a subconscious that is there.
So grateful for how it keeps us safe.
And acknowledging that when we're trying things that may be new or exciting.
This type of consciousness can make it seem scary.
I want to step back and contract.
This connection with nature.
This connection with your soul.
Urges you in those moments to discern.
Do you need to step back?
Is it really going to hurt you?
Or is this an invitation?
To check into a deeper level.
To bring your focus to the breath.
And tension.
To bring this feeling of calm.
Shifting your state.
Shifting your focus.
But when you step forward.
Towards the challenge.
Towards the exciting newness.
It doesn't feel as scary.
You continue walking.
You come to a river.
It's flowing steadily.
And to cross it,
There is a log in your path.
You step on.
Taking a first step carefully.
Creating balance in your body.
Shifting yourself.
And taking your first step.
You continue step by step.
Making it to halfway.
Here it seems a little slippery.
And spray from the river.
You reset and take a deep breath.
Breathing in.
And sighing out.
And stepping forward.
Building that courage and that bravery within.
Knowing that you'll be okay in the end.
And if it's not okay,
It's not the end.
Past the halfway mark now.
This momentum continues you forward.
Starting on the other side.
You're relieved.
You've made it safely.
And you're excited.
There are a couple of doubts in your mind.
That had come up.
And yet you did it.
And it feels so good.
You jump up and down,
Celebrating yourself.
Mini dance party.
A cheesy smile on your face.
Bringing back memories from your childhood.
You continue a little further.
And find a clearing to set up camp for the night.
Finding sticks.
You start a fire.
Keep yourself warm.
It's not long before the fire is luring away.
Seated next to it.
You stare into the flames.
Taking you into a meditative light state.
Rest on your breath.
Being the dance of the flame.
And noticing in this solitude,
How connected you feel.
A question comes to your mind.
And as you look into the flame,
They flicker away.
They have the answer for you.
You may hear it as they flicker or see it.
Take the time.
To absorb and let me switch.
You may hear it as they flicker or see it.
You may hear it as they flicker or see it.
You may hear it as they flicker or see it.
You may hear it as they flicker or see it.
As the messages integrate and you give your thanks to the fire.
For its wisdom.
It's a reflection of what you needed to know.
Rain begins to fall.
Starting to put out your fire.
You look to the heavens and give thanks.
Feeling the water starting to rain down on you.
And cleansing you.
Connecting in.
Sky flower.
Feeling cleansed and clear.
With your messages received.
Still warm from the fire.
You head to your nearby tent.
To cozy up for the night.
As the rain begins to fall harder.
As you tack yourself up.
You're warm and dry.
Smile on your face.
You're thankful.
For the healing.
Cleansing and clearing of the mind,
Body and spirit.
Giving thanks for this journey.
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Something smells around you in this present moment.
Starting to bring your awareness back.
Taking a few deeper breaths in and out to energize your body.
And Hākina.
Hāpura.
Twice more energizing breaths bringing you back to the present moment.
Hākina.
Hāpura.
Last one.
Hākina.
Hāpura.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Bring your hands together.
Stretch above your head.
Kneel down.
Rest.
And taking a moment to slowly open your eyes.
Taking your time.
You can cast your gaze downwards to slowly open your eyes.
Back.
Into the light of now.
Sharedlaughter.
