Good morning,

Good afternoon,

Good evening.

So it's one way of looking at what's going on is that,

And we still have them actually,

The radios,

The radio players,

They have these preset buttons,

You press number one,

It goes to radio one,

It goes to that frequency,

Number four goes to that frequency,

It tunes into that frequency,

And it's similar to the mind,

The mind is a frequency,

And it's like we preset to go there,

The attention goes there,

And then we reap the consequences of what's going on in that frequency,

Because mind,

A lot of mind,

Not all mind,

Because a lot of mind is practical and functional,

I'm not including that,

A lot of the self-centred,

Ego-centred,

Whatever we're calling it,

It's like a heavy,

Dark frequency,

You could say,

Energy,

Which saps our energy,

Creates exhaustion,

And we go to that frequency because it's recognisable for us,

It's just habitual,

It has opinions and judgements and stories,

And we're enamoured with them,

That's who I am,

I know all that,

I'm familiar with it,

But what we're doing is becoming familiar at tuning ourselves to a different frequency,

And that's the frequency of presence,

It's a light frequency,

It's the frequency we are looking for,

We're doing all this tuning looking for the frequency of presence,

And we keep going to the frequency of mind,

So what we're doing here is a kind of a tuning,

Becoming sensitive to this frequency of presence,

Because it doesn't shout and bawl its head off and whine and whinge,

It doesn't do that,

It doesn't have those qualities,

It's the qualities of,

Well,

Presence,

Being,

Peacefulness,

And I don't know anybody who's there all the time,

But the more and more we are there,

The more and more we experience a restfulness and ease,

So to attune to this frequency,

It's done,

You could say it's done via the body,

This sense of presence,

Just become intimate with that,

And you can choose any aspect of it,

You can choose the breath,

You can choose the hands,

The face,

Or just this global experience of presence,

It doesn't have edges,

It doesn't have an end,

Particularly when you close your eyes,

You don't really know where the top of your head ends,

It's not so defined,

So what we do,

We relax the attention,

This is not concentration,

Concentration can be broken,

You have to exclude,

Keep quiet whilst I'm meditating,

But presence includes everything,

It doesn't exclude anything,

So it can't be shaken,

Because it includes that,

And includes the thoughts,

Just do our best not to follow them,

Stop believing them,

So become intimate with your actual experience,

There's actual experience happening now,

Happening all the time,

And then there's this spinning helicopter blade,

That keeps getting our attention,

Because it's whirring away,

Hey,

Hey,

Hey,

So become intimate,

Feel into it,

It's all about the experiencing,

That feeling it,

You don't need to name and analyse it,

Certainly don't analyse it,

You don't need to elaborate on it,

On this sense of presence,

Awareness,

Presence does the heavy lifting,

It does everything,

We're not used to hearing that,

It's got to be hard work,

Let's roll our sleeves up,

Get stuck in,

So a couple of deep breaths often helps,

To begin with,

Just a light touch on the breath if you wish,

Just gently relaxing into this,

Into your present moment experience,

Which frequency are you tuning into,

You see the mind judging and blaming,

Whatever,

That's heavy frequency,

Tune into presence,

Where there's lightness,

May not be so obvious at first,

Where are you now,

Part of that attuning is to relax,

That sense of your own presence is already here,

So don't need to try,

Just feel the breath,

Listen to the wind if you can hear that,

Without the commentary,

Are you here,

Or should I say is the attention here,

What's happening,

What's happening,

You're either here,

Exploring presence,

Feeling that,

Or you're in the imagination,

The interpretation of it all,

The stories,

No anxiety in presence,

Doesn't exist there,

Every spent time in presence,

We fall in love with it,

That can't be forced,

Okay,

Bring this to an end,

Any way you wish,

A bit of movement,

Okay,
