Hey there,
I'm Rev Skip,
And our meditation today is all about divine freedom and spiritual liberation.
Freedom and liberation is a state of mind.
It is all about your consciousness,
And we are only free to experience what God is.
Love,
Joy,
Peace,
Prosperity,
Power,
Kindness,
Generosity.
These are all the things that we are free to experience in and as the universe.
It comes from our state of oneness.
When we begin to recognize that we are one with spirit,
Then we begin to open up the door to free ourselves from the things that no longer serve us.
These things that stand in the way of us fully living the life that we truly desire,
I call the blocks.
These blocks can be self-criticism,
Doubt,
Worry,
Fear,
And we all experience them.
We're human.
But the work is for us to recognize when we are in the midst of a block that we have the tools and the power to shift.
I believe it begins with gratitude.
Whenever you're experiencing a low vibrational frequency,
Shift into gratitude.
Be grateful for what is working your life.
Give thanks.
Give thanks for your health.
Give thanks for your family.
Give thanks for your job.
Give thanks for the things that you have.
When we are grateful,
Life is enough.
That is a big part of freedom.
When we choose to liberate ourselves,
We must understand that this is all about vibration and frequency.
How do we shift the frequency?
We tap into a higher frequency.
We have the power to shift our lives.
When we think about spiritual liberation,
It is simply the act of setting ourselves free from imprisonment,
Slavery,
Or oppression.
So we must identify what are we willing to let go of?
What do we desire to release that maybe feels like imprisonment?
People,
Places,
Things,
Our own mindset,
The way we talk to ourselves.
We must be willing to let go.
Willing to let go of any limitations and surrender to our oneness.
We must be willing to find freedom from our limiting thoughts,
From self-criticism,
And embrace our power to move past our limiting thoughts.
So let's go into a meditation.
Through this contemplative guided experience,
I'm going to ask you three questions.
The first question,
What are you willing to release?
The second question I'll ask,
What are you willing to embrace?
The third question,
Who are you without the blocks?
So let's begin.
Find your sacred space for your meditation.
Again,
You can do this meditation seated or lying down.
Be present with your body.
Go ahead and close your eyes and go within.
Let's shout out any external distractions.
This is self-contemplation and an inner journey.
Just go ahead and follow your breath.
Find your natural rhythm and be aware when you're breathing in and you're breathing out.
Follow your body just to sink into a safe space.
You are safe to find freedom and liberation.
Continue to follow your breath.
Our first contemplative question,
What are you willing to let go of?
What are you willing to let go of?
What?
What no longer serves you?
What are you willing to let go of?
People?
Places?
Things?
Habits?
What have you outgrown?
What have you outgrown?
What have you outgrown?
What have you outgrown?
Our second contemplative question,
What are you willing to embrace?
Things in love,
Peace,
Joy,
Prosperity,
Power,
Authority,
Kindness,
Generosity.
What are you willing to let go?
You've created space and room to embrace.
What are you willing to let go?
And our third contemplative meditation question,
Who are you without blocks and limitation?
Who are you?
Who are you without any blocks and any limitation?
Who are you with a freedom of consciousness and a liberated state of mind?
Who are you?
Who are you?
Who are you?
So let's begin to breathe a little bit deeper.
Begin to come back into the space that you're in.
Slowly your fingers a bit and your toes.
And slowly open up your eyes.
Welcome back.
Thank you so much for joining me on this guided experience of divine freedom and spiritual liberation.
Until next time,
I'm Rev Skip.
And remember,
Transformation is a choice and you can choose today.
