Today's Soul Infused Monday Show is a bit different and not focused on one specific topic. Instead I'm holding space energetically to support YOU on your current journey answering your questions... One of the questions I dive deeper into is: "Do you have any advice around becoming more centered and letting go of fear?". I'm also sharing written words I composed today called "I live. I learn." This episode was recorded live March 14th, 2022.

Welcome to the Soul Infused Monday Show.

Today,

Episode 220.

Today is about holding space and it's also a Q&A call.

I invite you to become present,

To take a moment to get settled,

To remove any distractions so that you can be fully present here.

And today's show is a little bit different because it's not a specific topic that I'm going to teach or share.

I wanted to use this Soul Infused Monday Show today to support you on your current journey by holding space for what you are going through in this group setting,

In this environment,

In this energy field.

Let's take a breath together.

We are so used to constantly be doing or constantly be looking for the next thing to do.

I invite you for a moment to simply be,

To breathe.

Become present and hold space for your own experience right now.

Hmm.

And if you want,

You can close your eyes.

Simply focus on your breath.

Allow yourself not to have to do anything right here,

Right now.

I'm here to support you today.

I have not a specific topic that I'm sharing.

I asked my community if they have specific questions,

What they need support with.

I got several questions and I am going to choose to share one that I feel will relate to a lot of people and that will be helpful today.

One of the questions that I want to address today is from a client of mine who is going through a difficult time and it's health related.

She is going through treatment and the question was,

Do you have any advice around becoming more centered and letting go of fear?

Now,

I believe this can relate to a lot of people.

In her case,

She is going through cancer treatment and her example was when she's meditating,

She would like to have more strength to focus on the self-healing part in her body,

But her mind is too focused on being able to receive chemotherapy and it makes her anxious.

In order for you to benefit from the answer of this question,

You don't have to necessarily be sick physically or going through a severe transformation that is very painful.

However,

I want to use this question because it relates to so many other questions I got and things that people struggle with that I keep seeing over and over again.

And the question is,

How can I be more centered and how can I let go of fear?

Two very common questions I get asked a lot.

So I want to tune into that right now.

And in particular,

To address this specific question,

I want to say a few things and you can apply it to your own journey currently if that specific topic around health doesn't resonate with you.

Maybe your question is more around relationship.

Maybe it's more around money.

Maybe it's more around your business,

Your clients,

Your children,

Your husband,

Your personal state that you might go through a difficult time right now.

So you adapt my answers to what you are experiencing.

And again,

I invite you to take a deep breath.

And to be more today and to observe,

Versus having that constant,

We have that urge to do,

Do,

Do.

I invite you to be today and to hold space for your own experience.

And I am holding energetical space for you.

So anything you want to share with me today,

Share so,

Because I'm going to include that into the field.

When meditating,

I would like to have more strength to focus on the self-healing part in my body.

Now,

When we meditate,

I do have a tip,

Especially if you have been following me,

Especially if you've been working with me and you know about energy and energy-based meditation.

When you meditate and you feel yourself very much caught up in the mind,

Or you have physical pain,

Or something else is going on that you have a hard time simply being focused on something specific or relaxing of the center.

So here's my advice.

Focus only on shifting the energy.

What do I mean by that?

Instead of trying to change your thoughts,

Instead of trying to feel differently,

Focus only on shifting your energy.

Now,

If you have not done energy-based meditation,

Or if you're not very familiar with energy,

This might not really make sense.

And I do have an invitation as well for you that I want to point out this Thursday.

I am going to do a free talk on Insight Timer,

Where I'm actually going to share the power of energy-based meditation,

The four flows of energy,

How that relates to the chakra system,

And how you can use that type of energy shift and meditation to feel calm,

Centered,

And grounded.

If you want to take this deeper this week,

It's this Thursday at 1 p.

M.

Eastern Time on the free Insight Timer app.

It's a free meditation app.

You want to download that app.

You follow me as a teacher,

And you can join that event live.

It's for free.

It's an automation-based,

And I will dig deeper into that.

Now,

Back to the question.

So when you sit and you do the meditation,

Every time you catch yourself trying to fight a thought,

Judge a thought,

Trying to change a certain thing,

Simply focus on energy.

And in your case,

It could be simply focus on relaxing the base,

On bringing your energy back in,

On opening certain chakras,

Shifting your energy to a centered place,

And keep going up,

And let the thoughts and the emotions and the physical sensations simply be there.

It sounds easier said than done.

It is also easier said than done.

However,

In that case,

I think that's the biggest advice that I can give you right now.

And if you want to learn more about how and the power of this type of energy-based meditation,

Join me on Thursday.

The other question,

So that will help you to become more centered energetically.

Now,

That doesn't mean the pain is going to go away right away.

It doesn't mean you will have anxiety or experiences,

But it will help you energetically to be more centered,

To be more grounded.

And from that state of being,

And you can tune in while I teach or while I share,

I basically do what I say,

And if you can feel into my field,

You can relax into it.

And letting go of fear,

It's another part of the question,

How to let go of fear.

Get this question so many times.

So first of all,

What I want to say,

It's okay to have feelings of fear,

Anxiety.

It's a human experience that we all have here while we are on this life on this planet.

And it's not so much about letting it go completely.

It's about holding space for it.

And instead of being driven by it,

To look at it and then to still keep doing whatever you want to do.

And it's okay to be fearful sometimes to have that.

And I think first acceptance.

Take the pressure off.

Take the pressure off of that sensation that we shouldn't have fear.

There's so much in and I don't know if it is intensified through social media and the constant pressure of being something or being perfect or being happy all the time,

As if our default stage should be happy all the time.

It's a lot of pressure.

There is no truth in that to be true.

And it's very much against the humanness and nature of humanness.

We have a lot of different experiences and they're all allowed.

They are all welcomed and they all want to be experienced.

So first of all,

Take the pressure off.

Remind yourself that it's okay that you feel this way.

It's an experience.

It's not permanent.

It's temporary.

And then as if it's something next to you,

You let the fear be there.

The fear can still be.

The fear can be one of the rooms in your house.

Imagine your existence,

Your whole beingness is a house and you have several,

Many,

Many different rooms and you have a lot of roommates,

Internal roommates.

One of them is very afraid today.

Or maybe this room is constantly afraid.

That's okay.

But it's just one room.

And you let that fear in the room.

You don't judge it.

You don't deny it.

You don't close the door on it.

You don't pretend it doesn't exist in your house.

You still go in,

You check,

You clean it,

You take care of it.

You know it's there.

However,

You are choosing to leave the house to go somewhere or to go into a different room.

So maybe that's an analogy that can be helpful with any emotion.

I want to share a little bit of what I've been going through and share something that I wrote short before I went here on the Soul Infused Monday show.

In case you haven't been following me lately or you don't know this,

I'm as anyone else going through different cycles and challenges and I'm always very transparent.

The more recent challenge that I have is hormonal.

Now I last year kind of discovered or realized that a lot of the struggles that I had last year because they were very intense,

Emotional,

And also I felt many times very depressed to the point that it was so bad that I was wondering what the hell is going on.

Until I realized,

Hmm,

I think I'm going through menopause or I'm pre-menopause or something is happening.

So I checked that,

I tested that,

I went into that.

So I've been working on that in the last couple of months and it wasn't until I started to get hormonal injections,

I'm getting testosterone that makes me feel better again.

Now this is only the beginning.

I'm going to work on this more.

But why I'm sharing this with you for several reasons.

Number one,

I never thought,

I mean,

For anyone that has been going through or went through or will because every woman goes through it differently and reacts to it differently.

Some women have no issues and some women literally want to take their life away or go into mental hospital.

Like really it's like so extreme I did not know that.

I did not believe that I would be someone that would actually really struggle with it.

Didn't even cross my mind.

It is so severe sometimes that I fall in such deep depression and I know it's my hormones.

And I'm getting in touch again with how I used to feel before I did the inner work and before I really changed.

And there's also good parts in it.

But I just want to tell you sometimes we just feel something and it's so extreme and it makes no sense.

And we are such a complex being,

Such a complex human being.

And we have emotions,

Thoughts,

Hormones,

Chemical,

Biological.

And I'm sharing this with you also just to let you know you're not alone if you're going through something tough.

Right.

And just Saturday.

Today's Monday.

Right.

So Saturday I had a day.

I did not want to get out of bed.

I felt so terrible.

My thoughts were so terrible.

They were so negative and I knew why what it was.

I couldn't really do so much about it.

Yesterday I gave myself an injection.

So I feel so much better today.

Sometimes it is hormonal.

Right.

Also,

I'm sharing this with you.

I was meditating this morning or what I do sometimes,

What I shared before when I meditate,

Because I meditate no matter what.

And sometimes when the thoughts are too strong or the emotions are too intense,

You focus on energy.

You focus on energy because energy is everything and incorporates everything and you can still feel a certain way.

But when you are centered.

When your energy is more centered and grounded and you are able to connect up to your higher self,

Up to the higher version of who you are beyond the physical body.

Everything is better,

Even when it's very painful and challenging.

Does it make sense?

I hope this is valuable for you.

I did want to share something that I wrote this morning or just before I went on the show that illustrates a little bit of what I shared right now.

And I do believe it also creates more acceptance because we are often so driven by it's not good enough.

It needs to be different.

We are under pressure to be something,

To look something like it's.

And there's so much turmoil outside in the world as well.

And it's a reflection.

Everything is a reflection.

And before I read this to you,

I would love for you to tune in for a moment and let me know.

Is this valuable?

Is there something to hear that is landing for you or that is resonating for you?

I would love to hear that because ultimately I'm doing this for you.

And it's always great feedback for me if I know what is landing for you,

What is resonating and what do you need?

What do you actually need?

What do you need?

Take a breath and tune in and ask yourself the question,

What do I need?

And I will go through your comments,

But I will read it to you.

This is for me,

For you,

For everyone.

I live.

I learn.

Sometimes it feels fun,

Joyful,

Inspired,

Meaningful,

Hopeful.

Sometimes it feels sad,

Lonely,

Painful and totally uninspired.

I live.

I learn.

Sometimes I feel like I'm on top of the world.

And sometimes I feel so depressed that I don't want to get out of bed.

I live.

I learn.

Sometimes everything makes sense and the path is clear and it's easy to keep walking.

Sometimes I doubt myself and my choices and the path is so unclear that it's hard to even take one little step.

That's OK.

I keep walking anyway.

I keep living.

I keep learning.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and I think I'm beautiful,

Amazing,

Funny and simply a pleasure to be around.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and I think I'm fat.

I'm ugly.

I'm old.

Sometimes I take myself and my drama too serious.

And sometimes I laugh at myself,

My patterns and take the journey with humor.

Sometimes I see clear.

And sometimes I don't.

Sometimes I feel great.

And sometimes I don't.

Sometimes I laugh.

And sometimes I cry.

And even in the darkest moments when going through this human experience,

There's one thing that I keep remembering.

Everything is an experience.

I am more than my feelings.

I am more than my thoughts.

I am more than my patterns,

Beliefs and drama.

I am more than my hormones.

Yes,

I am human.

And part of being human is being messy.

But in my human messiness,

I am a being of energy.

I am a being of light.

I am love.

I am a soul.

I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

The lesson is to embrace it all and to keep remembering who we are.

To keep remembering our light,

Our power,

Our love.

Not by fighting our so often unwanted nature.

No,

By allowing it in,

By looking at it,

By holding space and being in acceptance with what is.

And by remembering that it's an experience and not who we are.

May the light shine through the darkest corner of your house and may it be loved as much as anything else.

Together we live.

Together we learn.

Together.

We are in this together.

You are not alone.

Peace.

I'm going to go over your comments real quick and I'm going to leave you with this today and the invitation to be in acceptance with what is.

And before you leave and if you're open to share,

Let me know what is your biggest takeaway from today's episode.

What's an aha moment or what did resonate with you?

Share it with me.

It always means the world to me.

And if you're listening to this on Spotify or Inside Timer,

Leave me a review or send me a message.

I always love to hear from you.

One of the takeaways from today's episode is here.

Energy is everything.

Beautiful.

Even you experience depression.

No one's perfect.

Not even you.

Oh,

Yes.

What a great takeaway.

Thank you for sharing that.

I am so human like everyone else.

I have maybe more tools.

I have more experience.

I have maybe more experiences.

And I have a different connection.

However,

There is no such thing like perfect.

And you never experience any negativity anymore or any emotions that we label so-called bad because emotions are not bad or good.

Their emotions.

And I am really so transparent because I see it so many times in my so many times in my field that teachers out there.

They only show when they're great and everything is good.

And that creates a separation.

And that also nurtures actually the pressure and the belief something is wrong with me.

So I do not ever want to feed that in anyone.

So if you see me as not perfect,

That is a beautiful takeaway.

I'm so not perfect.

And in that imperfection,

I am perfect like you.

Like you as well.

This is good.

Focusing on holding space is so important.

This is a really great takeaway.

Another takeaway.

Focus on energy.

Focus only on shifting your energy.

It's OK to have experience of fear,

Hold space for it to be an acceptance.

You're very welcome,

Tine.

Another takeaway.

I am not alone.

We are experiencing life,

But don't let it take you away from remembering who you really are.

Oh,

Beautiful.

Beautiful takeaway.

Thank you for sharing that.

Beautiful.

The roommate analogy is helpful because it helps me to separate myself from the fear or emotion.

Yeah,

That's great.

I want to emphasize that.

That also why meditation is so powerful,

At least in meditation that I teach and how it helps you separate because it's unhooking from being in the mud.

It's OK to experience something and it's OK sometimes to get totally lost in it.

I've experienced this lately.

Just going through this hormonal roller coaster is nothing more than a reminder and a challenge and a lesson.

So anything that helps to remind you that the experience that you're having,

You believe maybe that is you.

However,

It is an experience and you can literally go to a different room or if you are not able in that moment to actually leave the room,

You know,

It's a room.

I think that's also very important,

Even in the darkest moments when you have thoughts,

You are so overwhelmed.

You think it's never going to go away.

You know,

You're still in this room and you know,

There are many other rooms.

You're maybe in the moment,

Do not have the strength,

The awareness,

The support.

Please get help if you feel like stuck in one of those rooms and you can't don't get out of it.

Get someone to help you out of this room.

Get someone to help you out of this room.

If you're stuck in that room and it feels really terrible,

Lonely and sad and you're not managing to leave it by yourself.

I'm here.

That's what I do with my clients.

Reach out to me.

Come back to the Soul Infused Monday show and have an inspired and meaningful week ahead of you.

I'm wishing you love and light and power and remember who you are.

And enjoy this journey with all its ups and downs.

Much love to you.
