This meditation is to bring awareness to your breath.

In this moment,

Regardless of what is going on in your life and in this world,

There's one thing for sure.

You can always come back to your breath.

Sitting in an upright position or laying down on your back,

Find a comfortable position you can sustain for the next few minutes.

Release any unnecessary tension and gently bring your awareness to your breath.

In through your nose,

Fill your lungs,

Release,

And simply focus on your breath.

You only need to observe your breath.

You don't need to change anything.

Don't force,

Don't push,

Just naturally exist and let your body breathe.

Observe the moments,

Observe the sensations that you feel in your body.

With each inhalation,

Feel your lungs fill like two big balloons.

And each exhalation,

Let your attention travel with the air passing through your nose and throat to your lungs.

Feel your ribs expand,

Belly.

Continue doing this for a few minutes.

When you feel like you're ready to come back,

Give yourself a nice big stretch.

Hug your body.

Say thank you for all you do.

Relish in this moment and be grateful for your body,

For your breath.

And know that any time you need to revisit this,

Any time you need to hit reset,

Any time you need to breathe,

You have the tools,

You have everything you need within you.
