This invocation is a prayer of remembrance woven with words, breath and presence to honour the living web that connects all beings. Born from lived experience and deep soul realization, it is an invitation into stillness and devotion opening one's heart to unity and sacred belonging. As my first offering for Insight Timer Community after few years of offline devotional work, this piece marks a return and a renewal. A prayer, a heart song to anchor once again in truth, beauty, and the eternal connection we share with all of life.

This is the sacred invocation to the great web of life for nourishment,

Kinship and reverence.

And I would like to invite you to gently close your eyes and take a deep inhale and exhale it out.

Just relaxing your body and dropping down to your heart center.

We'll take another breath in.

Just exhale it out again.

One more time.

Take a deep breath in.

To the plant spirits,

I bow to the green ones,

The wind walkers.

I honor your courage,

Your stillness,

Your ways,

Your gentleness,

Your grace.

You give without fear.

You offer your breath,

Your beauty freely nourishing without expectation.

You root in silence and yet you sing your song.

A leaf,

A blossom,

Sap,

Fruit,

Bark,

Root and fragrance.

You are my guides,

My teachers.

You teach me to listen without haste.

You teach me to stand without defense.

You teach me to fall and rise with grace.

But most of all,

You sang to me this truth.

It is safe to grow new roots.

It is safe to grow new roots.

May I always remember the way you love.

May I always walk in the same trust,

Open,

Free,

Yet deeply rooted.

To the animal kingdom,

I bow to the life you carry,

The ancient wise ones.

I honor your wisdom,

Your medicine,

Your movement,

Your ways.

I walk beside you,

Not above.

I listen to you with great reverence.

I remember not to take what you do not give freely.

You are my guides,

My protectors,

My teachers,

My kin.

In fur,

Feather,

Scale and fins.

You swim great depths,

Soar the skies and walk beside me upon the earth.

May I never be numb to your pain.

May your voice become my voice.

May your heart be happy in the soul of my own heart.

May our love be one.

To the human spirit,

I bow to the life you carry,

The bridge walkers,

The dream weavers,

The mirror bearers.

I honor your walk between the shadows and light,

Between forgetting and remembering your true essence,

The wounded,

The healers,

The ignorant,

The wise ones,

The asleep and the medicine of the awakened ones.

You are my kin,

My guides,

My teachers,

My ancestors and my mirrors.

I honor your cosmic threshold between heaven and earth,

Alive with choices and contradictions.

I honor your creation,

Your destruction of your own realities,

Your freedom,

Your bondages,

Your gods,

Your demons,

Your wars and your gardens.

May I never be numb to your pain.

May I remember love for your sake.

To the great web of life,

I bow to the weave of life's great tapestry,

Plant,

Animal,

Human and spirit.

I live upon this earth with infinite care.

I nourish with responsibility and walk in humility.

I remember with grace,

Not just my body,

But what nourishes my soul.

In this great web of life,

I remain free.

I remain in equilibrium.

I walk with reciprocity that encircles all.

I honor Mother Earth,

Not just with words alone,

But with deep reverence reflected in the choices I make and the way I love all of her creation.

May the earth's heart be happy in the soul of my own heart.

May our love be one.

May our love be one.
