Let's do some affirmations to help us break free of fear and anxiety.

These affirmations may not totally break it down,

But they can go a long way towards progress in helping us to stay calm.

There is just too much good in life to be feeling bad.

Let's be grateful for the good.

I'll say the affirmation and leave a space for you to repeat.

I'm going to run through them twice,
