Close your eyes if you wish and bring awareness to your body For a short while notice any areas of tension,

Acknowledge them and choose to relax deeper and deeper on each out breath Now focus on your breath Notice how your in breath affects your body and emotions differently to your out breaths Let any worries,

Busy thoughts and noises fade into the background Let's begin our affirmations I will suggest an affirmation and leave space for you to repeat this a couple of times and really be in the experience of gratitude I am grateful for this moment I am grateful for miracles every day I am grateful to be part of these enlightened times Every beat of my heart is a blessing I am grateful for loving and caring friends and family I am grateful for my bed I am grateful for my five senses I joyfully embrace each new day with gratitude I am gratefully creating the reality I love I am grateful for the beauty of life My attitude is a state of gratitude I am grateful for good health and a sound mind I am grateful for fresh,
