Welcome to the worthiness and love meditation.

Gently closing your eyes and finding a comfortable position either sitting up or laying down.

And first just letting your body relax.

Let your forehead relax,

Your cheeks.

Let your face relax and your jaw.

And drop your shoulders down.

And just start by slowing down and lengthening your breath.

Breathing in for three counts and exhaling for four.

On your inhale,

Breathing in fresh,

Rejuvenating air.

And on your exhale,

Breathing out any stress,

Any worries and any feelings of inadequacy.

And now saying to yourself,

I am worthy,

Exactly as I am right now in this moment.

I am worthy,

Exactly as I am right now in this moment.

I am worthy and lovable exactly as my life is in this moment.

I am worthy and lovable exactly as my life is in this moment.

I don't need to do anything differently or attain anything else to make myself more worthy.

I don't need to do anything differently or attain anything else to make myself more worthy.

Anything I choose to do is because my heart and soul wants to do it and is not to make myself more appealing to others.

Anything I choose to do is because my heart and soul wants it and is not to make myself more appealing to others.

Saying to yourself,

I am already whole in this moment.

I am already whole in this moment.

I am good enough,

Worthy and lovable exactly as I am in this moment.

I am good enough,

Worthy and lovable exactly as I am in this moment.

And this is because every human is.

Now picturing yourself as a small child and offer yourself the same love you would to a child.

Loving them and loving yourself exactly as you are in this moment.

They are good enough exactly as they are and you are good enough exactly as you are.

Saying to yourself,

I practice living in peace in this moment.

I practice letting go of expectations in this moment and needing to always have things figured out.

I practice radically accepting myself exactly as I am in this moment.

I practice loving myself no matter what my life looks like.

And putting one hand over your heart area.

Breathe in love,

Filling up your heart center and your whole body with the energy of love.

And with every inhale repeating to yourself the word love.

And practice just sitting here in the vibration of love no matter what you or your life looks like right now.

No matter what challenges you're currently facing or what might feel off in your life,

No matter what is going on we can practice sitting in the vibration of love,

Breathing in love with every inhale.

Saying to yourself,

I am worthy of love and peace right now.

Taking one last deep breath in and out.

And reminding yourself that practicing love and peace and worthiness for yourself in each moment is the way to create a life of more love and more peace.
