Hi,

My name is Sunday Muse.

And in this session,

In this talk and guided journey meditation,

We'll be exploring a variety of flavors around ancestors and bones.

And I'd like to ask you if you've ever felt a calling,

If you've ever felt what a calling feels like,

Where it comes from?

Is it from the present?

Does it come from the past?

What kind of space does a calling take up?

What part of your body does the calling come from?

And as we journey in with music in a moment,

I'd like to invite you to close your eyes and to look down from the center of your head.

Like there's a video camera in there.

I'd like you to look down into your pelvic bowl.

Look all the way down into these magnificent bones that hold you in place.

This space from which we have all come from.

These bones that are ours but are historic.

They have been informed from those who have come before us.

So just look into this space,

This pelvic bowl,

This majesty.

And what do you see?

Can you imagine an altar,

Space,

A sacred space,

Existing,

Rooted right within your center?

A beautiful altar space.

Perhaps there's golds or chiffon.

What are the textures?

What are the colors?

Perhaps there's a picture of someone that means something to you or perhaps a creative dream that you have been yearning for,

Calling to,

Feeling called toward.

Maybe there's an image that represents that creative longing.

Maybe there's a table.

Maybe there's for you,

There's a Buddha or there's just this chapel-like space contained within the structure of the pelvic bowl,

Within the structure of these bones that hold you.

And as you feel them holding you,

Just tune in.

Tune in to all the others in the world who are also held within themselves.

The more you strengthen your holding,

The more you focus on your inner sacred space,

Bones and pelvic space,

The stronger that space becomes on the planet,

The womb of the planet.

This collective spaciousness and calling belongs not only to you and me,

But to all.

So take a breath into your pelvis and I'd like you to imagine that this beautiful,

Warm,

Holy water is washing down over your belly and inside your pelvic bowl.

It's just pouring inside your pelvic space,

Washing it,

Cleansing it.

Just feel that.

Start to watch it go in a circular motion,

Clockwise.

Really feel that turning of that warm,

Cleansing water right in your center.

Allow yourself to step on the pelvic bowl time,

To step out of man-made time.

Feel this wheel of water cleansing and it's picking up all the debris.

Let it,

Everything inside the pelvic bowl that doesn't need to be there,

Any holding from the weightedness of holding other people's stuff,

Let it cling to the water like a magnet and let the water wash it out.

Let the water start to flow down into the earth,

Out through your openings down below.

Let that water just pour down below.

We'll just start here,

Keeping your eyes closed as we journey into our womb center.

So I invite you to drop away from life's clutter,

Drop away from the stuff and watch yourself walking away from,

Watch yourself letting go of stuff.

Watch yourself walking right now,

Letting go of debris,

The whole body just like letting go of this baggage,

Like it's just falling off of you.

Watch yourself walking on the journey,

On the warm sand of the beach in your imagination and feel as you walk,

Feel your bones meeting the earth,

Literally see your skeleton walking,

Just bones,

Just feel the bones.

Notice the rhythm and notice what the skeleton needs,

What it needs to be inhabited,

To be inhabited.

The skeleton of you is walking.

It's almost like it's walking in front of you and you call to it.

Do you want to give it life?

Do you want to inhabit it with your flesh?

Do you want to infuse your whole soul into this skeleton?

Do you want to inhabit yourself fully,

To walk on this earth fully?

See yourself walking behind this skeleton version of you.

Is there a part of you that hasn't really been living?

Call,

Sing out to your bones,

Sing the longing,

Come into your fullest being,

Voice in,

Slide your way into this skeleton of you.

Let your spirit merge into this structure,

Into these bones of the body.

Fit in,

Click in,

Fit in.

Notice,

Notice what's here,

The colors.

Notice the flesh.

Is it new?

Notice the sensations,

Notice the newness,

The freshness that you might feel,

The new born-ness in your pelvic bowl,

In your pelvis.

Feel the ticking,

Feel the heartbeat of life,

The heartbeat of life that maybe hasn't been danced yet.

Inhabit yourself,

See yourself,

And stop for a moment on the beach.

Stop on the sand and look out to the horizon.

Let earth's vastness seep in through your bones.

Notice the contact,

Notice the contact different than before.

Let it seep into your bones.

Is there a piece of your origins that you want to connect with?

A family member that you heard about,

Maybe you never knew?

A great uncle back in Ireland who was a great writer?

The smell of the Mediterranean,

Maybe that's where your mother comes from.

Is there an aspect of your origins,

Of your ancestral history that you're curious about,

That you want to awaken?

What does it smell like,

The curiosity?

What does it taste like,

Curiosity?

What does it feel like in your body?

Is it alive or is it dormant?

If it's dormant,

Wake it up,

Wake it up,

Wake it up,

Wake it up,

Shake it out,

Shake it out.

Breathe into it,

This vessel,

This longing,

This curiosity,

This part of your ancestry,

This part of your ancestry,

This land,

This womb,

This soul of yours.

Meet it.

You don't have to know exactly what it looks like,

Just meet it and merge.

Just call that energy forward.

Merge with this part of your history.

Maybe you don't have any knowledge of your origins,

But you have curiosity.

Start to wear it.

That's it.

Wear the earth,

Wear the grass,

Put it on you,

Wear the sand,

Wear the coat of your history,

Of your way back ancestry.

Cloak yourself.

Meet it and greet it and say hello.

Hi,

It's been a long time.

I'm glad we're finally meeting.

I'm glad we're meeting again.

Gosh,

I needed this.

Ask it,

Look at it,

Feel the cloaking of it,

Like a big coat of your ancestry,

Of the earth.

Feel it over you,

Hanging over,

Adding fuel to your bones,

To your tissues,

To your muscles,

To your cells.

Ask it,

Look at it,

Is there anything you need from me in this life here that I'm living?

Is there anything you need from me in this life here that I'm living?

Let it speak to you in music,

In rhythm,

In sound.

Let this energy move your body,

Its body,

The one body.

Let it move,

Let it move you.

How is it moving you?

Wear the coat of your ancestry.

Let it move you,

Let it become you.

See if your toes want to move,

Maybe your hands want to twiddle a bit.

Get some of the juices moving if you've been sitting still.

Let your pelvis move,

Maybe it rocks slowly side to side.

Feel your sits bones connecting to the earth.

And offer this part of you,

This pelvic space,

This experience.

These ancestors give this experience gratitude.

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Let's see if there's any lingering sounds here that you feel cloaked,

Standing in this guided journey.

What does your voice have left to express?

Maybe it's an open vowel sound.

Maybe it's low and grovelly.

It's earthy and something is waking up.

Let it wake up,

Let it wake up.

And end by saying,

I have all I need now,

And thank you for being here.

I have all I need now,

And thank you for being here.

So,

Maybe at the end of this guided journey,

You feel inspired to write.

I might encourage you to write.

Perhaps there's some sense of calling of what that means to you,

Different from when I asked at the beginning of this talk.

So I invite you to sit with yourself,

Be with yourself,

Inhabit your bones,

Your delicious bones.

Fabulous meditation & journey, what a glory to visit my pelvic bowl so much to learn & discover an area that has sustained so much trauma since my teens a part of me I didn’t realise I was ignoring until I came across your live sessions. Thank you for these recorded offerings. 🌸🦴🌸🦴🌸
